COG Pharisaical Zealot Says: I Have Been Warning The Big Three COG's And They Refuse To Imitate My Zeal

Where would the Church of God be today without all of its prophets, apostles and god haunted leaders?  Every day one of these guru's blasts out a warning that COG members, for some insane reason, refuse to follow.  COG members then get slathered with all kinds of labels declaring them Laodiceans, backsliding, lukewarm, or lacking in zeal.

Various COG leaders believe their message is the one and only true message and that everyone needs to heed their admonitions without question. James Malm, the resident Pharisaical Zealot of the Church of God is perturbed that after 10 years of graceless ranting, no one in the Big Three COG's will listen to him.
The warnings have been going out for nearly ten years now, yet the leadership of the big three and most other organizations will not turn to a zeal to live by every Word of God.
They are convinced that they are right and reject anything which does not come from them as being unimportant or wrong (Hos 4:6, 6:5-6), not realizing how wrong they are (Rev 3:15-22).
The one true Pharisee and prophet has envisioned an entire scenario that will happen in the next few months as sure proof he is correct.
In the coming months a great victory will be achieved over organized Islamic Extremists while a Grand Bargain for peace in the Middle East which is heavily in Israel’s favor is concluded.
This in turn is planned to bring great prosperity to America through massive rebuilding conducted by major American Establishment companies throughout the Middle East.  The reconstruction is to be financed using donor money, most of it from international donors particularly the oil rich Arab Nations.
The plan from the beginning of the Syrian conflict has been to inflict as much damage as possible to enable major American companies to engage in massive rebuilding financed by international donors, which would then, along with the regular economic activities;  drive the American economy to great heights of prosperity.
The prophet is so sure about his prediction that he knows it to be "the truth" that all COG leaders and members should immediately be heeding.  But no, they refuse!
I tell you the truth, although I wish it were not so;  the big three groups of today’s spiritual Ekklesia as well as the vast majority of other groups in the COG constellation and most of the brethren, will look with their eyes at the apparent great prosperity and will be deceived into thinking that the coming of the LORD will take much longer and that they will have a period of prosperity to do a great Elijah work.
Malm imagines himself as the guardian of the two witless COG witnesses.  His men/women will be rejected by all of the other COG false prophets. So far, like Bob Thiel's warnings, all of the COG's have overwhelmingly rejected the rants of these exclusive prophets, including Malm.
When God’s two prophets come in God’s power, they will be rejected by most of the brotherhood as false prophets trying to prevent their self imagined great Elijah work!
Only a very few, perhaps a few hundred, will respond by turning to live by every Word of God and to follow the directions of God’s two servants.  Then great tribulation will burst upon those who have rejected the warnings and chosen their own imaginations.
Prophet Malm does NOT lie!  It is all a test!  A test by God to see which 100 or so COG members will heed his call.
I lie not, a great test is upon us!  Almighty God wants to know who will be zealously faithful to HIM and who will follow idols of men contrary to the Word of God.
Why is it that everything in Armstrongite theology has to be one continuous "test" after another?  No COG member has ever passed any of the tests and qualified for anything.  If they did, we would not have the endless stream of self-appointed upstarts we have today in the church.
I bare witness that most of the organizations and brethren are, in their own way, zealous for God, its just that most have been deceived into thinking that organizational loyalty is the same as loyalty to God.  Therefore they follow idols of men into sins like the modern Rabbinic Calendar and Sabbath pollution, and rejecting the increase of understanding that God has promised for our day (Dan 12).
Relying on their false traditions instead of relying on the Word of God, they reject spiritual growth and growth in godly knowledge.  Therefore God is testing us and God will divide his faithful from the followers of men and false traditions.
Those that heed Zealot Malm's clarion call will be allowed to enter Petra where they will be subjected to 3 1/2 half years of ENDLESS sermonizing on zeal and the law.  Jesus will be kept outside the gates of Petra in order to allow the law to reign supreme. While Jesus is outside the gates he will be preparing a huge army of angels to prepare for war on the United States, Canada, England and Australia.  Then, James Malm and his Wiccan sidekick Constance will present the 100 or so true believers to his Jesus and will mount up on steads of white to join in that mighty army of righteous vengeance.  When they ride into the United States with that great army they will catch the folks in UCG, RCG, PCG, COGWA, cCOG, and LCG by surprise.
The small number who pass the test will be spared God’s correction yet, they will continue to learn in a new environment.
The vast majority of today’s organizations and brethren will fail the test and will be caught by surprise, not because they have not been warned, but because they have rejected the warnings.
Those who do not respond to the warnings to turn to and to live by every Word of God, will be taken by surprise (1Thess 5:3).  Then they will fall into the furnace of affliction in the hope that they can still be turned to godliness.
All COG's have failed the test!  Yeah, right...

  2. This is just a continuation of the history of all the kook-a-boos whoever thought they had a message from God for HWA or GTA, isn't it? As if HWA or GTA had actually been the ones speaking for God in the first place! People showed up in Pasadena all the time demanding to speak with the Armstrongs, and they were escorted off campus, leaving as they wondered why they were ignored. Most of them made extravagant claims, some even claiming to be Jesus Christ. The only thing different at this point in time is that unlike back in the '50s, '60s, and '70s, when these "messengers" are rejected, they have a platform through the internet that allows them not to sink into ignominy. They are able to widely publish their angst over rejection, and to attempt to reason with the followers of those who refused to listen to them. If only they were able to take an objective look at themselves, perhaps they would realize that others see them as being a few frijoles short of a burrito. Alternatively expressed, the cheese done slipped off their cracker. Kooks attempting to correct higher profile kooks never ends well.

  3. HWA, who ate and drank on the Day of Atonement, and who one year considered seriously GTA's suggestion that brethren be told to send HQ all their second tithe instead of keeping the Feast of Tabernacles, had one big advantage over the other kooks. He didn't believe in the con. To him, it was a way of achieving what his former professions could not give him. The original premise behind WCG was that HWA's changing words were essentially as good as God's. Subtract HWA and not only are you left with a confusing mess; you no longer have an absolute authority to resolve the confusion. No wonder modern-day Armstrongites are becoming crazier and crazier.

James thinks he is immune to his own words, but let's include "James Malm et al" in his own written words excluding the mentioning of verses taken out of context:

"James Malm et al are convinced that James Malm et al are right and reject anything which does not come from James Malm et al as being unimportant or wrong, not realizing how wrong James Malm et al are."

Now most, if not all of us, realize that Jame Malm is looking forward to a few people passing some stupid test so that they will qualify to impress God and thus somehow, magically, earn their way into reigning with Jesus Christ on earth during some Mickey Mouse Millennium.

Now, as an example, consider James Malm's words near his conclusion where he states the end result for not passing that test (a test God never gave in the first place, a test we would all fail if there were such a thing):

"Those who do not respond to the warnings to turn to and to live by every Word of God, will be taken by surprise (1Thess 5:3 ). Then they will fall into the furnace of affliction in the hope that they can still be turned to godliness."

We have no concern for any furnace of affliction, b/c the context of 1 Thess 5:3 shows God is referring to a time beyond James Malm's MMMillennium:

I Thess 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

The context is about the day of the LORD, which won't exist until AFTER Satan is loosed from some bottomless pit. It comes as such a thief in the night that James Malm expects it to happen soon and, in reality, it occurs way beyond our physical life time on earth...as time will tell. Unless James Malm revises His theory about that MMMillennium and the Day of the LORD, he is destined to “be taken by surprise!” Time will tell.

As an aside, why would that day of the LORD come as a thief in the night? Among other things, people will be living at the end of that 1,000 years and be experiencing a human utopia (remember Satan was in the pit for 1,000 years), so people will be thinking of peace and safety at the end of that time period. And Jesus Christ, still at the right hand of His Father until all enemies are subdued, will not have been on earth with His little helpers (e.g. James Malm et al) teaching people for 1,000 years, warning people for 1,000 years, "converting" human beings for 1,000 years.

After 1,000 years of human utopia, without Satan's control infesting/infecting minds, who then is going to warn people that Satan is coming out of some pit and is going to AGAIN DECEIVE the entire world's inhabitants and inspire human beings to LEARN WAR AGAIN?

All human beings finally "...at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates" will think they are in places of peace and safety! James Malm et al will not even be there to warn anybody about Satan's pit stop coming to an end.

And yes, then that sudden destruction will occur, but only for a short/little time/season and God will then take/destroy Satan, and when it is done there will be "no more curse."

In the meantime, "James Malm et al are convinced that James Malm et al are right and reject anything which does not come from James Malm et al as being unimportant or wrong, not realizing how wrong James Malm et al are."

    And time will tell...

  5. He's as bad of an economist as he is a prophet. Prosperity does not come through destruction of assets in order to build replacements.

I wonder who he thinks the big three are. I only see little flocks.

Correct. It's called the broken window fallacy. As explained by economist Frederic Bastian, if a window is broken, the overall economy is not better off, since the money to repair the window would have still been spent, but spent some where else. The person who has to have his window repaired is the poorer since he has less to spend else where.

  7. James 'passionately living by every word of God' is not the same as personal growth. His map of reality seems more narrow than most peoples. But I still find some of his articles on technical issues educational. Which is why he has a following.
Truth is where ever you find it.

  8. "In the coming months" encompasses years for James Malm.
He has been predicting the same for several years now.
Prophecy fail if months means months.

"The warnings have been going out for nearly 10 years now" When will James Malm "turn to a zeal to live by every Word of God"? Like; grace, mercy, forbearance, kindness, gentleness, patience!!. Those are the Word of God too James. As well as, "treat people like you want to be treated". Try them, you might find you get a bit farther in your efforts and you wouldn't look like such a hypocrite or tyrannical blowhard.

When you delete questions or comments you don't want to answer, or have answers for, is like hanging up the phone or slamming the door on somebody for the same reasons. Is that how you want to be treated? Would it hurt your pride, so much, to say "I just don't know"?

  9. James Malm and Constance much prefer wallowing in the law than ever following Jesus. Grace, mercy, forbearance, kindness, gentleness and patience are anathema to legalists who deny Christ. Never have I seen two such miserable unhappy people. The law produces no joy in an individuals life because the person can NEVER keep it correctly. Because they can't keep it all they go out of their way in making all of those around them miserable too.

  10. At face value, James Malm is Bob Thiel with a better website. An exception is that Bob churns out many more generic and less specific forecasts, whereas the predictions posted in this article are more directed and appear to have a use-by date.
