Lucifer Created HWA's Pyramid Syle of Government

I bet Herb does not like hearing this!  Apostate Malm writes:

Lucifer instituted the “Pyramid” system whereby there were layers of authority and each layer intervened and came between the top and the lower layers.  In this way he came between the angels and God and they were taught that to question or disobey him would cut them off from God.

That was the beginning of the “Pyramid” system of church governance.

HWA condemned any type of ministerial authority for years when he did not want to be subject to it.  Then he began to teach the “Pyramidal” system of church government with himself at the top.  HWA then reversed his position on Peter being the chief apostle and began to teach that Peter was indeed the chief apostle and that he  HWA was the later day Peter.  This was the Catholic Primacy of Peter, although that title was seldom used for the doctrine because it linked the WCG with Roman Catholicism.

HWA set up the Satanic “Pyramid” system which was proved to be so wrong by Joe Tkach.  God allowed an apostate to become the WCG leader to teach his people that NO man was ever to be our ultimate moral authority.  There is NO mediator or intercessor between men and God except Jesus Christ.
What Apostate Malm says about Tkach is true!  He brought to light that no man stands between us and God, no law-keeping stands between us and God, and no church stands between us and God despite of what Apostate Malm says!.  If Tkach Sr. accomplished nothing more than this, then he was the right man for that job.  That does not gloss over all the other crap that he did, but in this aspect he was right on the money!

  1. And what of Moses, what with his one over 10, 50, etc?

    Satan gave Israel an hierarchy?

Why wouldn't an Old Testament Christian like Herbert Armstrong adopt something from the Old Testament, not to mention, Babylon and the Roman Empire?

I'm confused though, by that lying piece of garbage: The Tkaches continued the hierarchy, lied and took the money. I'm not seeing that as progress.

  2. And the posts continue to disappear.

Maybe I was wrong: Maybe they do have the faith to stop us.

    Wait. What?

    Hey, hey now!

    No they don't. Just kidding.

  3. Regarding Joe Tkach, senior, it was stated that: "...If Tkach Sr. accomplished nothing more than this, then he was the right man for that job...in this aspect he was right on the money..."

I agree, because now the following verses will finally be fulfilled:

    Revelation 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Perhaps Joe Tkach, senior, was used in a similar way as God allowed Satan to use Judas to accomplish God's will overall.

Thus God would not come across as a liar regarding these verses of Rev 3:14-22.

We didn't read there about the Church in Laodicea, as in the Church in Philadelphia, but "...the church of the laodiceans...": just scattered individuals and fractured groups of people.

Also, perhaps those xcogs (ucgiAssociation, cogwAssociation, the living group, etc.) will find out some day that they are part of the laodiceans b/c they can't seem to let go of the many prophecies of HWA that really were just like some "junk food:" worthless and are not in sync with reality.

And yes, even if those prophecies continue to remain false, so many now in those xcogs would die believing in those false prophecies thinking they are all truth...and actually fulfill Rev 3:15-18. Who would have thunk it?

    But time will tell...

  4. Wow! Will wonders never cease. This appears to be a case in which a broken clock is telling the correct time! But, even in this, Malm errs. Pyramid government was introduced to Moses during the exodus and wanderings by Jethro, his father-in-law. Basically, as were most of HWA's teachings, it was Old Covenant, and indicative of HWA's lack of understanding of the nature and function of the Holy Spirit.

One of the most enlightening studies Armstrongites could indulge in would be a complete topical Bible study of circumcision (it ends up becoming an archtype for all the other elements of the Old Covenant) carefully noting what Paul had to say about circumcision. Next would be a complete topical study of the Holy Spirit throughout the Old and New Testaments. Some hold that the literary effect "personification" was used in the New Testament, but the question which begs to be asked is "Why would God inspire his original and only apostles to use personification?" Apparently, that is the way in which God intended us (with our severe human limitations) to comprehend His Spirit.

Meanwhile, the legalists (falsely called Philadelphians) continue to splinter and be spewed from the mouth of God.

  5. Now, now, Byker Bob, you are suggesting that Armstrongists move from being Old Testament Christians to being New Testament Christians.

You have to know that I find your efforts repugnant: These are the Pharisees of Pharisees and they have the physical and ceremonial laws down pat... well, OK, pretty pat. They missed a bit.

And here you are, suggesting that they leave their old ways with which they are successful -- well, kinda successful... um... well, not complete failures... yet -- and embark on a spiritual journey to leave behind the physical. You are advancing the cause that they seek to find a newer plane of existence.

You must know already, intuitively, that this has been tried before and every indication is that it cannot work. They can never understand the spiritual without some sort of "repentance" whatever that is -- and don't ask them because they just don't know.

In fact, they don't seem to have one iota -- not one jot or tittle -- of spirituality. Their works of the flesh speak more eloquently than any words they might use.

And so I say, it was very nice of you to put forth the effort to try to pursuade them to change their spots. It's nice to see an exhibition of the fruit of the spirit.

But I'm quite certain that it is a complete waste, since they stopped listening a long time ago.
