Apostle Malm on Frivolous Lawsuits

Apostle Malm had the following comment today about frivolous lawsuits brought by COGers against other COGers.  Armstrongism has had one man in particular who resorts to lawsuits to stop his critics.  One has to wonder if "He Who Cannot Be Named" is going to Satan to get his dirty work done...just a thought.  "He Who Cannot Be Named" has a long track record of doing this.  All of those lawsuits have damaged his reputation beyond repair and has made him a fool to be mocked on Facebook.

I can see where a defense might be needed against spurious lawsuits made to extort by worldly persons, but consider whether it is seemly for saints to seek judgment from this Satan controlled world.  It is a disgrace when the saints cannot settle their own disputes and must go to “Satan” for relief.
PS:  If you comment on this, you cannot mention "He Who Cannot Be Named" in your comments by name.

Disgraceful that some resort to such means of the world. Mark them and do not have fellowship with them!

Do not the members and especially the ministers have the faith that God will intervene on their behalf if they stand strong and obey the Scripture to publicly mark such men for causing the divisions as they are commanded to do?

Do they not believe that their God is powerful and strong and will defend them?

If they do not have the faith and courage to stand up against evil in this world, do they have the faith for God to bring them into the Kingdom?

Or are those gates of hell going to stand against them as they get buried in lawsuits or are too frightened to stand up to evil men?

Will they sneak away from persecution like cowards, unwilling to face the enemies of God?

If they do not believe that God will defend and support them to deliver them from all adversity, why would anyone even listen to them?

Cult leaders who presume to bring frivolous lawsuits when they are limited public figures may very well discover that they may have the court turn against them because of their extortion and be liable for all expenses. Their attorneys may also be held liable because of their complicity.
