Exposing the underbelly of Armstrongism in all of its wacky glory! Nothing you read here is made up. What you read here is the up to date face of Herbert W Armstrong's legacy. It's the gritty and dirty behind the scenes look at Armstrongism as you have never seen it before!
With all the new crazy self-appointed Chief Overseers, Apostles, Prophets, Pharisees, legalists, and outright liars leading various Churches of God today, it is important to hold these agents of deception accountable.
Herbert Armstrong's Tangled Web of Corrupt Leaders
Wasn't there an episode of the Simpsons where Homer joined a cult. That would be hilarious to put on this site. I remember watching it. It was funny and sad at the same time. I do not watch the Simpsons very often but because I am an ex-member of the WCG cult I made sure I watched that episode.
It was made a few years ago, but then I discovered he had a mentally-challenged son who was making the odd noise in the background of his earlier videos. So, I hesitated in posting it.
"Wasn't there an episode of the Simpsons where Homer joined a cult.[?]"
Yes, it was when the Simpsons and many others from their town joined the Movementarians.
One of my favorite quotes from that episode is when "The Leader" drives by with a hand waving out the window, and then the dust that's kicked up from his expensive car's tires settle on the minions toiling in the fields and hoping for a glimpse of The Leader. --
Then, a dust-encrusted person exclaims, "I've been covered by the dust of the leader! I am DUSTIER! DUSTIER than thou!"
Is this unlike the Boobinator Theil getting a double dose of dust?!
Good job to whoever did this! Hilarious!

Excellent! I wonder if Bob inspired Al Harrington's Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tubemen.
