Biblical Inerrancy
Did you know that the belief in inerrancy of the Bible is an American invention within the last 200 years?
Refreshing, but it doesn't get to the heart of the matter--the fact that the "god" touted is an impossible construct of ecstatic and deluded human minds.
It's interesting that this stupid doctrine originated primarily right here in America. It hss become so entrenched that it is virtually impossible to root it out.

I watched some of (and recorded the rest for future edification) last night's episode of The Middle.
ReplyDeleteYoung Brick, a bookworm, reads the Bible and has some problems with it.
The parts I caught last night were hilarious. I'll watch the rest of it when time allows.
