Dennis Muses: You've Been Smeckledorfed!"

What David C. Pack  Eliminated Speaks So Loud We Can't Hear What He is Now Saying

Remember This?

I believe it is important to remember what Dave Pack wants you to forget.  After all, he said he'll want you to forget this stuff, that he ever said it in the first place or that he didn't mean it to mean what you thought he meant it to mean.

Remember he said...

"I want to make a statement about...me...now, if I became deceived, I will never tell you what I'm going to tell you now...I am telling you if I go off into strange ideas, misconduct, rebellion, you name it, don't follow me. I want to tell you that now, because if I start doing that I'm gonna try to get you to follow me! I'm gonna come to you and tell you it doesn't apply, it doesn't mean me, no, no, no, no, no, no, it's OK to follow me because ABCD and XY and Z. Do you understand what I'm saying? Listen to me now, when I tell you don't follow me if I go off into weird ideas, or if I get off into other things that are total absolutely unscriptural conduct, because if I do I'm gonna paint it with a different face and try to get you to follow me. Do you understand what I'm saying brethren? Please remember that, because I promise you that if I become deceived, I'll forget it, and I'll want you to forget it...And I hope you'll remember it well enough to quote it right back to me...But I'll tell you what, I'm not going anywhere."

Your Never Gonna Lose Me I'm Not Going Anywhere Tattoo in Bleeding

Well maybe Dave Pack did not go anywhere back then, but he has since and so let's be reminded of what we must forget was ever thought about the largest,  most complex and yet simple to decode prophecy about David C. Pack and the Return of the Disfellowshipped by God under one leader (guess who?) in the Bible.

I admit, I am not a brethren in the RCG, but someone has to do what Dave asked or he's going to deceive us all.  He told us that.  (I love that quote).   So, if no one else is going to remember it well enough to quote it right back to Dave, I guess I will for at least future posterity in such matters.

12)   Eliminated The readers of the Haggai prophecy announcements (this is #21) who believed them would be the most disillusioned and the biggest candidates to QUIT everything if God did not return His people to one House this year! This would work directly against what God is doing—directly opposite His overall purpose.

It is easy to see why this was eliminated from the original 24 reasons in the original Announcement 21 The Time is Now!  Dave understands at least the price of being wrong, which he was.  It remains to be seen how many are dis-illusioned, which is a good thing, because who wants to be "illusioned."  Sticking with Dave is to be "Illusioned."  And yes, it would work against the purposes of RCG

13)  Eliminated Further desolation (Hag. 1:11; 2:16-17) from God of the splinter “houses” would practically wipe out the few remaining senior leaders in them. This includes pastors and elders, all of whom are NEEDED TO CARRY OUT THE BIG WORK!

Dave wanted those senior leaders to come over to him so badly  and further delay would take them out of the picture before this could come about.  Dave must now believe that these senior men will live longer and have more time to still come over to him.  Or perhaps he has given up on this ever happening, which I am sure is the safer bet.

14) Eliminated  The onset of all future years would never come with clarity—with any certainty! Would God leave thousands who are now aware of this prophecy in such a condition? Hardly.

Oops can't say this anymore!  Dave has now stated that even more clarity is coming after the screw up in "timing."  Things never before seen are now going to be seen so that's clarity alright.  Thus, this has to go.  Obviously this years failures don't muddy the waters.  They clear them up. Just you watch.

15) Eliminated Next, for those who will see the value of how to pursue spiritual matters, there is this: After fervently seeking God about it, not one reason the prophecy is off this year ever emerged in the minds of even one of our 16 Headquarters ministers! I (we) have NEVER prayed about, studied over, meditated on, fasted about and counseled with other ministers regarding a subject more than this one—in fact no other subject is even close! -

And isn't this a sad one?  If we leave this one Dave's crew of 16 kiss ups look like...well...kiss ups.  Dave has now learned that everyone agreeing with you is not a sign of  truth.  It's a sign of...kissing up, probably to keep status and jobs.  Dave has also learned that just because you pray, study, meditate, fast and ask other kiss..., ministers about the topic, doesn't mean you're going to get the right answer.  "Woe be unto you when all men speak good of you" and all that.  So we have to vote no on this being on how one pursues spiritual matters ever again.

16) Eliminated Similarly, as questions emerged throughout our pursuit of truth with the many details of the prophecy, so many of these details kept coming clear as direct answers to prayer. And these were often immediate.

This one has to go because once again, Dave has learned what we all knew ourselves, that details that keep coming like clear answers to prayer are no sign of anything.  You simply end up with a very detailed mistake.

17) Eliminated Recall Haggai 1:13: “Then spoke Haggai the Lord’s messenger in the Lord’s message unto the people…” Haggai is the messenger to God’s people, with what is an all-important message from God. Would not God make clear in such a unique message He describes as “the Lord’s message unto His people” the correct date for action? What kind of message would it be if people did not know WHEN TO CARRY IT OUT?

Here we now see that Dave has learned once and for all that "A" with God does not always lead to Dave's "B".   I would think  since the people still don't know when to carry it out, the message was flawed to begin with.  It might do Dave some good to consider that the message of Haggai never  had anything to do with him, RCG or the Splinters.  He made that all up in his head and this is why there is confusion as to the "when."   "Never" is the answer to the "when".

19) Eliminated Imagine God not revealing the year the remnant is coming—but only the day and month. Vast amounts of time would have been wasted by His leaders studying and preparing for something that was not imminent. Would God put His Church in such a position?

I can imagine it now Dave.  Can you?   I'm pretty sure you even got the day and month wrong. Evidently God has put 'His Church" in this position, maybe just for fun.  Who knows?

20) Eliminated  Of interest, God revealed to me during ELUL four years ago my role as the modern Joshua.

Evidently not of interest at all and eliminating this may mean Dave will have to rethink his "Joshua" fantasy.  I bet the world "Elul" will never feel good again to Dave!  It also reveals that Dave now has to wonder just what God did or did not reveal to him.  I'm going with did not.

21) Eliminated Also of interest, I and The Restored Church of God learned about the New Testament remnant last ELUL (August). Let’s ask: Would timing of when we were shown the prophecy not be tied to its unique timing of fulfillment during the very next available ELUL?

This one violates eliminated reason 20 because Dave knew FOUR YEARS AGO he was Joshua but kept it to himself until now. He should have revealed this the very next available ELUL!   Again, evidently it's not tied to anything Dave tied it to.  So this one had to go.  Dave is going to have to stop tying the wrong knots on his sailboat which seems blown around by various winds of doctrines he makes up.

Most RCG people will continue with dave, which shows the power of BS and information control over truth. Dave would have made a fine journalist. In religion and journalism, truth is marginalized to irrelevancy.

LOL. The three headed Dave Pack monster once again rears it's ugly heads. The middle head, the Ghost of Dave Pack Present, is once again trying to apply duct tape to the mouth of his neighboring head, the Ghost of Dave Pack Past.

For all that the Ghost of Dave Pack Past has used his capslock and exclamation marks (HWA style) to emphasize how much he wants everyone to consider, ponder, and remember, it's good to also keep in mind the things the Ghost of Dave Pack Present wants us to forget.

By attempting to rewrite his own history, the Ghost of Dave Pack Present is trying to put duct tape upon the mouth of Dave Pack Past. What must the Ghost of Dave Pack Future be thinking watching his other two heads poke each other in the eye like Moe and Curly? Why can't Dave Pack just get along?

Since the Ghost of Dave Pack Past and the Ghost of Dave Pack Present are fighting again, which one of Dave Pack's heads are we to believe? All things considered, I think the Ghost of Dave Pack Past may be trying to send all of us a coded message. I think the Ghost of Dave Pack Past wants us to warn us of a few things.

Come to think of it, the Ghost of Dave Pack Present is the one who is always starting the fights with the Ghost of Dave Pack Past. For all his faults, of which there are many, whenever the Ghost of Dave Pack Past is being muzzled by the Ghost of Dave Pack Present, it's because the Ghost of Dave Pack Past is revealing something embarrassing about the entire three-headed monster called Dave Pack, which the middle head, the Ghost of Dave Pack Present, doesn't want to hear about anymore, and most certainly doesn't want you to hear about anymore.

Unfortunately, all the things that the Ghost of Dave Pack Past is saying that the Ghost of Dave Pack Present wants to forget and wants you to forget, are the things you can count on as being spot-on target. It's almost like the Ghost of Dave Pack Past and the Ghost of Dave Pack Present together have been making an implicit list of all the things that the Ghost of Dave Pack Past wants to warn you and me about. It's the list of all the things the Ghost of Dave Pack Past has said that gets the Ghost of Dave Pack Present upset.

Of all the things that Freud came up, and he came up with quite a bit of crap, his one central vision, the thing he is remembered for, is that we humans are not so unified, not so monolithic, as we all used to assume. We are actually very fractured internally, and we are often accusing, blaming, sabotaging, and otherwise fighting with our own self, just like a dysfunctional married couple. I bet right now the Ghost of Dave Pack Present would be filing for divorce from the Ghost of Dave Pack Past, if only that were possible.

Whenever you find yourself in a room with two parrots, one of which always lies, and the other one always tells the truth, ask each one what the other one would say, and then believe the opposite. A member of RCG lives in a room just like that.

I can tell you exactly what Davey "ELIMINATES"...

The same thing a cow does, and leaves as "cow pies".

Yes , Pack "ELIMINATES" ... Bull Crap!

Ah, we're finally getting down to some real and appropriate descriptive language as to what Dave does! Elimination.
Let's face it, folks. Basically, he has just disproved the old adage that honey attracts more flies than vinegar, but if you really want to draw them, there is nothing like crap. Essentially, Dave took a gigantic crap on the Bible, the ACOGs, and peoples' summer. Nice shot, apostle. Hope you feel better, but reality is that you just flushed yourself down the sewer pipes. Say hello to Mr. Hankey for us! (Oops, he probably thinks South Park is carnal, and doesn't watch it.)

The only thing left is for Pack to be eliminated.

You'd be surprised how fast he can be forgotten.

Dave is just such an idiot for propounding such a specific, although totally specious prophecy. Who in the right mind had any doubt that Dave was just about to make a colossal fool of himself, which he's now making an even bigger fool of himself by going into damage control and making it seem like after the fact he didn't say what before the fact he wanted very much to say?

It's very hard to predict what the future will hold, but it's often very easy to predict what it will NOT hold. Why couldn't he foresee how that his prophetic utterances were 100% certainly going to cast him into foolhardy document redaction hell?

Foolhardy because you can't hide what you just published for all the world to see a few weeks ago, and then pretend like that's not what you wrote! If nothing else, it's a cover-up, which is lying. It's all such needless embarrassment he's caused himself. I don't feel particularly sorry for him, though. I guess there are some things, to do it right, a guy just has to do for himself!

Evidently, Mr. Pack denies saying stuff that he said. He is mistaken. The internet archive website has the "wayback machine" link. You can actually see historic website pages, even if the current website page appears to be different.

It's just amazing! Michael Waltrip gets fined by NASCAR for trying to manipulate the final race for the chase at Richmond, apologizes and says he will accept his fine without appealing it. No spin. Dave Pack attempts to manipulate the ACOGs, fails miserably, and goes into spin mode rather than admitting he was wrong and apologizing.
And, Dave wants people to believe he is an apostle!

I have to let you know that I posted the testimony of Eric from 9/1/13 on the Akron Beacon Journal where the Rcg ceremony article is and it was deleted. I wonder why!? Is she getting paid or attending Pack's sect? Did not stay up very long.

Daily articles only allow what they would consider average and mundane comments for the most part. In that particular article they had to turn off the comments even from the community.

The religion editor told me personally she would like "someday" to talke to ex RCG types but the ball is in her court.

Come to think of it, Dave's prophecy about the rise of Dave the Deceiver who is going to try to sell strange and weird ideas and engage in unscriptural conduct, is the one prophecy that Dave has uttered that HAS come true.

Of course, that wasn't supposed to be understood as a prophecy from any god, just a prophecy from Dave. And it was not about what any god was going to do, but just about what Dave was probably going to do. Dave knows himself well enough that he can predict his own behavior years in advance, no problem, although he didn't try to specify the day he was going to begin going off into strange, weird, and unscriptural ideas. In short, for whatever reason, when he said those words, he was actually not trying to bullshit everyone, if you can believe that. I know, seems like such an unlikely thing for Dave to ever do, huh?

that these eliminated statements were ever made reveals Dave's lack of commmon sense and good judgment. These were predictably dangerous comments.

"that these eliminated statements were ever made reveals Dave's lack of commmon sense and good judgment. These were predictably dangerous comments."

Common sense and good judgment have never been the hallmarks of Armstrongite leaders, unless you define those attributes in the context of being able to con and bring out the worst in people.

What made me laugh was a comment by an Armstrongite sheep on another thread, suggesting this is all because Armstrongite churches are so much Truthier than other Christian churches, so Satan is focusing his efforts on attacking them!

Apparently, in the Armstrongite sheep-brain, Satan has a motto you might read on a box containing a pizza sold at a 'smash-up derby'- "I've destroyed the rest, now I'll destroy the BEST!"
