Van Robison on "DOES THE "PASTOR" MASTER REALLY "SERVE" the COMMON CHURCH GOER?"

DOES THE "PASTOR" MASTER REALLY "SERVE" the COMMON CHURCH GOER?

Are the "ordained" really a rep for Jesus or God?  They obviously would have those who think they are think so.  Herbert W. Armstrong, like the founders and leaders of endless other groups was looked upon as "God
in the flesh", "infallible and inerrant", having all wisdom, knowledge and understanding.  We are led to believe that a man called the "apostle" Paul and who presented himself somewhat as Herbert W. Armstrong did, also thought of himself as an "apostle" of Jesus Christ and proceeded to write "co-worker" letters to the churches, which letters became "scripture" and a part of the New Testament.  Every age of men have their colorful personalities who rise to the top of religious power over others and present themselves to the world as someone "special."

I wonder when human beings will get sick and tired of men who classify themselves as saints, whose only motive in life is to "serve" the common people?    Oh foolish humans!  The world of religions and the world of politics are both the same.  They both hoodwink those they control and whose purse they devour.    Men are NOT God, they only feign and pretend that they are so moral and so saintly that they are "qualified" to do your thinking for you and that you must submit.    The control mechanism they use is always and forever "FEAR."  Fear is the classic tool in all ages that enslaves the masses of church goers and those who follow politicians in their games of life.  There is no greater FEAR among the worlds governments and politicians and religious rulers, than that common people will come to their senses and reject their false authority over their lives.

Rulers in the human realm exist through DECEPTION, even if those who rule are self-deceived about their false power.  Quoting verses from the "Bible" is not authority for power over others, but rather it is an excuse for assuming false authority.  It has long been said that the PEN is mightier than the sword.  Censorship is not new and has been in existence for thousands of years.  For those who wield power, the manner in which they
silence opposition is assassination, often literally or to assassinate their character with false accusations, which is what happened to Jesus Christ.  Whistleblowers are "criminals" to the criminal powermongers who detest
exposure to the light of truth.

Does government really serve the common people?  Are "pastors" really the servants of church goers?  The answer in both cases is NO!  Those in power are really self-serving.  They take your sons and daughters and
use and abuse them as "heroes" in wars.  They take your money through taxation and say "its the law."  They proclaim "national security" and destroy other nations in pretense.  Those who stand in pulpits are not really worth the time of day, but someone must be financially supporting these television ministries, because television airtime is not free.  No doubt there are sincere preachers, but "sincerity" is not a guarantee of truth.  Anyone can be sincere and still be very, very wrong.

The time must come when ordinary people come to their senses and see that those who rule, whether in human governments or from pulpits of churches are in reality THE CAUSE of massive human problems.  Rulers of men are NOT God and they are NOT the moral agents on earth who represent God.  The courts, "justice" and prison systems of governments are NOT the moral agents of truth on earth, anymore than those who stand in pulpits and who mouth what they think truth is.

One of the most profound weaknesses in multitudes of human beings, is to think and believe that those who rule are "authority" figures of truth on earth.  THEY ARE NOT!  And the idea that INK on PAPER is God, is also one of the most astonishing and childish beliefs of human beings.    I contend that the mind of human beings is not meant to be ruled over, but is intended to be self-governing.  Character is ONLY formed by free will and choice and not by coercion.  If FEAR is the reason for compliance, then that is proof that the system is dead wrong.

Considering the concept of eternal life, who would want to live forever sitting in pews listening to preachers spew?  Who would want to live forever living under the "its the law" of human governments?  Is it not time to think for the self?  And so the religious minded will quote "every man did that which was right in his own eyes", meaning of course that those who love power over others hated independent thinkers.
