Dagon's Temple II is Starting to Arise

Version two of Dagon's temple is slowly starting to arise in Wadsworth.  Will Dave try to one-up Flurry with his temple?

Architects without pillars in the design need not apply.

The millions spent on building his mini-me ambassador campus is money he won't have to spend on media to draw people into his mini cult.

Go ahead Dave spend millions on buildings this will result in your church going banckrupt!

I can't wait until Dave's 19 year time cycles have past so that we can watch some more of the Maranatha people purchase these buildings!

And...July 16 came and went with no revised website.

Pack Man controls everything RCG and couldn't even get that date right?

Many are wondering, he was able to build it. . . Now how to maintain it? HWA used to have a hundred thousand members for Ambassador College, what about RCG?

Have mercy! Lest God might send another Moses and say, "Let go of my people!"

DCP used to love God so much, now it seems it's all about who's a better COG.

Again, just curious, how will RCG react when they reached the Place of Safety and the rest of the COGs were there too?

Don't mean to be rude, just saying.

That's not being rude and/or crude, but perhaps RCG will react similar to what is expressed in the following "modified poem:"

THE BEST POEM IN THE WORLD (modified)

Jack and Wanda were shocked, confused, bewildered
as they entered Kingdom’s door,
Not by the beauty of it all,
Nor the lights or its decor.

But it was the folks in the kingdom
who made them sputter and gasp--
the thieves, the LIARS, the SINNERS,
the alcoholics, the trash!

There stood the kid from seventh grade
Who swiped my lunch money twice.
Next to him was my old neighbor
Who never said anything nice.

BILL, who I always thought
was rotting away in hell,
was sitting pretty with a smile,
Looking incredibly well.

Jack nudged Jesus, “What’s the deal?
I would love to hear Your take.
How’d all these SINNERS get here?
God must’ve made a mistake!
And why’s everyone so quiet,
so somber? Give me a clue.”

“Hush, child,” said He, “they’re all in shock!
No one thought they’d be seeing you.”

Judge NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place of safety? The whole concept was a construct of WCG to control people. It is still being used that way by Pack, Flurry, and Meredith. The fact is that there is a place of safety in Revelation 12, but it is not for the Christian. It is for "the woman who brought forth the man child". If you think that is the church, you're an idiot. Even more so, if you think that is the Philadelphia era of the church, you are a complete idiot. The more likely scenario is that Pack and his followers show up in Petra and nobody cares, not even Jesus Christ. -anon 43

Impressive.

Is that the finished campus?

Call HWA what you will, but at least he took a reasonable amount of time building his organization and then the campus(es). He didn't just say, "Oh, we need lots of buildings." Even at that, he started in Pasadena buy purchasing an existing building. It grew from there.

These guys have all put the cart before the horse. In their race to emulate their hero, they blow money on facilities that are totally unnecessary. It should be a cautionary tale to their followers about what really matters to their "apostles."

At least UCG, COGWA, and LCG have stuck with comparatively more modest facilities for their efforts. Apparently the guys running those organizations gained a little perspective from all the rampant spending in the past. Pack and Flurry, not so much.

"Where there are sheep, wolves will always thrive."

Like on mainstream Christian TV stations, which have wolves running those stations.
