Cal Culpepper Destroys Another PCG Relationship

PCG and Cal Culpepper continue their winning streak on winning this award!

Here is another story that was on Exit and Support about a man named Hugh and how the PCG and Cal Culpepper tried to destroy his life and his family.  Imagine going in in to counsel with a minister and have them ask if you have been intimate with the woman you were dating after you long time wife had died. Or if you masturbated and if you had a problem with pornography.  Oh wait....that is the Church of God's modus operandi!  So many of these sick men get off dwelling on sexual topics with members.

Someday soon someone with enough money is going to take these degenerate men to court and it is going to be nasty! Cal Culpepper is the gift that keeps on giving.

Why I'm Ex-PCG

My wife never wanted to be in the PCG. She attended because I did. We were treated very badly by the man that became the regional director in our area.

She died very suddenly of a brain aneurysm going on 5 years now. At first I didn't care if I lived or died; I didn't even want to go home. It was because of my two sons still living at home that I even went home. The regional director didn't even want to perform the funeral. The local minister said a few words during the announcement part of Sabbath services. He said the director forbade him from more because it was the Sabbath and it would be inappropriate. At that time I didn't care; however, I did bring pictures of my dead wife and put them on the table.

A few weeks later, our first grandchild was born. That was a bittersweet day. Oh, how my wife looked forward to her first grandchild, but she wasn't there. When I held that baby, I knew I wanted to live. I knew I had to change, to lose the weight and health problems that would prevent me from seeing my grandchild grow up.

After two years, I had lost 150 pounds and decided that I wasn't too old to date again. There were no single ladies in my congregation so I had to travel. I went all over looking for someone to date. My minister cautioned me not to travel too much and reminded me that (city withheld) was my congregation and I should stay there.

A friend that was a minister told me about a single lady in his area. He said she was a school teacher close to my age, that she was a great lady and I should come and meet her. I did. We hit it off and I began traveling to see her as often as I could. I would spend a week at a time seeing her every day. She came up to visit me and I would go visit her.

We became close and both of us thought we were  in love. One thing led to another and we became intimate. Thinking we were in love and going to be married, and knowing other couples that were married that had done the same thing, we decided that we would not let it happen again until we were married and not tell anyone about it.

One day the minister called me while she was there and asked me if we were in love, I said yes; he asked if we wanted to get married, I said yes. He took that to the director and he put the breaks on it like we were children. I was told that they did not know her and I should not spend time with her until they met her. She came down and met the local minister. He frightened her so much that we didn't see each other for a while. She had a series of disasters happen, and decided that we had sinned. The guilt was heavy on both of us so we quit dating.

Wow, that was a blow but I had to live with it. I started seeing another lady, not wanting to let that happen again. We went out a few times with no physical contact at all. I had learned my lesson.

The FOT was in (city withheld) that year. I went a few days early and while walking around the hotel I met the lady I had been intimate with. We went out to dinner. She started crying, said she loved me and wanted to marry me. I felt the same way.

The second lady was also at (city withheld) and when she learned that the first lady was there she went to the regional director and told him. I was told not to see anyone until he could talk to me.
He called all three of us and arranged a meeting. The ladies went first and when I saw the first one come out crying, I knew things would not go well.

I was called in to talk with the director. He asked me about my relationship with the first lady. I told him we dated and wanted to continue dating and counsel for marriage. He pushed me further on the relationship, I said we had been intimate. He asked if we had had sex. Not wanting to lie to the minister I said we had. He told me that I was a sexual predator. I told him that I had had sex with one woman besides my wife in 38 years and that made me a sexual predator? He said yes. He then asked If I had had sex with the second woman. I said no and that we had not even kissed. He then said that I did have sex with her. I again said no and he again said I did.

He asked me If I had a problem with pornography. I said no, that I had two young boys at home and didn't look at it or have it in the house. He then asked me if I masturbated. I couldn't believe what was happening. I thought of saying, "No, but I've seen your wife so I know you do," but I was so shocked that I couldn't say anything. The local minister sat there with a sad look on his face, like a little whipped puppy dog. I felt that he was in just as much shock as I was. (I've just learned that this local minister was put out, and lost his family.)

The lady and I were both suspended on the spot. And I was told to leave (city withheld).

As I was leaving at about 5:00 in the morning, I passed her door and saw that the bill was under her door. indicating that she too was leaving that morning.

I drove down the road for an hour or so and called her to see if she needed any money to get home. I was at a Wal-Mart and could wire the funds to her. Because she had driven to the FOT with a local family, I knew she didn't have the means to get home. She didn't answer so I left a message offering to help her get home.

She told the minister; he called me on my cell and told me I would be marked for contacting her.

When I got the call from the director, I was shocked. I asked if I could receive counseling. He told me that I was out, no longer a member of the congregation, and that I was marked. I said after 33 years that's it? No counseling, no second chance? He said I was out and not to call. He then went on to say he was having to put out a lot of people in the region, like it was a burden on him. He didn't care about the lives he was affecting.

So after over 33 years and raising four children in the PCG, two of which were at AC [Armstrong College], I was thrown away. Just like the Nazis would march a Jew out and shoot him in the head. That's what I felt like.

It's taken me a while to get over this. If I had had a gun in my home at that time, I would not be writing this now.

They made my daughter that was living with me leave home. They forbade my other daughter and my little granddaughter from seeing me. They would not let my son at AC have contact with me.

Thankfully my daughter and son in law quit the cult. They saw what they had done to me and decided they could not be a part of a group that would do such a thing. And would not forbid their daughter from seeing her grandfather. My youngest son is still with me. He doubts the existence of God because of the cult.1

I even wrote a letter to "That Prophet." I never got an answer. I know he got the letter because the director told my son-in-law about the letter and told him that I had lied to Gerald Flurry. The director was "Cow Cultpecker" (name changed).

I continue on with my life. I'm happy now and have made lots of friends. People we were taught not to associate with I've found are good people and friends.

My daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters are with me, as is my youngest son. We grieve the loss of my other two children that are still in the cult. We hope that one day they will have their eyes opened to the truth and we will see them again.

Gerald Flurry Demands That Aaron Eagle's Wife Divorce Him When He Tried To Expose Cal Culpepper's Abuse

Exit and Support has the following letter up concerning Aaron Eagle being kicked out of the PCG for daring to expose the lying abusive turd that is Cal Culpepper.  What's even more disgusting is that Gerald Flurry is trying to destroy their marriage. Flurry has given Eagle's wife shelter on the cult compound while demanding she divorce him.  Flurry is also demanding that Eagle not be allowed to see his children. Flurry and his cult continue to sink further into the depths of total depravity.

I knew Eagle from Pasadena and he was a likeable guy. I am surprised that he would go with such a sick and abusive cult as the Philadelphia Church of God.  I hope that Eagle gets a good attorney that will make mincemeat of Flurry and his cult by publicly exposing them for the filth that they are.

Former minister Aaron Eagle tried to expose what Cal Culpepper has been doing to the PCG membership in his area. For his efforts he was disfellowshipped. He refuses to come back to the cult but his wife wants to stay on.  Now Aaron's wife is living at the Edmond compound with their children. She is granted living quarters and a 3rd tithe monthly payment. Aaron is not allowed to see or have any contact with his wife or children. Flurry is demanding a divorce take place. --Ex-PCG

LCG's Simplistic View On Depression

You can learn more about depression in these 4 minutes
than you ever will in the LCG or reading one of its booklets.

Remember that this quote comes from a church that produced Terry Ratzmann who murdered several LCG members when he became depressed over hearing Rod Meredith's end-time hopelessness.  This is also the same church that has caused numerous suicides of members and teenagers who became depressed at their unworthiness after hearing endless sermons brow beating them. This is also the same church that refuses to speak out against abusive COG leaders of other splinter personality cults who have directly caused suicides of members.

Davey Crockett on The "Black Dog"
If you suffer from the “Black Dog” of depression, you may need professional or medical intervention to bring it under control. However, the eternal truths found in the Bible can bring peace of mind. Paul wrote to the church in Philippi, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).
The cure for this is to write in to get LCG's booklet.  Hopelessness will disappear and warm fuzzy world tomorrow thoughts will immediately fill your head ending your depression.

On our website you will find our free booklet entitled What is a True Christian and other resources, which will be helpful if you or someone you care about is dealing with this widespread condition. Don’t delay; obtain this information. You will be glad you did.

Instead of advertising one of its nonsensical booklets Davey Crockett should have referred people to these resources:

LCG: Our Humor Is More Godly Than Those So-Called Christians We Make Fun Of

Living Church of God's John Wheeler has a humorless posting up on how LCG servants are better at humor than the world around them.

Wheeler takes offense at those who might make jokes about or mock his god.  However, it is perfectly OK for LCG ministers to mock and ridicule those they call "so-called" Christians around them.  It is OK to make fun of them every chance they get.  Just look at the bad fruit that LCG produced in Bob Thiel.  He mocks Christians every chance he gets.
We humans can take humor one step farther and joke about the ultimate questions of existence. If there is a God who cares for and rules over men, though, then joking about Him is dangerous ground to walk on. But surely it is amusing to those with eyes to see how foolish man can be in his devotion to false gods and false concepts. In the Bible, Elijah (1 Kings 18:27), Isaiah (Isaiah 44:10–20), Wisdom personified (Proverbs 1:24–27), Paul (2 Corinthians 11:1, 16–18, 21, 23), and even God Himself (Psalm 2:4), all employ different “senses of humor” to challenge false gods and false concepts on their own grounds.

LCG ministers and elders have a God given talent for humor when they use it in sermons or to "righteously" mock church members they have disdain for or those poor unconverted satanically deceived so-called Christians..
God’s servants could do this because our “sense of humor” is rooted in a major “defense mechanism” of the human mind. We can use humor rightly to laugh at our own foibles; we can use it as a way of defending God’s truth. The problem comes when we use humor to mock or scorn other human beings, human authorities that God has ordained, or worst of all, God Himself, His law, His grace, and His promises. The Bible has a long list of warnings and examples against “mocking” and “scorning.”
Paul wrote to Christians: “[Let there be] neither filthiness [among you], nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks” (Ephesians 5:4). The Greek word behind “coarse jesting” is interesting. Aristotle, in his Politics, used it to describe what we might call “college-freshman humor”: as clever and skeptical as it was coarse. It denigrated its targets—it did not build them up. Does this sound familiar? It should. Such humor fills the speech, the “sitcoms” and the movies of our modern world—to say nothing of social media on the Internet!

So where is our “sense of humor” directed? Do we use it to help us see how deceitful our own minds are (Jeremiah 17:9), to defend the truth with wisdom, or to dishonor others made in God’s image?

The answer to this question is to write in to get LCG's booklet What Is A True Christian. There you will learn that there are NO Christians outside the environs of the Living Church of God.

Lord, Its Hard To Be Humble When You Are The Chosen Church of God (PCG)

Gareth Fraser, one of PCG's new up and coming elite in Edmondk preaches to the PCG membership about "humility."

For some reason Gareth believes that the PCG is the pillar of humbleness.  Gerald Flurry is the most humble person to ever walk this earth in the every footsteps of Jesus Christ.
Humility is one of three great qualities God is looking for in those loyal Philadelphians who worship Him. “O, man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God” (Micah 6:8).
Only "loyal" PCG members can be humble.  The key word is "loyal."
A humble person recognizes his personal status in the growth process of conversion. We are not to think too highly of ourselves. “For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith” (Romans 12:3). After humbly submitting to God, we must continually realize that any good in us, anything of value, comes from God. Of and by ourselves, we can and will accomplish nothing of value without the direction of our Creator (John 15:5). But we ought never to forget these inspired words of the Apostle Paul: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13).

Does this look like a man of humility?

Humility in the PCG boils down to one thing....submission to authority.

We must be sure that we respect and honor God’s ministry. Our receptiveness to God’s instruction via His ministers is a solid yardstick of our humility. “Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account …” (Hebrews 13:17). The ministers have a heavy burden to carry and we must be genuinely receptive to instruction, “… that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you” (verse 17).

We have been called individually (or sanctified as youths) by God to understand His revealed truth. God wants us to be eager for His instruction. We must set aside our own opinions, notions and persuasions and strive for the attitude of the man after God’s own heart. “Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day” (Psalm 25:4-5).

God assures us, “[T]o this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word” (Isaiah 66:2). That is teachableness and humility; that’s what we need, along with “a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart” (Psalm 51:17).

There it is, plain as day! PCG is all about brokenness.  By breaking the spirit of its members and brow beating them into submission they are better able to control them. Guilt plays an important part in keeping the membership in line.  Contrite hearts usually feel guilty about something they have done wrong.  In the PCG this is a CONSTANT state of mind that the membership are in.  They are never quit good enough, have missed the mark some how, or have pissed God off so much that he has delayed his coming yet again.  The PCG membership lives in fear of Flurry and his minions.  Just look at the Dattalo,  Culpepper, Turgeon fiascoes over the last year.  The PCG is one sick, morally bankrupt personalty cult!

Dennis Leap / Philadelphia Church of God: Our Child Rearing Practices Are The Only Reliable Way To Raise A Child

The Philadelphia Church of God has a new article up about how "sacred" their children are.  It is an article by Dennis Leap, PCG's right hand code enforcer.  One would think by reading the headline that PCG values their children as a gift from God.  However, their actions towards children and the demolition of familial ties bear a striking alternative to this deceptive article.

Leap starts his article off with a blatant threat towards any true PCG member.  Any questions they may have about PCG's child rearing practices are NOT to be questioned. PCG's understanding is a DIRECT revelation from their god.  How dare anyone question that!  Even though Flurry and crew made it all up, it is still directly from their god.

God’s Church’s teaching about child training is unique. Why? It has come by special revelation from God. How well do you understand what God has given His Church concerning child rearing?

Only God’s Church has knowledge about child rearing given directly by God. What God has revealed to the Church is the only reliable knowledge that gives the desired results. Herbert W. Armstrong was personally very excited about the new revelation given on child rearing. We should be too. But are we? If we are, then we will be putting what we’ve learned into practice.
Proper child rearing in the PCG cult can only happen when proper chain of command in a marriage takes place.  Submission to government is the entire point of the "whole truth" that PCG is trumpeting.  Subservient wives raise subservient children.

Today we must make sure that we do get the whole truth on marriage, family and child rearing. God is helping us do that in a remarkable way. How? The Philadelphia Church of God must fight to preserve God’s truth. God knows that humans treasure what they have to fight for. But we don’t fight for the truth just so we can put it on a shelf. We fight to apply it! Jesus Christ not only used Mr. Armstrong to reveal His truth, He used Mr. Armstrong to show us how to put it into action. The end-time type of Elijah knew that coming to a full understanding of God’s revealed truth takes much hard work, which includes study, constant and consistent review, strong teaching on the part of the ministry, and daily practice.

PCG "fights" to preserve marriages by kicking out spouses, breaking up marriages where a spouse is a non-believer or worse yet, an EX COG member.  That alone ranks right up there with the unpardonable sin in the PCG cult.  Marriages have been ripped apart by the church telling wives to leave their husbands, or husbands to leave their unconverted wives behind.  Because they are unconverted then they get special dispensation to remarry within the church, usually to PCG members approved by the hierarchy.

Even though the PCG only has "true" marriages, these marriages produce children that are almost immediately taken over by Satan.

“You need to know at what age Satan gets into your child’s mind. You need to know whether your child has access to God ….” You will not find these truths explained in any book from a bookstore. These are the deep thoughts of God that have been graciously given to us to use (1 Corinthians 2:10-12). We must study, believe, think about and learn to apply each of these in our family life.

Even though Satan immediately takes over their children's minds, their children are the ONLY children on the entire planet that God is working through!  Imagine that!  God only cares bout the children of the PCG members, and most particularly the children of the ELITE PCG staff in Edmond.

We need to take in the significance of what Christ has established through Mr. Armstrong. This truth holds incredible meaning for our children. Our children are not cut off from God. They have access to God. This means that our children are in a different category than all other children on the planet! Of course, God loves all the children in this world—John 3:16 tells us that—but God is only working closely with our children at this time.

Mr. Armstrong wrote, “While other people—not members of the true body of Christ—and all other children are cut off from access to God, your children—if you are a truly converted member of God’s Church—can believe in Christ—are not cut off from God—and much of God’s truth, even though as yet too young to be converted. But they are a special treasure to God!” (ibid). Do we get what Mr. Armstrong is teaching here? Children of members can have a relationship with Christ and come to understand God’s truth because of their parents’ calling. Mr. Armstrong adds that they are a special treasure to God. How inspiring, exciting and thrilling! Do we realize what a sacred treasure our children are?

It is important to keep their children's minds free from error:

Why should our young children be taught about God? Because God makes it possible for them to understand the truth! Do we get it? Our children can grasp the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Our children can know that God is a family into which they can be born. Our little toddlers can be taught to realize that God is offering them the opportunity to rule the universe. People in this world have such great difficulty accepting these wonderful truths of God because their minds are full of religious error. When parents faithfully do their part, a little child is able to grow up without being subjected to Satan’s religious deceit. Keeping our children’s minds free of error gives them an incredible edge in preparation for the Kingdom of God.

PCG accomplishes that by corporal punishment.  Beating children into submission so they sit for two hours on a blanket.  PCG accomplishes this by telling parents to kick teenagers out onto the street if they are the least bit rebellious.

Flurry goes on to quote HWA about his concerns in the early 1980's that huge numbers of young people were NOT continuing on in the church.  Flurry and HWA blamed the parents.  Never mind the fact that these youth saw the abuse, experienced the abuse, and lived the lies that the church was fostering off as "truth."  When its very own leaders, from the top down (including Flurry), were corrupt to the core, why would these youth remain in a fraudulent organization?

In the early ’80s, many young people who were raised in the Church, did not grow up to become members of God’s Church. Mr. Armstrong was greatly disturbed by this trend. He placed the blame where it belonged—on the parents. He wrote, “Brethren, God’s Church is not showing even half the growth it should have from the oncoming generation of our members. This shows we have neglected the teaching of our children! When God has called you for special service in loyally backing the proclaiming of the gospel to the world by God’s Church, He intended that your children should also be called and enter into the Work of God’s Church” (ibid). Besides teaching our children about God, we must also teach them about His Work and show them how to back and support the Work. If our hearts are truly in the Work, this will not be difficult to accomplish.

Remember, as Flurry states above, children are in the church for the express purpose "entering into the the work" of the church, or in other-words - tithe paying money machines.

Flurry quotes HWA again,

“Although Satan is going to influence your children, almost from birth, toward his selfish and rebellious attitude, you may counteract this by teaching your children the truth about God! And when sufficiently adult they will be called. None of this is true of children outside truly converted parents!”

For a church that claims to be the only true church to ever exist in over 1,900 years, it has an INTENSE fear of Satan.  They have given the Satan power over them by their fear. Most Christians (except for dispensationalists) do not live in this fear, only "true" Armstrong do.

The Philadelphia Church of God has a disgusting legacy of child abuse since its creation.  That abuse is mental, physical and spiritual.  It has lead to many suicides over the years. It has ripped apart marriages and families.   How many more need to die before the sheeple wake up?

Read fourteen years worth of letters from ex-PCG members and children of members who ahve been abused here:  Letters From Those Impacted By PCG.
