First Live Shot of Apocalypse Happening in New Zealand

First live photo from New Zealand of the apocalypse
as it is happening!

Earthquakes, fire and destruction!

This same death and destruction
will soon be upon us Saturday at 6:00 p.m.
(according to your time zone)

Harold Camping was right!
The prophet was without honor in his own country!

(Gavin, it was nice knowing you! Was it hot?)

Click on picture to expand to it's full size to witness the death and destruction!

  1. I'm trying to place the city. Don't think it's Auckland... too big for Dunedin. No, I'm still here. The Lord is late. Camping seems to have been stood up. Oh dear, how sad, never mind.

  2. Jesus spent the night here sitting by the phone waiting to hear from the Father who only knows the time.

He keeps saying, "It's all bullshit, bullshit I tell you...We don't have room for all these people and we don't even like most of them."

He seems agitated for sure and seems to think He and the Father never talked of such things and is wondering if either he witheld information from him or this human has made up a story.

  3. The first live shot of Apocalypse photo brings back childhood memories of Basil Wolverton's cartoons, and of course descriptive memories of the end as presented by every major WCG evangelist including Gerald "Go water the House of God" Waterhouse.

I looked at the photo very closely, but I don't see the parents eating their children like the WCG ministers would scare us into believing.

Oh, the "Rod of God" Meredith must be dancing for joy that his "5 years left" prophetic prediction that he has been saying for 50 years has now finally come true.

  4. That scene looks familiar. Is it from a science fiction movie, or is it East L.A. during the riots? Perhaps some Middle East country after Islamic Terrorists?

Armstrongists should take note. You're next, right after the Harold Camping unhappy campers. Why you stupidly pursue your false prophets blindly in a weird dysfunctional blasphemous idolatry is just beyond me. How many times do you have to suffer through 1975 in prophecy endlessly before you get the idea that if God really does exist, you are following Satan the Devil?

What did Jesus say about false prophets in Matthew 7:15? Then why in heck do you embrace them instead?

Your idle hope of angels whisking you away is the result of too much whiskey. So many of you Armstrongists are alcoholics. Why don't you clean up your act so your alcohol addled brains can get your eyes to focus clearly, instead of wandering around in a stupor, expecting to become God as God is God, right after the doom, devastation, destruction endlessly predicted by people whose IQ seems less than room temperature?

Those of you in the UCG with your new website and all (it looks spiffy enough, but it's not that new -- commercial websites have been using mega menus for two years now -- try Flipping Books. I'm just sayin'), are trapped in the same old thinking which led to the divisions you've had over the last decade. You don't really have anything. They lie to you and then they take your money. And for what? Do you have a presence in the community? Do you really have a community? Does that person sitting next to you in church really believe what you do? Think WCG. You are repeating history.

The reason you are repeating history is that you have the same stupid idea of British Israelism and the history of the church which have been proven wrong.

What are you going to do now?

Your church is disappearing like the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland.

It's time you found something that really works.

At least you should TRY following Scripture. No guarantees. Maybe it's not the right thing. But it is certain that what you are engrossed in right now sure isn't.

  5. I have a question.

Harold Camping told Michael Medved that he would call if the world didn't end today.

I understand that instead of having a new broadcast for Family Radio last night, a rerun was played.

    I'm suspicious about this.

So here's the question: Where is Harold Camping now?

Do you suppose he had this planned out and took the money and ran?

That would make this whole sordid affair complete.

  6. I was looking for what happened to Harold Camping today and found this. Talk about extreme. I've never....

  7. Remember that it is not 6:00 in California yet. That is where he is based. There is still time for the apocalypse to happen according to Camping's schedule.....

  8. Douglas,
What is it with these religious nuts and all those bright fonts?

  9. What is it with these religious nuts and all those bright fonts?

You know, James, I never thought about it. Maybe you have something here.

Ooooh! How I'd like to have a brain scan!

  10. Remember that it is not 6:00 in California yet. That is where he is based. There is still time for the apocalypse to happen according to Camping's schedule.....

Or enough time for him to have driven or flown away.

I don't know that with him being 89 years old, he actually has enough brain cells to form intent. He might have stayed put and zoned, so he doesn't know what day or time it is.

  11. Of course, non of this would have happened if people didn't believe in imaginary beings in the first place.

I know, I know. Let's not throw the imaginary baby out with the imaginary bathwater. Let's mock and pop the fundamentalists with our BB gun but continue to hold on to our own little "liberal" and "enlightened" view of imaginary beings.

  12. And in other news: it's 10 after 6 here on the east coast and my sabbath-breaking continues unabated. My likely-rapture-worthy neighbor is still mowing his lawn. lookin' like a fail, Camping...But then again, maybe he meant Pacific time. (rolls eyes)

  13. It's only 2 hours and 10 minutes till the Apocalypse happens here in CA. So we are heading off to see Pirates of the Caribbean in Imax 3-D. So if the end happens at least we will be enjoying ourselves. Then maybe some shrimp and lobster at a Chinese restaurant. What a great last day on earth this will be!

  14. @ No2HWA

That just proves that great minds think alike. Also going to see POTC4 tonight! (albeit, not in IMAX)

  15. And as I predicted, now reported in the San Francisco IB Times, Harold Camping has disappeared.

And I'm pretty sure it was through a rapture.

  16. I'm not sure what makes me more sick, the fact that Camping is not taking ownership of the situation by speaking to the media (even after saying he would) *OR* the fact that these other churches are wasting no time at all in trying to "help" these moronic "victims" and sweep them into their fold.

And as for these idiots that sold all of their worldly possessions and quit their jobs? I couldnt think of a more deserving bunch of people. Jesus Christ, where's the common sense people? You've never seen your deity in the first place but some jackass with a radio show thinks he's got the 411 so you sell your homes? But never fear, they now have the opportunity to join non-doomsday cults and learn about the real Jeebus. Once they establish that "closepersonalrelationshipwithjesuschrist" as paul ray puts it, everything will all be ok.

    FAIL.
