Bob Thiel: If I Make An Error In Judgement I Am Just Like Paul And Like Jesus When He Made A Mistake With Judas

It is another day in COGland and the craziness continues. Instead of following Christ and being at rest and living life to the fullest, our charlatans in residence just have to keep opening their flytraps and keep saying something stupid.

Today's nuttiness comes from our favorite little guy we seldom talk about here...cough...cough. He now has placed himself on the same level as Jesus when it comes to making mistakes in judgment. All of you silly fools who believe that he makes mistakes seem to forget that Jesus also made a mistake when he brought Judas on board with all the other apostles. Stupid Jesus, how could he be so blind? I'm not like him, but if I were, I'd be in good company. Snort...

This is now the Great Bwana Mzungu Bob responded to Terry Nelson's comment the other day about corruption in the improperly named "continuing" Church of God:

The fact is that I have removed leaders from Kenya, Malawi, and Mozambique for corruption. Additionally, at least two of them who are now in the Hope of Israel signed a statement on September 4, 2022 that the allegations against CCOG minister Radson Mulozowa were false and that they would not make such allegations again. Their statement, along with the signature page, is shown on this page dated 09/23/23 p.m.

Jesus was also accused of being associated with corrupt ones (Luke 7:34). Furthermore, even if I missed any corruption, recall that Jesus wrote, "Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?" (John 6:70). Thus, by accepting the view of the post at Banned, one would have disqualified Jesus. Making errors in judgment does not disqualify prophets--if so, that would have also disqualified the Apostle Paul.

If you are a Christian then you understand how Judas was part of the plan of salvation. Bwana Bob and his corrupt church are nowhere near that. In fact, they are at the bottom rung of a bottomless cesspool.

Another thing that the Great Bwana Mzungu is getting his wholistic panties in a twist over is that Terry Nelson and the rest of the Church of God REFUSE to acknowledge that his dreams are validation sent directly from God giving him permission to start a new splinter group when he apostatized from the Living Church of God.

First one about prophets and dreams.

In the past, Terry Nelson did accept my report on dreams.

But now, he seems to have lost knowledge of that and related scriptures.

God said:

Hear now My words:
If there is a prophet among you,
I, the Lord, make Myself known to him in a vision;
I speak to him in a dream. (Numbers 12:6)

The Apostle Peter said:

17 'And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.

18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;

And they shall prophesy. (Acts 2:17-18)

So, yes, the God of the Bible uses dreams to communicate to prophets and dreams were prophesied for the end times. And the CCOG has confirmed signs and prophecies...

Here is what the Bible says about false dreamers who lie to the brethren as Bwana Bob is doing:

Zechariah 10:2
For the household gods utter nonsense, and the diviners see lies; they tell false dreams and give empty consolation. Therefore the people wander like sheep; they are afflicted for lack of a shepherd.

Zechariah 11:17
“Woe to my worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May the sword strike his arm and his right eye! Let his arm be wholly withered, his right eye utterly blinded!”

Ecclesiastes 5:3
For a dream comes with much business, and a fool's voice with many words.

Ephesians 2:2
In which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—

Acts 20:29
I know that after my departure fierce wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock;

Ecclesiastes 5:7
For when dreams increase and words grow many, there is vanity; but God is the one you must fear.

Ecclesiastes 5:7
For in a multitude of dreams and in a flood of words there is worthlessness. Rather [reverently] fear God [and worship Him with awe-filled respect, knowing who He is].

1 John 4:1
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Job 1:6
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them.

John 8:44
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

2 Corinthians 11:15
So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

The  Great Bwana then goes on to list these PROOFS as validation that he is a true prophet from God.

Let me also add that in 2013 I wrote that Russia would end up with at least some territory then claimed by Ukraine, and also put out a video a couple of days before its 'Special Military Operation' into Ukraine.

Anyone with any knowledge of Russian history or Ukrainian history knows that this has been an endless conflict and the present war is NOT any proof that Bwana Bob was accurate. This has been predicted for decades to happen. Strike one.

In 2013, 2014, and later, I warned about the risk of corona viruses prior to the COVID pandemic.

Coronaviruses spreading through the world thanks to air travel have been spoken about and written about since way before 2013. This is NOT more proof that Bwana Bob is accurate. Strike two.

Those were the most world affecting events since the CCOG formed and I wrote about them before they happened.

I have also warned that a major regional conflict involving Israel would take place before the end (as recently as within the last week in a sermon titled: When Does the 6000 Years End? 2031? 2035?) and such will be the case.

Only a hermit in a cave in outer Mongolia would not know that some kind of conflict was to arise between Israel and the vermin from Hezbollah and Hamas at some point in the future.  Strike three, Bobie Boy! You're OUT!

Bwana Bob's jackassery just keeps getting better and better!

  1. Christ did not make an error in judgment in choosing Judas Iscariot as Bob implies. Judas is mentioned in Psalm 41:9, and strictly speaking, it's God the Father and not Christ that chose the twelve apostles as pointed out in John 6:44 "No man can come to me unless the Father... draw him."

  2. Some more corrupt scrambling and backtracking from Thiel who is trying to save his (false) image in CCOG.

He implies that it's possible that he might have missed some corruption in the church and then blasphemously compares himself to Christ "making a mistake in judgment" re Judas? Stupid man, Christ's choice was to fulfill the prophecy that someone would lift up a heel against Him (Ps 41); it wasn't a mistake in judgment but preordained.

And accepting Nelson's testimony disqualifies Christ from being a prophet? Which way do you want it, Bob? First, you say you might have missed some corruption, THEN you say believing Nelson's testimony is disqualifying Jesus, as though the allegations of corruption in your church are not true? Stop exalting yourself and taking God's name in vain (by suggesting that Christ erred in judgment).

Making SERIOUS errors in judgment DOES disqualify prophets, even a Paul or a Solomon, and even brings death (1 Kings 13) if the sin is unto death. The UCG elder who killed his wife was disqualified from the ministry, wasn't he?

So stop denigrating Christ and Paul and then justifying yourself without providing the facts.

What happened a year ago can quickly change when a man's deeds come into focus.

As someone said before, you give more weight to testimonies that support your corporate name and less regard to those who are not a part of your assembly, which is to be expected because it is common across all the churches, this sin of respect of persons.

  3. If Bob had applied to Rod Meredith the standard he now wants us to apply to him, he wouldn't have left LCG. Or at least he wouldn't have had legitimate grounds for leaving.

I would call Bob a hypocrite, but the truth is worse than that. Bob is seriously mentally ill, so much so that a Christian observer might reasonably diagnose him as being under demonic influence, and a secular observer would probably conclude that cognitive therapy is insufficient to fix his brokenness. Bob won't repent unless for some reason he is institutionalized and treated chemically. Exorcism wouldn't work, because Bob clearly prefers to be under the influence of his demons.

  4. This is one classic way demons work with a possessed person.

First, get the person to bring Christ down to the level of a flawed and sinful human. Bob has done this by falsely calling Christ's choice of Judas a justifiable mistake rather than divine providence.

Then, get the person to elevate himself to the level of God. Bob has done this by implying that if Jesus can be forgiven for choosing Judas, Bob must be forgiven for his tolerance/ignorance of sin.

This shows us that, deep down, maybe even without consciously realizing it, Bob sees himself as being on the same level as Jesus. That should frighten anyone associated with CCOG.

  5. Leave it to Dr Bob to throw Christ under the bus to prop up his own little Continuing Church of Fraud.

    MONUMENTAL arrogance.

You're sick and in need of help, Bob!

  6. Great Bwana Mzungu Bob Thiel of the improperly-named "Continuing Church of God" continues his insufferable arrogance, it's more than anyone can tolerate! He shall be consigned to the trash-heap of failed Millerite stump-preachers!

  7. "Bob, I have personally liked you, wanted to encourage you and have tried to work with you for years. However, I have seen that you have had great difficulty in learning the lessons of deep humility that God wants all of us to learn. With very few exceptions, nearly everyone who knows you has clearly seen that—although you have a quick mind and great energy—you have nearly always thought very highly of yourself and of your own opinions."

    - Rod Meredith being uncannily perceptive.

  8. "Bob is seriously mentally ill,..."

    Yep, he is just that.

    ******

Anon, it is so true that God the Father draw, or drag (Strong's), people to Jesus Christ.

God, by the power of His Spirit, also dragged people to John the Baptist; otherwise, who would be interested in a John the Baptist in some wilderness preparing the way for a Jesus Christ?

When Jesus said: "Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?" Did Judas know he was "da man?" No. Jesus was speaking through Judas to the spirit that was to drive, motivate, inspire him to do what was necessary to fulfill the Father's words. Jesus did refer to Judas as a friend.

Jesus spoke to Judas in the same way that Jesus spoke to the Pharisees with all of that name-calling in Matthew 23.

Matthew 23:35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

The one generation is one generation of evil spirit beings, principalities: Satan and his angels driving those Pharisee, similar to the way the hirelings of the former WCG are today driven (2 Cor 11:4) to preach another Jesus with another gospel. These former WCG hirelings would have us believe that they were driven by the spirit that drove Joshua and Caleb (Numbers 14:24; 27:18; Deut 34:9), but it isn't. By their fruits you know them.

Which religious leader existed at the times between "the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias," and slew him? Not a single human being being addressed by Jesus Christ. Jesus addressed the spirits/principalities!

For Bob Thiel, and those who think like Bob: did Jesus lie again? No.

    Time will tell...

    John

  10. Bob has not been posting updates or progress on the significant group of Christians from Manipur Province, India who joined CCOG a few years ago. We hear plenty/plenty/PLENTY! regarding Kenyans, Malawians, etc. but not much from India.

The CCOG'ers in India are either busily content & not adding any significant newsworthiness, or, have they taken the 3 steps mister (towards the door)?
