Sheep Like Church Members Only Allowed

Churches love sheep-like members.  Anyone who challenges the status quo is generally shown the exit door.  Anyone who makes waves or upsets the applecart is not allowed.  I can well remember many years ago when at Friday night "Bible study",  church members were allowed to write down questions on paper and send those forward via the ushers or deacons.  The minister conducting the service would answer the questions, as if what his answer was, was God speaking and that was the end of the matter.

Of course that was silly, because there are actually different views on anything.  There are thousands of different views about the Bible and it is interpreted in as many different ways, as there are people who have opinions about it.    Friday night Bible study ministers of the Worldwide Church of God, were not God, but they gave the impression that they were infallible and inerrant and spoke for God, every time they opened their mouth.  Sheep are always fleeced and their wool used by the shearers.  In the case of the WCG, the ministers were the shearers, who fleeced the flock and the bah bah sheep were clueless.

No pastor of a church wants sheep-like church members to THINK for themselves, because they are all bottle fed.  Any church member who does think for himself, will eventually exit the doors where he has been captive and never return, because living in the confined quarters of a box, called "church", is a prison of the mind.  The prison guard is the pastor, who is also the gatekeeper to what you are allowed to think.  Every minister is limited in his thinking by his denominational indoctrination and his mind travels in an endless circle to nowhere.

All WCG splinter group leaders travel down the same road of thinking they have God-like status over their sheep-like members.  They are all extremely self-deceived.    If the only input into your thinking over a long period of time, is that of the "pastor" of your church, then you are a clone.  Clones cannot reason or think,  they only imitate or react on how they have been cloned.  Even the ministers of the WCG splinter groups themselves are clones and they parrot how they have been schooled to think.  It is a road that travels in an endless circle of stunted mental growth and never coming to the knowledge of truth.

The whole organized church system, which is the pastor-dominated control church world, is a world of anti-intellectual, anti-thinking, anti-reasoning world of pastor worship.  For pastors of churches it is always "my way or no way." I guess preachers never read Matthew 23 and even if they do, they always apply it to everyone but themselves.

If you are a sheep-like church member, then your thinking is a product of the man or woman who stands in the pulpit and writes upon your brain what he or she says "truth" is, even when they are often very wrong.    The bah bah chorus of church sheep is deafening.

Jonathon McNair and His Angry God

We are a few days after hurricane Sandy.  Death and destruction lie in it's wake with damage into the hundreds of millions if not much higher.

Every time there is some major storm, some large weather pattern, some violent outburst, the Churches of God start screaming "...prophecy coming alive!"  God is really, really pissed and he isn't taking it any more.  Or, maybe it is Satan let loose upon the world to thwart the message of the true church of God.

Johnathon starts out letting everyone know that not a single Living Church of God member suffered any damage.  Our members are blessed and preserved from calamity because we are special while the rest of the world are sinful losers.

As a pastor of congregations in the region hit by Hurricane Sandy, I was thankful to learn that the Church members in my area were safe and unharmed. Yet some of the harm caused by Hurricane Sandy may not yet be evident, as the damage caused by the “storm surge” is further evaluated, and the cleanup continues.

McNair naively believes that Americans think things of this magnitude happen else where.  What a load of rubbish!  We know we have large hurricanes, tornado's, earthquakes etc.  The problem now is that more people live in the larger metropolitan areas than they did when Herbert started.  That, combined with instantaneous news coverage and disasters quickly become major stories.

For many of us, flooding, earthquakes and famines are disasters that are supposed to happen in “other places”—perhaps Bangladesh, Haiti or Ethiopia, not the prosperous and modern and efficient United States. We take “survival” for granted; we watch other nations struggle with it, and the closest many of us have yet come is to watch Survivor on reality television.

History books tell the story of natural disasters through the years. Storms and floods and droughts and famine are not new to human history. But for the better part of a century, we have enjoyed a time of unprecedented prosperity in the United States, allowing us to assist other nations with their disasters.

He goes on to talk about global warming, and other contributing factors:

Yet it seems that times are changing, and even in the complacent U.S. many are beginning to take notice. “The number of weather-related catastrophes has been rising dramatically since 1980 on all continents, with the steepest rise in North America. Insured losses on the continent soared from an average of $9 billion a year in the 1980’s to $36 billion a year in the 2000s,” according to Munich Re, the world’s largest reinsurance firm.

Why?

Some suggest that human-induced “global warming” is the culprit. Yet others dispute this idea, pointing to New York’s major hurricanes in 1821 and 1938. Are we simply in a normal cycle of the earth’s atmospheric conditions, or have we done irreparable harm to our world? Certainly we can take Hurricane Sandy and similar great disasters as a learning experience in preparedness—but should we see them as something more?

Only in one sentence did McNair mention Jesus.  He did however have lots to say about his angry God that is ready to dish out some whoop-ass.  His god is filled with wrath and anger.

The words of your Bible reveal that there is a God, and He uses the weather to teach and warn. In a prophecy directed to ancient Israel, He says, “I will break the pride of your power; I will make your heavens like iron and your earth like bronze. And your strength shall be spent in vain; for your land shall not yield its produce, nor shall the trees of the land yield their fruit” (Leviticus 26:19-20). How many today realize that the United States is identified in Bible prophecy as the modern descendant of ancient Israel’s tribe of Manasseh (to learn more, order a free copy of our booklet, The United States and Great Britain in Prophecy)?

God warned the Israelites—and He warns us today—that He would use the weather to show His wrath against their evil. In Genesis 7, we read that God used a flood to destroy most of the world’s inhabitants, not just the Israelites, for their wickedness.  Be ye warm and filled with the law.  Only then will you receive a chance at salvation.

 Hurricane Sandy is a powerful reminder that the storms on our nation’s horizon are bigger than any man. So, will our nation repent of its evil ways, turn its focus to God, and obey Him? Thankfully, no matter what direction the U.S. and other nations may take, Jesus Christ died so that you, individually, could repent, be baptized, and live a joyous life in harmony with His laws and His ways, preparing for the day when His Kingdom will rule the earth. E.W. King: Chemical Imbalances Caused By Inherent Sin

E. W. King, God's most important church leader today that still carried the mantle, The Worldwide Church of God, pictures himself as an authority on the human mind and Christian thought.  His words of wisdom today states that if you have a chemical imbalance in your body it is a result of inherent sin.

In SOCT [Science Of Christian Thought] we have discussed the issues of Sinful-reaction & Positive-reaction. Much of this has to do with the way we were raised and our environment. It may also include psychosomatic issues regarding chemical imbalances, inherent sin. Growing up we all have Sinful Experiences. We witness how fallen man reacts to situations. We record these in our memory banks and they become part of the fallen thinking patterns which manifest in the reactive mind and volitional actions [Both Positive & Sinful-reactions].

He goes on to say that those who are part of worldly Christianity are blind to the truth he has to offer.  It is a mental block they have developed in order to ignore God's word that he has to give them.

According to King, TRUE Christians think clearly, and those who have rejected his god's truth have blinded their minds are are now under PERFECT POSSESSION.

As true Christians we are instructed by Jesus Christ to think clearly [Christian Perception]. [Philippians 4:8] This means we understand our Christian faith. [2 Corinthians 10:5] The further one runs away from God the more danger he places himself in. It can lead to what is called Perfect Possession. The Bible states: “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world [Satan] hath BLINDED THE MINDS of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” [2 Corinthians 4:3-4] Being blind to the facts of the Bible (of what it actually teaches) is dangerous!

True Christians (only those part of E.W.Kings minuscule cult) have the ability to think clearly because they use the "mind's eye."  Because they preach the Kingdom, instead of Jesus and grace, they alone have the true "light."

The true Christian, the member of the Worldwide Church of God & COGSR Ministries, has his or her “eye” [Mind] single to Christian Reality…understands proper doctrine and has pure perception. When we take our eye [Mind] off of good doctrine we get ourselves into trouble. Jesus stated: “The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.” [Luke 11:34]

King talks a lot about"clearing" one's mind.  He sounds like he got stuck in a Scientology E-Meter machine and fried his brain.

He ends with this tidbit of outstanding wisdom:

The various COG's are going full board today in spitting out Halloween demons and Satanism.  No one I know who keeps Halloween dresses like Satan or demons, or goes around doing evil.  The only people I see who are influenced by the powers of demons and Satan are the splinter leaders.  That's all they seem to talk about.  They give Satan way more power than he has.  Why are they afraid of him?  If they really were the strong confident Christians they claim to be then they would have no need to fear Satan or some demons.  Apparently they are not. They appear to be so insecure in their beliefs that they need to fear him, or at least have some bogeyman to blame.

Thiel: New Zealand Ignoring LCG's Warnings About Gays

For some reason the Living Church of God's two public spokesmen, Rod Meredith and Bob Thiel are both preoccupied with sex.  Fornicating tweetering  teens, slap happy masturbators and nicely dressed gays have a powerful hold over the Living Church of God.  Exploding headlines about sex predominates many of it's articles and news postings.

In the previous post I quoted Living Church of God blaming hurricane Sandy on gays.  Bob Thiel also is speaking out about gays too.  He is particularly incensed that New Zealand is IGNORING LCG's message by not sitting around in sack cloth and ashes wailing and knashing their teeth in national repentance.

But New Zealand does not seem inclined to truly listen to those who are strongly advocating changes in the moral direction of the land. Nor do those in Australia or the other Anglo-dominated lands.

So what really has Bob getting his knickers in a wad?  The Living Church of God published an article decrying New Zealand's stance on gay marriage.  Agree with it or not, one has to wonder why LCG feels it necessary to stick their hands in the pants of New Zealand when the sexual escapades of some in the ministry and leadership of LCG leave a whole lot to be desired.

Bob quotes LCG with this:

The “Marriage Equality” bill that seeks to redefine marriage to include unions between two members of the same sex, overwhelmingly passed its first Parliamentary reading. NZ Prime Minister, John Key, one of the bill’s supporters, described the result as exciting and told media sources that it was “a strong endorsement for the equality of rights” (New Zealand News, August 30, 2012). However, Mr. Key admitted that the debate will grow louder and “quite ferocious” as the bill progresses. Nonetheless, since a strong majority of Parliamentarians supports the bill, it will almost certainly get safely through its remaining stages and become law (ibid.).While many have labeled this bill as a positive initiative that leads to “equal rights,” God does not mince words regarding what He thinks about homosexuality. He calls it “vile” and unnatural (Romans 1:26-27) and an “abomination” (Leviticus 18:22) because it totally corrupts what marriage pictures–the union between Jesus Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:22-32). Many do not understand the gravity of what they are promoting.

Rod Meredith: Gays Caused "Sandy" Hurricane

Bob Thiel is on a roll today touting Rod Merdith's letter earlier this year that American is getting spanked for being such worthless vile sinners.  In this letter it's the gays that are going to cause bad weather. It's always the "other" that is the problem instead of the vile sinners in one's own house, starting with the top leadership.  LCG is NOT a sinless, guileless group, in spite of the fact Rod claims to never have committed a "major" sin after baptism.  Apparently lying is not a sin.

Rod writes:

Thousands of years ago, God warned of the sobering consequences of rejecting Him and His commandments. “I will make your heavens like iron and your earth like bronze. And your strength shall be spent in vain; for your land shall not yield its produce…” (Leviticus 26:19-20). “Therefore the land will mourn; and everyone who dwells there will waste away with the beasts of the field…” (Hosea 4:3). God wants to bless those He created in His image, but disobedience forces Him to remove His blessings and protection (verses 1-7). God does control the weather and yearns for His people to return to Him so that He can once again bless them with “rain in due season” (Leviticus 26:1-4, KJV). And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting” (Romans 1:26-28)?

Bob then adds his two cents to the mixture:

National repentance is the only hope now for the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.  And as far as the storm goes, prayer and physical preparations can and should be done (see also Superstorm Expected: What Can You Do?).

Maybe God is waiting for the Church of God, including the Living Church of God to repent of their vile sins and set an example for the rest of the country.  Maybe the disgusting behavior of COG leadership, the corruption that is rampant, the alcoholism, the sexual issues, and other  problems, are why this country is suffering.  Maybe God is looking for a few righteous in the COG in order to save the entire British Israelite nations and the world.  Since most COG's take the Bible literally, maybe they had better take heed of Lot and his story.

Remember the other day when Bob said that it was carnality that caused people to want to save themselves?  For some reason when Rod Meredith gives people examples on how to save themselves it is not carnal.

So we must each examine our own situation to determine what action we should take. Are we living in a low-lying coastal area where we may be in danger at a time of increasing hurricanes, tsunamis or similar natural disasters? Do we have at least a week’s supply of emergency food and water, flashlight batteries, a first-aid kit, a battery-powered radio, prescription medications and other essential items? Have we read the instructions from our nation or region about how to prepare for such emergencies as hurricanes, earthquakes or terrorists attacks? Put aside some food and store some water…Bad times are coming, have some supplies (Meredith RC. Prophecy Overview. Sermon, July 19, 2008).

Get extra food, dried food, and water…When these things happen, maybe God’s people can survive longer…It’s good to be prudent (Meredith RC. Do you actually live by faith? Sermon, April 25, 2009).

Even Bob adds his own recommendations which apparently are not carnal in any way.

And preparation certainly makes a lot of sense.  Increasingly worsening weather and storms have long been expected and seem to be happening.  More will as well.  These difficult times should get people’s attention.

The Church of God has cried "wolf" so many times over the decades that no one pays any attention any more.  That alone should be their wake up call, not some storm that conveniently fits their desire for death and destruction.

Pam Dewey on Propehcy Prognosticators

Pam Dewey has another entry into her series on "Are You Prepared for…the Unthinkable? Part 21: Back to the Future"

With her background in the Church of God she has first hand knowledge of the endless stream of men who trumpeted out one silly prophecy after another.  The same thing they were shouting 60 years ago are the same topics today.  This is not unique to the Church of God.  It is a problem with most conservative, fundamentalist groups.

Yet for the past almost 50 years, religious commentators have endlessly taken whatever the current crisis was … the Viet Nam war, American race riots in the ‘60s, the rise of Chinese power in the world … and insisted that it was cause for “more anxiety than ever in our history.” And reason to believe that the Return of Christ was imminent.

Yes, there are indeed many things that can go wrong in the coming years … and likely will. Maybe we will face conditions in the US as difficult as those of the Dust Bowl years and the depths of the Depression. Maybe we will be embroiled in military actions as horrifying as those faced by our military in Europe and the South Pacific in WW2. But when I look in the faces of the people shopping in the local Walmart right now, I do not see terror or uncontrolled anxiety.  I don’t see them particularly fearful as they cart out to their car the box with the big screen hi-def TV, and fill their carts with goodies for the next tail-gate party.

Are they just ignorant and don’t know they should be daily living their lives filled with anxiety and fear about the possibilities of future calamities? Perhaps. But I am fully aware of all of those possibilities, and I’m not filled with anxiety and fear. I am continuing to live as productive a life as I can, and appreciating the blessings of each day. Would I be better off if I were spending more of my time reading anxious, panicky, speculative prophecy newsletters?

I am convinced the answer to that is NO.

But won’t I miss getting biblical advice on how I can “escape” the bad times coming? Don’t I need the wisdom of prophetic speculators on how to “prepare for the doom-filled future”?

I am convinced that the answer to those questions is NO also.

Typical “preparation” advice from such folks includes one, some, or all of these concepts:

1. Be continually “watching world events”—preferably through the filter of the writings and recordings of the prognosticator
2. Continually take in speculation from conservative commentators on what’s going on “behind the scenes” in government and the world of finance
3. Study the prophetic passages of the Bible with the guidance of the prognosticator’s recordings and writings so you can pinpoint the Time as closely as possible
4. If you don’t believe in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, purchase survival supplies … sometimes, from the over-priced offerings of the prognosticators themselves
5. For the more militant … purchase guns and ammo to hold off the hordes until Jesus gets here
6. For the less militant, just “pray, study, and fast” to “get close to God.”

Now mind you, I don’t have anything against some of those suggestions as being generally applicable to one’s life. For instance, I’m not ignorant about national and world news. But after almost 50 years of having people tell me that every hiccup in news headlines is “fulfilling Bible prophecy,” I’ve become very skeptical that the purpose of staying up with the news has a whole lot more value than just being “culturally aware” so that I can intelligently discuss things with others.

As for those ranting commentators who insist that I need to know the latest hidden activities of the Global Elite or whoever … it isn’t clear to me why I need to spend much time with this. If there really is a shadowy Global Elite running things, I can’t vote them out of office—since they weren’t voted into office. I don’t have super-powers, so I can’t infiltrate their secret meetings in Belgium or wherever and thwart their plans. I don’t have enough money to hire hit-men to assassinate all of them to keep them from carrying out their plans. So it seems to me like my best bet is to just … get on with my life.

Richard Ames Continues The Fear Mongering

You would think that after watching 60+ years of failed prophecy go by while he has been part of the Church of God that Richard Ames would give end time prophecy predictions a rest.

With the hundreds of documented failed prophesies that Herbert Armstrong, Dean Blackwell, Herman Hoeh, Gerald Waterhouse, Rod Meredith, Gerald Flurry, and others have uttered over the years, you would think they would all stop making fools of themselves.

Fear mongering is the only way that the present Church of God leaders can keep a few faithful in their grasp.  The fear of the unknown is a powerful thing for cults to latch on to.

Ames has written a little screed for the the latest Living Church of God Commentary with the fear mongering title: Armageddon Postponed? Fifty Years After the Cuban Missile Crisis.

The only time Ames mentions Jesus is mentioned is when Jesus Christ comes back at the battle of Armageddon. One sentence in the entire screed is all that Jesus got.  Fear, death and destruction are in almost every single paragraph.

Fifty years ago, our world came very close to Armageddon, hardly more than a decade after General Douglas MacArthur had characterized the state of the world in his farewell address to the U.S. Congress: “Military alliances, balances of power, leagues of nations, all in turn failed, leaving the only path to be the way of the crucible of war. The utter destructiveness of war now blocks out this alternative. We have had our last chance. If we will not devise some greater and more equitable system, our Armageddon will be at our door” (April 19, 1951).

Since MacArthur’s speech, has the world devised “some greater and more equitable system”? No! Will Armageddon soon “be at our door”? Your Bible reveals a great prophetic climactic battle, popularly referred to as “Armageddon,” described in Revelation 16:14, when “the kings of the earth and of the whole world” will gather for “the battle of that great day of God Almighty.”   This present age will end with a climactic battle between the forces of good and evil, and the returning Jesus Christ—the coming King of kings—will win that battle (Revelation 19:1-21)!

Sadly, Ames gives more credence to the "doomsday clock" baloney than he does to resting in faith in Jesus Christ.

Even those who do not take the Bible seriously admit the danger of nuclear catastrophe. On January 10, 2012, The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists moved the minute hand of their symbolic doomsday clock one minute closer to midnight.  They announced, “[F]ailure to act on the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty by leaders in the United States, China, Iran, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Israel, and North Korea and on a treaty to cut off production of nuclear weapons material continues to leave the world at risk from continued development of nuclear weapons. The world still has approximately 19,500 nuclear weapons, enough power to destroy the earth’s inhabitants several times over.”

The Bulletin announced: “It is five minutes to midnight.”  The scientists concluded their announcement with this sobering warning: “The Clock is ticking.”

Sadly, the Church of God WANTS that clock to be ticking.  Without that fear mongering tool they would have to talk about Jesus Christ more often and we all know that is NOT a good thing to do.  Jesus is too syrupy and effeminate for them. Butch Christ is more manly and makes for a better kick-ass savior at the end of the world.

This is what dedication to service is all about and their mission which they uphold with such honor.

LCG Spokesman: Australia Soon To Be Occupied By Chinese and Hindu's

Bob Thiel, the public face of the Living Church of God, has yet again presented the Living Church of God with another embarrassing situation.  This time Bob has taken the comments by the Australian Prime Minister and twisted it into another mythical COG end of the world scenario.

According to Bob, the public face of the Living Church of God, Prime Minister Gillard is prepping the way for the soon coming waves of invading Chinese armies that will occupy Australia, kill it's citizens and ship off the young men and women to be Chinese sex slaves.  Thiel also believe hoards of Hindu's from India will also take over the country where they will apparently force the Australians to worship cows instead of HWA.

CNN) — Every Australian child should learn Mandarin, Hindi or other regional language as the nation’s future is tied to the rise of the “Asian Century,” Prime Minister Julia Gillard said in a policy speech on Sunday.
“Whatever else this century brings, it will bring Asia’s return to global leadership, Asia’s rise. When she first was elected, I wrote the following on June 24, 2010 (see Australia Now Has a Female Prime Minister: Prophetic Ramifications?):

Certain biblical, Chinese, and other prophecies, mentioned in the Arroyo Grande, California published book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect, discuss that how Australia itself may become taken over. By virtue of her timing, Julia Gillard may inadvertently pursue policies that will lead to the fulfillment of various end time prophecies. Her role as Australia’s new prime minister will have prophetic ramifications.

And now she wants the citizens of Australia to learn an Asia language as she has conceded this century as one for Asian-dominance.   But, does she not know that the Bible warns of a time when the descendants of Israel will be taken captive and this includes the Australians?
Learning Asian languages is not the answer for Australia.  National repentance is Australia’s only hope.

The Bible suggests that the land of the Anglo-descended peoples will be conquered and divided (Daniel 11:39; Lamentations 4:16; Joel 3:2-3; Amos 7:17; Ezekiel 5:1-2,12; 6:8; Ezekiel 22:13-15; )

Without national repentance, the Australia is doomed. Period. So is the USA. Details are in the Bible and are more specifically explained in my book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect.

Many do not wish to accept that, either here in the USA, over in New Zealand, or in Australia, but it is the truth. These nations will be taken over, and it may be that China will control part of the land.  And now, the Prime Minister of Australia wants her people to learn Asia languages as she believes this will be the Asian century.

As far as this becoming a Chinese/Asian dominated century, while later this century will be the final “time of the Gentiles,” it will be for a while led by Europe and not Asia.

LCG Official Spokesman Gives Advice on How To "Carnally Prepare" for Hurricane

Bob Thiel, the unofficial Official spokesman for the Living Church of God, world's foremost authority on prophetic interpretation, all things Mayan, and the public face of LCG, wants you to know that it is OK if you might want to pray for those who are in the hurricanes path. It is especially OK to pray for loved ones who might be in it's path.

As I mentioned before about this storm, people should prepare as well as pray for protection.  People can also pray for the protection of others and the comfort for those who have lost loved ones and/or personal property.

The very idea that ANYONE even needs to have any doubt in their mind if it is OK to pray for those people illustrate just how pathetic the Christian love in the Church of God really is.

So what if you are directly in it's path? Is it wrong to save yourself and your property?   Are your desires so corrupt and carnal that you want to prepare for your safety and for your family?  Is it carnal to help your neighbors prepare?  Apparently the Prophet Thiel, in his capacity as LCG's public face, thinks so. The worlds foremost authority on everything  has this advice to give for those that need to "...carnally prepare."

If you are in a likely area to be affected, how can you  carnally prepare?

Some simple steps such as removing items from outside the house that could blow around and either get lost or hurt someone should be removed.  People should check to see if they have flashlights and batteries.  At least several days of food and water should be stored.  Repairing roofs and strengthening weak structures would likely be wise.  Sandbags, etc. would seem appropriate in areas that are prone to flooding.

Storm directions often change and many who are not expecting to be affected may well be affected.

The problem with all these natural disasters is that Americas are too dumb to realize that it is really God trying to wake everyone up so that they quit going to McDonald's on Saturday, blow trumpets on new moons, abstain from piggies  and keep the proper calendar.  These disasters are supposed to be wake-up calls to sinners.

Spiritually speaking, droughts and odd weather problems should serve as a wake-up call. Weather-related troubles with their related social and food issues, of course, have been biblically expected:

7…And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. (Matthew 24:7-8).
5 When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. 6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.” (Revelation 6:5-6)

Pretty soon there will be so many disasters that the government cannot cope with it all and will be so weakened that the invading Germans and Chinese can conquer the country and send all the young men and maidens to Europe to be sex slaves for the Beast Power.

Those who think that the USA will always have plenty and can cope with basically all storm will be shocked when that changes. Droughts, floods, hurricanes, other weather issues, pestilences, and a reliance on more and more engineered and hybridized foods are putting the USA, as well as its other Anglo-descended allies, at severe risk of problems of many types including hunger and ultimately successful invasion.

Those who believe the Bible realize that tough times are expected.

One of the lessons from storms and weather changes should be to tell all that things can and do change.  And when the Great Tribulation hits, the change will be more than most people (especially North Americans) thought possible in their lifetimes.

 How nice to be free from all this useless baloney an not have to live a life of fear.

The Perfect Storm: God's Punishment on America

Here we go again.  I knew it would not take too long before a COG minister started blaming the storm that is soon to hit the East coast as punishment from God.  Next it will be Flurry, Pack and Meredith jerking the COG around with God's wrath crap.

God's end time TRUE Worldwide Church of God leader, the one and only E.W. King say that he predicted this hurricane/storm earlier in the year.

As many of you know, I predicted the record breaking tornados and even hot temps and record rain in certain parts of the United States. I also warned in my November 2010 forecast that we would see a drought nation-wide. I predicted in my April 2012 forecast of an increase in not only gas but also food prices because of the draught.

Any third grader who has at least a little science will be able to predict tornado's, hot temperatures and record rain in various parts of the United States.  Give me a break!  Are King's followers that stupid that they believe he predicted this?????

In grand old Church of God fashion, he cannot leave well enough alone.  There is a reason behind this storm.  This time though, it's not the abortionists, the gays, or the liberals, It's Mitt Romney!  It's all HIS fault this is happening.

Well, now as Mr. Romney takes the lead in the polls we see the Perfect Storm. This storm now known as Hurricane Sandy could be a great warning regarding the false prophet and pagan president soon to perhaps take office.

E. W. King then goes on to predict earthquakes.  Really?  There are going to be earthquakes?

I have an earthquake reporting app on my iPhone that instantly tells me when an earthquake happens anywhere in the world.  It goes off constantly!  Tonight though, E.W. must really be gloating, considering there were several large earthquakes in the Queen Charlotte region of Canada. The largest a 7.7.  

There are to be solar flares this next year too.  Really?  Solar flares?  Where are those third graders again?????  Oh, and let's not forget terrorist attacks.  They are bound to happen to, unfortunately.  By predicting such a things does not make one a prophet or agent of God.

The next big thing to hit us is electrical storms.  Anyone living in the Midwest can verify that they have those too.

Also, I have warned about the increase in earthquakes and the solar flare activity that may be headed our way. And sadly, more terrorist attacks and shootings in the US. We are living in sad times. As Christians we have true Hope! Hope of a better world to come because of Jesus Christ! We are living in the end-times. It is truly time to stay awake, alert and aware. Electric storms on the way!

  Then he breathlessly announces the following:

We will watch military actions occur very soon!

Even God's greatest authority on prophecy and end time events can't keep his mouth shut.  He too, is boasting that he predicted hurricanes and earthquakes and all kinds of other goodies.
