David Passover Pack Breathlessly Announces That He Is The Messenger Sent Before Jesus Returns

Passover Pack is back with a long list of sermons filled with more points on why he is the most superfantabulous Church of God minister to ever walk the blue green hills of earth.  No other human in recorded history is as magnificent, as educated or powerful as he is.  Only HE is capable of unraveling the mysteries of the Bible and bringing them to the Church of God with the CORRECT interpretation.  All of the other lazy cretins in the other COG's have no idea what they are talking about.

From Passover Dave's miraculous birth and divine childhood, after being conceived by the worlds most perfect parents, to the training he personally received from Herbert Armstrong, Passover Dave is able to accept the mantle placed upon him by Jesus Christ himself in order to prepare the way of his coming.  However, Passover Dave is not too concerned about the return of the inconvenient man that exposes Passover Dave as a fraud.  Passover Dave is only concerned about HIS coming, HIS place in the world and HIS place in the Church of God kingdom.

Passover Dave is such a mind boggling man that his message is the most STUNNING thing you will ever hear.

The Old Testament’s closing book, Malachi, is for our time—NOW!—and it is written DIRECTLY to those with God’s Spirit in every WCG splinter. It foretells an intense trial of “fire” to come on all God’s people—possibly soon—and WHY!

Not what you have thought, Malachi carries a meaning previously impossible for the Church to have understood. It is recorded by a prophet whose very name means “messenger.” He speaks of Christ sending another messenger (3:1)—“MY messenger” (Elijah)—to announce the book’s meaning, ahead of “THE Messenger” (Christ).

Elijah is now revealed. So is the absolutely STUNNING message he is to bring! Easy to grasp, thousands have already found this detailed, eye-opening prophecy fascinating.  All Important Sermons

  6. Some Thoughts About Past Cult History And Gaining “Traction”

Gerald R. Flurry's PCG was growing quite well in the past when Gerald suddenly got the idea to call himself “That Prophet.” That was around the peak for PCG attendance. After that point, potential new members realised how crazy Gerald was and stopped joining his PCG, while some people who had already joined his PCG started to leave it. After that point, Gerald was left with a smaller and declining group of people who were then set up to get their minds totally twisted.

During six hours of noise in early 2015, David C. Pack explained that the idea that HWA was Elijah never gained traction in the world, never really gained traction in the WCG, and never gained traction in the splinter groups. So, obviously, HWA could not have been Elijah. Also, obviously, DCP himself must be Elijah. Of course, it remains to be seen yet how much traction that idea ever gains with anyone, anywhere, anytime. This could represent the peak of DCP's cult attendance statistics. New potential members might realise how crazy DCP is and stop joining his RCG, while people who had already joined his RCG might leave it. DCP could now end up with a smaller and declining group of people who are set up to get their minds totally twisted.

  7. It is difficult to imagine God choosing a messenger whose name and reputation automatically caused people to say "we will not have this man over us", a worse than HWA Hitler-type whose very name caused people to opt out by deliberately choosing the Lake of Fire instead. Talk about a buzz-kill, or an instant bottoming out! Sheesh!

Dave needs to get a medical checkup and his marijuana card.

  8. It takes breath to announce things.

Hopefully soon, Davey will stop announcing such self-aggrandizing drivel - because he's become truly "breathless"!

  9. "New potential members might realise how crazy DCP is and stop joining his RCG"

When the leader of a group turns it into a cult making it mandatory to believe a new doctrine, which is that he is foretold in the pages of the bible, I can only imagine that must be a tough thing to sell to prospective members.

"You say the leader of your church is whaaaa?"

  10. People of RCG, is there anything anyone could say that would help you come to the inescapable conclusion that your leader is a complete psychopath?

He's a deluded fraud, you're wasting your life listening to him and giving his org your hard-earned cash and assets.

You are the only source of his power. Without you he's nothing. He needs your $ (and your adulation).

Just leave already. He's no Elijah or anything else, just a very, very confused and overbearing man.

You're going to be disappointed and disillusioned at some point, it may as well be now before any further time of your life is wasted.

Just leave and stop providing him with financial resources.
    Then the madness will stop...

  11. The only way anyone anywhere could have drawn the parallels necessary to be convinced that HWA was fulfilling the role of Elijah would have been if something totally impossible had happened: The HWA prophecy mold would have needed to be totally fulfilled. The English speaking nations would need to have been confirmed to be Manasseh and Ephraim, the Germans confirmed to be the Assyrians, WCG would have left for Petra in 1972, as the Germans arrived to punish the USA for having forgotten their Old Testament Jewish culture. Then, retroactively, HWA might have been seen as Elijah.

If Dave believes the Elijah role will still be a function of the Armstrong prophecy mold, with him, Dave, as the "real" Elijah, he has an Herculean task ahead of him. The splinters have heard so many tall tales, and "wolf" has been cried so many times by so many people that to be credible amongst the splinter members he would literally need to resurrect HWA and then receive the resurrected HWA's validation. That is the only event that could overwhelm the jadedness and cynicism produced by over 40 years of prophecy failure (this time!), and everyone and their mother and their dog claiming to be the chosen apostle or prophet.

Good luck with that. The Armstrong movement is pretty much a spent force, toast, at this point. Kind of reminds one of the old Clint Black song, "This Killing Time is Killing Me."

  12. "The Old Testament’s closing book, Malachi, is for our time—NOW!..."

The book of Malarchi is for our time now? What makes you so sure? Out of whose ass did you pull that gem?

"...and it is written DIRECTLY to those with god’s spirit in every WCG splinter."

And what makes you so sure that there are any such people in any WCG splinter (or in the entire universe)?

"It foretells an intense trial of 'fire' to come on all god’s people—possibly soon—and WHY!"

Or possibly not soon. Possibly never. And who are these "people" of whom you speak? And why? -- why, so as to keep you well-heeled, of course!

"Not what you have thought, Malachi carries a meaning previously impossible for the church to have understood."

Oh? For which church? You're right about one thing, though, that's certainly not what I thought the book of Malarchi was about.

"It is recorded by a prophet whose very name means 'messenger.' He speaks of Christ sending another messenger (3:1)—'MY messenger' (Elijah)—to announce the book’s meaning, ahead of 'THE Messenger' (Christ)."

    Yeah, and?

    "Elijah is now revealed."

    You don't say. Lemme guess...

"So is the absolutely STUNNING message he is to bring! Easy to grasp, thousands have already found this detailed, eye-opening prophecy fascinating."

Well then, consider me stunned. *YAWN*

"If you have God’s Spirit, LISTEN TO THESE SERMONS!"

What unsolicited advice do you have for those who don't have "god's spirit"? What happens if I have "god's spirit" and decide to take a nap instead?

"Ministers: Malachi reveals that the coming test for you will be more difficult than for the brethren. Malachi—God’s Final Warning to YOU! makes plain the prophecy’s sobering—yet ultimately awe-inspiring—message!"

    *snore*

MY COMMENT - Well said Byker Bob! Spot on - nail meet hammer!

There reality for anyone that has followed Herbert Armstrong and the Worldwide Church of God for 50 to 70 years is that NOTHING has turned out the way and in the time frame predicted by the false Elijah Herbert W. Armstrong! NOTHING!

God was never with Herbert Armstrong, and Mr. Armstrong's own words captured on tape show that he was not God's end time Elijah. That is why the notion of Mr. Armstrong being the end time Elijah "never caught on" Mr. Pack.

  16. I think maybe we can see Pack's strategy shaping up.
In his latest sermon he says this (part 3 near the end):
"I learned I was Elijah... more than even a few weeks ago... Everything's already restored... Either way, my task is very small, very easy, very short, and as of tonight, very done... Restoring all things is done"
"My job is essentially over... Elijah has been sent..."

Taking this in light of his previous sermon where he stated that he's going to be taken away somewhere and disappear (like Elijah), the scenario shaping up seems to be something like this:

After building the Wadsworth compound, with no huge influx of new tithers, RCG is in serious financial crisis.
Pack (and possibly other top leaders) have prepared a secret haven and (funds) for them to escape to when the unavoidable happens.
He's psychologically preparing the members for his disappearance since his "job is essentially over", and having them believe he is the Elijah who has been whisked away, they will not go searching for him.
Probably they'll be on some Caribbean island who knows.
RCG will financially implode with no one to be found to take responsibility.
Die-hard believers will continue thinking the end is extremely nigh since Elijah has been taken.
Pack will live out his life in relative luxury without paying any penalty.
    Unless he's discovered, that is...

  17. Michael-
Either that, or Pack has a terminal illness, and at some point will hide away in order to die a mysterious death and to have his legend "live on".

  19. So, he's fulfilled the role of Elijah on some imperceivable level, and that's all we get, it is very done?

Why that is HWA 101! Herbie used to claim that God had given him the wisdom to preach the gospel to world leaders in such a way that they wouldn't realize that it had been preached.

This is surely stacking up to be different from the work or behavior of any of the prophets written of in the Bible.

    Incredible!
