COGWA also may have a COVID Feast Problem

COGWA Tuscon

From a reader:

COGWA also may have had a COVID-19 Feast problem.

Brethren who went to Tucson were told to stay home and quarantine today, because some members in Arizona and Texas tested positive after the Feast. COGWA is not sure if they developed COVID onsite or not.

  1. Oopsie!

I guess assembling during a pandemic wasn't such a good idea after all.

Imagine....it would only take ONE infected individual to launch a lawsuit that could bring down COGWA. And it wouldn't even have to be a member....it could be the non-member spouse or children. If they can make a reasonable case the virus was spread and contracted at the FoT then I imagine COGWA could very soon be a bankrupt entity. Oops. It will be interesting to watch how Franks and Horchak try to squash this one.

  2. Seems COGWA and LGC are in the same infected petri dish together....and they keep trying to cover it up.

  3. Attendees arriving home from the Feast and then being diagnosed with Covid is happening in many different COG groups across the States.

  4. Maybe, it's a good thing that several had to leave the Orange Beach site (due to the hurricane) that actually didn't hit the area this time. Prior to the Feast COGWA boasted of having 1000 or more registered at that site.
