God's Third Most Important Prophet Selling Her Condo

Who would have though that one of God's most important prophets would need to sell her condo before the end times happen?  Audra Weinland/Van Horne has her condo up for sale.

Mike, over at Don't Drink the Flavor Aid Served By False Prophets has this up:

Audra_entranceBy August of 2013, Chris and Audra were divorced.  Audra quickly recovered from the breakup, reportedly dating even before the ink was placed on the divorce decree and by February of this year was married to Edwin Van Horne.  Since Edwin lives in the Netherlands and reportedly has stable employment, the Van Horne’s live there and Audra comes to the States occasionally to show the flag and be ordained to higher rank in the visiting room at a Federal Correctional Institution.

So what to do about the condo?  Around a month ago, it went on the market.  Below is a clip of the realtor information.  Not listed among the selling points is that it is owned by the 3rd ranking prophet of God.  It does mention a short sale.  If what Audra paid matches the $140,000 tax valuation, she’s going to have to come up with some money to be able to sell it at the asking price of $125,000.  Too bad Audra’s prophecy skills don’t cover the decline in the real estate market.

The Weinlands are certainly known for their absurdities with regard to tax law. And, I have no idea how matters of property tax might be unfolding in the rust belt, where many manufacturing jobs have taken the L to red China. All I know is that in my state in the Southwest, the tax assessor undervalues property tax as compared to the average sale of the homes in our county. So, this seems to be extremely unusual.

Obviously, whatever transpires will also effect Audra's ex, and since she recently found some "new dick", this whole matter could be some sort of payback for her ex's lack of loyalty or support for Daddy Weinland. He may end up holding the bag for any shortfall.

LOL!!!

Wouldn't the highly relevant fact that this condo was inhabited by such an earthshaking individual raise the selling price? Not everyone gets to live in the former home of a newly minted prophet. In the middle east, I'm sure there's stiff competition to live in the former home of Mohammed the prophet, and a staggering pricetag to go along with it! I'm sure she could prophet, er- profit, handsomely, and get several million at least, and certainly a lot more than a paultry $125,000.

Why so modest?

Isn't she proud of her new "prophet" status? Aren't Mommy and Daddy supposed to be trumpeting their "witness" status to the whole world right now? Isn't she supposed to be doing likewise? Why is she hiding her light under a bushel?

Is she ashamed of her "weird" religion and the "weird" title of "prophet" it has bestowed upon her? Maybe this means her faith isn't what it should be? Maybe secretly she's afraid to tell her daddy that she thinks he's full of shit?

Anyone buying it is advised to hold an exorcism before occupying it.

Checked out the listing here:

HOA fee is $195 a month! Lot is only 1742 sq feet.

I'll pass!

A short sale means the seller is far behind on his/her payments, and the property could go to foreclosure. If you're a seller, a short sale is likely to damage your credit -- but not as badly as a foreclosure.

Bad things happen to good people, but bad things can also happen to bad people as well. I am not being judgmental, but I find it ironic that Audrey and her husband get a divorce in 2013 and late in 2014 their condo is being sold as a "short sale".

This raises some questions - how does Audrey's divorce square with the traditional view of divorce/remarriage of the old Radio/Worldwide Church of God?

Is Audrey "breaking her word" by reneging on her Condo loan commitment? What kind of example is Audrey setting by walking away from her financial obligations when she has the ability to pay it albeit by the dumb tithe slave sheep?

By their fruits you shall know them!

Not true, it doesn't mean that. It just means that the sales price is less than what the seller owes on the mortgage. Which is due to the decline in the real estate market.

It's Audra, not Audrey. And we have no evidence that she hasn't been keeping up her payments. Or rather that PKG tithe-payers have.

Sounds like an opportunity for Gerald Flurry to make another astute real estate investment.

Maybe Audra is working on buying some outhouse that HWA used back in the 20's and building a shrine there.

It could legitimize her daddy's work when he is released from prison.....
