except when you are an RCG member...
God forbid if they ever discussed the Bible amongst themselves! After all, church members are too stupid to understand the Bible so Dave or a minister must tell them what to believe.
Exposing the underbelly of Armstrongism in all of its wacky glory! Nothing you read here is made up. What you read here is the up to date face of Herbert W Armstrong's legacy. It's the gritty and dirty behind the scenes look at Armstrongism as you have never seen it before! With all the new crazy self-appointed Chief Overseers, Apostles, Prophets, Pharisees, legalists, and outright liars leading various Churches of God today, it is important to hold these agents of deception accountable.
Your baseball or basketball team may play against non-RCG teams, but if two RCG teams play against each other there needs to be at least one minister on one of the teams.
ReplyDeleteIf you and your wife are taking care of her aging parents, and you have your sixth child, they had better ordain you as a minister, or else you won't be able to talk at the dinner table.
Brilliant!
Pack missed his calling. He should have been in the KGB.

The RCG Nine Member Bible Studies are becoming very popular.
ReplyDeleteIf a small group can't meet "in decency and order" without a minister present, it seems like the ministry hasn't done much to help the members mature after all these years. How immature are these members that they can't meet without "adult" mature supervision?
ReplyDeleteGary, the post title should be "Wherever and Whenever 10 or more are gathered together in my name without supervision, you're in big trouble buster."
ReplyDeleteDo babies count? What if there are nine adults, and one baby? Does the baby count? At what age do children count? I am not sure what to do, should I council with a minister?
ReplyDeleteIf we are talking about working in favor of Dave's rules, everything counts! That includes if your wife is pregnant, and any dogs or cats you might have around the house. Are you a farmer with livestock??? Forget about it! You owe your freedom and your soul to the ministry permanently!
