Various news sources have published stories about the combining of human cells with pig cells to grow human organs in other animals for human transplant. The Almost Arrested False prophet and illegitimate self appointed COG leader sees it as a sure sign that the world is coming to an end. He has preached several times about man pigs taking over the world while ignoring Jesus and what he taught and what he accomplished and abolished. New Covenant be damned, man pigs rule! Does he really think any of his African followers care about such silly topics? His three or four American members might since they feel the world is quickly about to crash into oblivion. His African members care more about living life free from hunger, terrorism, tribal fighting and slavery to Muslims. They find solace and comfort in the stories of the scriptures and could care less about the endless troves of silly topics Habakkuk Thiel preaches about each week. Do they care about football and rampaging man pigs running around the earth? That does not bother the false prophet though.
He is now incensed that he is being mocked. The sensitive man/boy is stomping his feet in Arroyo Grande tonight. He is livid I tell you! Livid! I can hear the steam whistling out of his ears all the way down here in Rancho Santa Fe!
I warned about this in prior years as well as earlier this month. I even made a sermonette video about this nearly three weeks ago: Half human, half pig: What’s the difference? After I did this, the anti-Church of God website, Banned by HWA, posted the following, including vulgarities, about me:Do 21st Century Christians Need To Worry About Man-Pigs? COG Prophet Thinks So!
I never cease to be amazed at the weirdness that continues to leak out of the minds of foolish Church of God leaders. …Now we have our very own Doubly Blessed buffoon preaching a sermon about “man-pigs.” Yes, that is right. Almost arrested, Elisha, Elijah, Amos Joshua, Habakkuk Bob Thiel felt the need to preach a sermon about “man-pigs and humanzee’s.” …Thiel adds the title “Dr.” to the front of his name he looks like a complete blithering idiot. No “Dr.” in his right mind nor real theologian would ever preach such utter bullshit in a sermon. This kind of idiocy is what occupies the mind of those that cannot and will not acknowledge Jesus. The idiots are embarrassed to preach any thing that has to do with Jesus.Just because the liar and certified false prophet waves his big thick Bible at the beginning of his video does not make himself an authority on the book he waves.Maybe his 1,997 members in Africa might find his sermon slightly interesting due to the fact so many are still steeped in tribal myths and legends, but no Christian today has this topic occupying their mind.
Apparently the false prophet does not like having his sermons referred to as bullshit. Sensitive little ears and self-righteous minds can't handle the truth.
The self-appointed false prophet and teacher then writes:
But you are not a real Christian Bob. You are one in name only, a so-called Christian, unlike the real Christians around the world you deem less than worthy due to your high, dreamy, doubly-blessed, status with your god. Plus worshipping the law while ignoring that inconvenient dude you pretend to follow and preaching worthless sermons about silly topics does not make you a Christian. Waving your big thick bible does not make you a follower of God.Are Christian leaders supposed to keep quiet about the sins of the end-time descendants of Israel?According to some anti-Church of God critics, apparently so.
The fact still remains, you really do need to keep quiet!
Even worse in Thiel's eyes is that he was accused of copying Living Church of God's article about man pigs that it had published before Thiel had his hysterics.
False prophet Thiel's priorities are seriously distorted. That is apparent in his highlight comment above.Chimeras are an abomination! I have personally been warning/crying out against chimeras for years.Yet, notice one of the ill-informed mockers at the Banned by HWA site posted the following comment about me:Bob is just a copycat:LCG was already preaching about Bob’s topic many months ago. A true prophet would have been crying aloud and sparing not about this vital topic long before the lukewarm LCG preachers were warning us about it.January 15, 2017 at 8:19 AMClaiming I just did this months after LCG did, to copy LCG on that, is absurd. Not only do I not recall ever seeing the LCG item, I have warned against chimeras for years. Need proof? See February 7, 2014 post: Russia looking at total GMO food ban; the frightening chimera research, as well as my article Chimeras: Has Science Crossed the Line?I also specifically warned against pig-human chimeras in 2015 (see Pig-Human GMOs proposed).
The fact still remains, he really does need to keep quiet!
This site is proof the the human race is a lost cause... and I'm not just talking about Theil and his ilk. The sad fact is he is more of a decent fellow than his mockers. I feel more sorry for him than I do for Hawking.
ReplyDeleteWell, he's just a cult zombie. Why would we expect him to behave any differently? What is hilarious is that a cult zombie would be putting down the chimeras, a life form that is superior to his own, and of considerably higher intellect.

What, me worry? Not Alfred E. Newman, but I read Dale Carnegie’s How to stop worrying book years ago. While I am concerned about a number of things, one of which is the possible ripple effect of errant GMOs, and another the ethical and moral issues related to the use of human cells, pig-men are near the bottom of my fear barrel.
ReplyDeleteAs I probably said before, I believe Bob alluded to stories like this one on the BNP YouTube channel as fringe topics to get people's attention.
However, I think Bob could use help from HWA – not on doctrine or church leadership but as an experienced ad-man and journalist. Or at least, he could use an editorial assistant, and someone to clean up the YouTube videos.
It's hard to believe the trash talk and bitterness this blog has against a person, instead of pointing things out in a civil manner it stoops to childish name calling and hateful mockery without anything meaningful to say as to what why and where someone may be wrong on something, just bitter hateful mockery and slamming of a person over and over and over and over. I can probably come close to knowing what's next in tomorrow's or the next days to come articles or comments. Then of course there is the monkey see monkey do followers who copy the hate and name calling and have to repeat it in their comments.
ReplyDeleteI used to like coming here but now it's just the same old same old, and usually with the same old commenters who feel they have to always comment on every article and usually end up saying nothing, they just have to comment, and sometimes comment 3 or 4 times on the same article. Then there are the other few who only use this site to push their atheist side of things as they try to justify their way of thinking, and try to tell everyone else how wrong they are and how wrong the bible is over and over and over again. I know the names of those I'm talking about aren't hard to come up with and already have with some, and one of them sure isn't Connie, she's a little more gentle, besides being funny.

Research on chimeras are actually science.
It's going to happen one way or another, either in the West or in China or India or somewhere, with or without your warning/crying.
Where's the "People were meeeeeean to me on the internet" meme when you need it?

Hence, if it requires, say, a thousand years to fit for easy flight a bird which started with rudimentary wings, or ten thousand for one which started with no wings at all and had to sprout them ab initio, it might be assumed that the flying machine which will really fly might be evolved by the combined and continuous efforts of mathematicians and mechanicians in from one million to ten million years--provided, of course, we can meanwhile eliminate such little drawbacks and embarrassments as the existing relation between weight and strength in inorganic materials.

I get the impression that some of the vocal contributors are under the impression that human/animal hybrids are fantasy or science fiction.

The ACOG's always focus on 'how bad it has got' as a hook for those who are sick of their role within society and are seeking an escape. Religion is the perfect vehicle for such an escape. Escape from personal responsibilities and reality. "Let JC sort it out" seems to be what we all thought at one time, writing off the world as if we knew that we were smarter, more special than the rest of humanity. And so the hook cannot catch a former member who understands that armstrongism was always a scam. It never was based on reality. It is but a bad dream.
ReplyDeleteHey bob, an oink oink here and an oink oink there.
ReplyDeleteWill there soon be a moo moo?
A man who will make a whole boring sermon on answering questions using the old old WCG old Letter Answering Dept stock answers has run out of ideas and man-pigs is yet another indication of a dry well.
ReplyDeleteAs already noted, humans share 98.8% identical DNA with Chimps with the difference putting one of us on the moon and the other in the zoo or lab cage. So humans are already 98.8 % chimp which beats half this and half that. The fact that it can be done just as in time we will see extinct animals such as the Mammoth returned to the Siberian plains if we want is pretty cool actually in that area. Perhaps someday instead of pictures and bones paleontologists will have cloned Homo Erectus through Neanderthal from surviving DNA and placed foster care working at the University. :) I know that somewhere , in the margins of melting glacial ice melt is a nicely preserved Neanderthal just waiting to contribute.
Now...let's discuss The Dangers of Football as Related to the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Thiel is such a petulant little man. Toughen up buttercup!
ReplyDeleteLooking at the pictures of Herbert Armstrong, it's tempting to say that science is late to the party.
ReplyDeleteThankfully, to his credit, Robert Thiel is relatively lean and fit.
The major problem I see with Robert Thiel is he seems to be a borderline narcissist: Someone who makes frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment, so he needs a narcissistic source in the form of followers to convince him that he is worthwhile and even important -- and he's desperate to have people show him respect... and honor.
In this aspect, he seems rather close to Herbert Armstrong who had a gnawing need to have people treat him as though he was important. This seems to take different forms. For Herbert Armstrong it was photo ops with prominent world leaders -- he really wanted people to think others who were important thought well of him. For Robert Thiel, it looks as though it has taken the form of "I'm a prophet and important to God". Only, Bob Thiel needs other people to validate him and respect and have enough people following him that he can 'prove' it.
It all gets back to maximizing dopamine levels. Different people have different ways in achieving this. Some, though, have rather, shall we say, inappropriate methods. Such people are labeled as having 'mental disorders'.
[Personally, I do not need external validation. My successful projects speak for themselves, particularly the technological / professional ones, and particularly the ones which have continued without a single error for years. But then, I think validation from other people is rubbish seeing that for the most part humanity is irrational and chaotic.]
The essence of this topic is that it would be particularly offensive in ACOG circles for mankind to be "contaminated" genetically by a ceremonially unclean animal. For them, this is the scientist as Antiocchus. It would be a sign of the end times just as severe as the oft speculated about corruption of mankind in Noah's time.
ReplyDeleteThe fact is, though, man is as ceremonially unclean as the unclean animals! You don't eat his flesh, he doesn't have cloven feet and chew a cud, and there are implications for handling his dead body. Human fat, in Antiocchus's time, would have contaminated the oil just as certainly as did porcine oil.
The GMO thing, and genetic solutions to disease represent a shift in control. You can't avoid what you don't know about. Scientists are now working with the basic building blocks of living things, often on a cellular level, rendered, purified, and handled in clean rooms. This goes way beyond reading "lard" as an ingredient of Twinkies in the supermarket, and simply not purchasing that product. It's not even like avoiding Neosporin in Flurry's group so that you will be "worthy" to take Passover. To those hung up on Old Covenant rituals, genetic engineering is "the day the music died".

Eddby, you made me so hungry I can eat a cow.

Anon 1:17, by the tone of your comment, it seems you may have somehow become blog site policeman. If I wish to make a comment, would you require that I run it by you first?
ReplyDeleteI think we have more to fear from the MANWOLVES and MANCOCKROACHES that inhabit our churches than Thiel's feared man pigs.
ReplyDeleteThe posters on here are such petulant little girls who hide behind their internet routers.
ReplyDelete... and here you are posting anonymously, Anon 11:47. Heal thyself.
DeleteFootball is a legitimate topic for Christians. Contact sports can be dangerous. If health is a legitimate topic then so are contact sports. It doesn't call for 100 sermons a year, but does warrant some discussion.
ReplyDeleteIf you eat pork you don't want to end up eating another person. So the mixing of humans and animals is also a legitimate topic.
Humans share 98% of their DNA with chimps and 100% of their body elements with poop. But that doesn't stop us from flushing poop down the toilet where it belongs.
Shakephere's sonets were written with the same 26 letters of the alphabetic DNA as the most idiotic, dishonest, and vulgar things ever written.
Reductionism is a silly way to look at the world. It might sound scientific but it is wildly wrong.

So the female is a coward your saying?
Hi Tarzan :)
ReplyDeleteMoo moo big fella
"So the female is a coward your saying?"
ReplyDeleteYes, most women are cowards, and girls even more so.
"I used to like coming here but now it's just the same old same old, and usually with the same old commenters who feel they have to always comment on every article and usually end up saying nothing..."
ReplyDeleteVenting is an emotional need for some people, and bashing people is just fun. I think that's why they do it. Sad but true. It would be more constructive and more fun though to go to the feast and carry signs and howl at the people who really deserve it--the leaders of the bigger churches, not tiny little Bob. They should be bashed and hooted at in person, for the RIGHT reasons. A sign saying "HERBIE WAS A CHILD MOLESTER" seems appropriate to me.

ReplyDeleteThere are other blunders as well. The worlds richest man, Bill Gates at one point tried to sell his DOS operating system for 100,000 dollars. IBM is on the record for stating that world wide market for computers is 5. When IBM came out with it's 1980s PC, they outsourced its CPU to Intel, even though they were the largest manufacture of electronic components (only for internal use) at the time. Steve Jobs messed up by not licensing the Mac computer when it came out in the 1980s. Steve Jobs, the visionary? Ha ha ha. As a consequence, it now has only 5% of market share.
