It's the gritty and dirty behind the scenes look at Armstrongism as you have never seen it before! I hope you rot in hell for making fun of Mr. Weinland! Gods ministers will not be MOCKED!
ReplyDeleteRon's own curses to those who have mocked him in the past have failed (something about rotting from the inside out- not very nice). Since he has claimed to be God's end time messanger, I would take those failures as an indication that God is not exactly behind him.
ReplyDeleteIf you think Ron Weinland is "God's" "minister"... think again Batman.
ReplyDeleteDeut 18:20-22
20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
21 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?
22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
I know, when I was young churchie, I used to hear the same voices in my head too, telling my ego that I could be the next great high exalted poobah of God, but the difference is, I was skeptical. Eventually they went away.
On May 27th, there will be no wiggle room left for this sad, deluded, presumptuous, schizophrenic, just like there is no wiggle room left for Harold Camping. On May 28th, the mocking will begin in earnest from far and wide. I hope he manages to court some mainstream media attention in the lead up the big day, just so there is a large and indisputable public record created.
Also, guys, what's up with the month of May? Geez!
Weinland, what a fool. Let a rhyme be heard around the world on May 28th. It goes like this:
ReplyDelete"Ron is on his honor to do his best, to help himself and cheat the rest!"
this sad, deluded, presumptuous, schizophrenic
ReplyDeleteSorry, the DSM IV does not support the diagnosis of "schizophrenic".
However, it does very much seem to support the diagnosis of "antisocial personality disorder".
what's up with the month of May?
Sunday, May 27th, 2012 is Pentecost, as those of us who work out the calendars know.
But that leaves me confused: Why not October 1st, 2012, the Feast of Trumpets?
It's all nonsense, but it would be interesting to know what his rationale is.
No, scratch that. I've had too many con artists in my life -- I don't really want to know.
(Besides, it isn't as entertaining as Art Braidic telling his congregation that an angel will come and pick them up and transport them to the Place of Safety! Fantasy, fantasy!)
James: How quick you forget that we will all be dead by May 27th. Weinerdude has cursed us all to die of horrible internal cancerous diseases because we mocked the idiotic moron. I have been threatened to die by him, by the deviants in Neville Stevens cult, the wacktards on Yahoo and Facebook. I was cursed to die every year before Armstrong's pretend Passover. Still alive ten years alter.
ReplyDeleteUm, rot in hell? I thought you cultists did not believe in hell? Don't you mean the lake of fire?

MY COMMENT: God's "ministers" my ass! They're no more God's "ministers" than the Pope is. Actually, the Pope is more of God's "minister" than any Armstrongite who calls himself a "minister".
FWIW: Sorry Doug, but the DSM IV does support schizophrenia as a candidate condition to be considered in DD procedures.
ReplyDeleteI don't happen to have the DSM IV handy on my bookshelf, as you obviously do, but I know someone personally who has been clinically diagnosed with schizophrenia because he hears a voice talking to him that he believes is God, which gives him prophecies about the future. He is somewhat bitter that his own family does not believe him. Of course, when he is on his prescribed medication, God always seems to take a vacation until he stops taking it again. Anyway, Ron Weinland claims he is a prophet also, schizophrenia often presents this way, so that's why I said schizophrenia.
Schizophrenia in pop culture is often shown as dissociative identity disorder, but schizophrenia is actually a totally different disorder from DID, apparently. Maybe you could confirm this for me by looking it up in your DSM IV. So when I say schizophrenia I don't mean DID.
Not to say that one couldn't also "diagnose" Ron with other sociopathic disorders such as ASPD. But then I think all "church" "leaders" could be diagnosed with that, as well as most "ministers".
Anonymous wants those who disagree with Ron Weinland to rot in hell...hmmmmm Is that what it means to love thy neighbor? It is good to hide in anonimity isn't it? It would take courage to give one's real name.
ReplyDeleteIn the DSM IV, Schizophrenia has its own chapter / section and has categories and subcategories numbered generally 295.nnn.
ReplyDeleteIt can be described to have several conditions exhibiting delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior.
Subtypes include Schizophreniform Disorder, Schizoaffecive Disorder, Delusional Disorder, Brief Psychotic Disorder, Shared Psychotic Disorder.
Subtypes of Delusional Disorder include Erotomanic Type, Grandiose Type, Jealous Type, Persecutory Type, Somatic Type, Mixed Type, Unspecified Type.
Even though Delusional Disorder (297.1)contains the Grandiose Type, it should not be confused with the Narcissistic Personality Disorder (301.81).
Both involve grandiosity, but the Grandiose Type distinguishing feature is delusional thinking. Narcissism seems to fit Ronald Weinland more closely, since he doesn't seem so much delusional as he is a narcissistic con man deliberately deceiving others for profit and has the fantasies of unlimited success (in prophecy), power, breilliance, that he is special and unique, has a sense of entitlement, interpersonally exploitative, lacks empathy, envious of others, shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes -- and many of these factors are missing in the Delusional Disorder.
Just sayin'.
Ah. I see the problem, Doug. We made different assumptions about what are symptoms versus what are unrelated character flaws.
