Dave Pack Caught In Another Lie

Well, here we are close to midnight on the West Coast and Dave Pack's creature he calls "christ" has not returned. Should we be surprised? When has any Church of God prophet ever told the truth in the last 80 some years?

This was Dave on Wedsneday, April 13, 2022

Things we were learning and examining yesterday and before CONTINUED to come clear to ALL of us at Headquarters.

THINK.

A Thursday Passover night arrival by Christ would be seven days before the “last day” (of Unleavened Bread!) or “that day” (the day of the Lord)—when the WHOLE world will keep the final day of Passover with Christ.

We took EXTRA time to be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN of the ENORMOUS number of passages that are involved.

The EVIDENCE is simply OVERWHELMING—FAR BEYOND what you COULD imagine!

Passover preparation everywhere should NOT change in any regard.

Some will complete the service (and already be back home for hours), for others it may be several hours until their service begins.

ALL EVIDENCE is that Christ “interrupts” this special night of the year, with some actually in the midst of the service, as will be the case in this time zone.

God speed tomorrow night!

Prophetic Update
YESTERDAY (Mar 25)

Passover is less than a day away for us at Headquarters, and only hours away for some of you in the Far East. This day is crucial in God’s soon-to-unfold Plan, but for different reasons than we understood yesterday.

The New Testament Passover is in some regards the most important night of the year for Christians. God takes careful note of how His people prepare (or do not prepare) to take the symbols. There is no greater time of self-examination and preparation. It has become clear that God may want ALL brethren worldwide (seventh era included) to take the Passover prior to Christ’s arrival. What could be more crucial in determining the spiritual condition of each of His children?

Notice I Corinthians 11:26: “For as often as you eat this bread, and drink this cup, you do shew the Lord's death till He come.” This could easily be read to mean we take the Passover before Christ comes!

Now think! The actual feast picturing Israel leaving Egypt begins Saturday night—the First Day of Unleavened Bread. This is the Night To Be Much Observed. This is when the physical Passover lamb was eaten anciently. Would this not picture the GREAT Supper? Related, we have studied the Scriptures enough to know the importance of the weekly Sabbath in God’s mind. This scenario also further elevates the seventh day.

In practical terms, if God wants everyone everywhere to take the symbols, the earliest possibility for Christ’s Return would appear to be deep into tomorrow night. Think of yesterday’s announcement. This would mean He arrives to set up the Kingdom with the Old Testament Passover/Night To Be Much Observed still “in” the Kingdom.

All this said, continue to stay alert now—and all the way into the start of the Holy Day season!

  1. So, nobody associated with Pack has ever heard of the child's tale "Boy Who Cried Wolf?"

I think he's borrowed heavily from the tactics of Donald Trump and his advisors. This is Pack's version of "the big lie"!

It's a wonder that you aren't with Pack since you so easily believe lies.

  3. In breaking down these announcements of the erchomai of the Lord, it is intuitive to see just what are the special ingredients that are supposedly going to get this cake to bake.

There are three references to thinking in these two announcements. Specifically, "think"; "now think"; "think of". So the coming of the Lord can be predicted with thought?

There are two references to evidence. Specifically, "all evidence"; "the evidence". So the coming of the Lord can be predicted by evidence presented by any man?

There are three references to the word clear in these two announcements. Specifically, "became clear"; "it has become clear"; "continued to come clear". So the aggregation of clarity is an affirmative requirement for the determination of the parousia?

Disregarding the substance or fulfillment of the prediction, are we reading validly presented announcements of fact that would always correctly predict the desired conclusion? Or do we need to resurrect old Julia Child cookbooks to get tried and true ingredients for the perfectly baked cake?

  4. It is probably only a matter of time before Pack himself will declare that he is the Second Coming, and that he is Jesus Christ and fulfillment of his own delusional proclamations.

  5. The real Apocalypse occurred with the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. At that point, Second Temple Judaism ended (and the Temple would soon fall), the old covenant faded away and was replaced by a new covenant, a new rendition of the laws and commandments was promulgated in the Sermon on the Mount and all of OT prophecy culminated in Jesus. The world changed. We are now in the latter days - the next step is the Parousia - and we have been in the latter days for 2000 years.

Apocalyptic Millerites seem to ignore this actual First Century Apocalypse and spend all their time teasing out horrors from the headlines to bolster their logistical concern with Christ's return, making calendrical calculations, interpreting symbols dubiously and watching world events to the exclusion of Christian praxis. At times, it seems like they are actually trying to conjure up Jesus. Somehow, I believe Jesus, the Jesus that they purportedly seek, and his Sermon on the Mount is lost in this eccentric "end-time" disarray.

Now that is really funny! I don't care who you are! Stomach is aching from laughter!

  7. Jesus is effeminate because he was invented from a mix of the pagan female goddess Sophia (Wisdom) with a male god. If Pack were the scholar he pretends to be he would know that.

There are a lot of comments like this lately. They are content free. They attempt to dismiss a point without addressing the point, presumably because the person making them is incapable of addressing the point in a substantial way.

Actually, Jesus is much more like Blanche than like Sophia. That's one reason why the Pharisees and Sadducees calumniated him so terribly. That leaves Dorothy as the Father and Rose as the Holy Spirit. Sophia is that mysterious fourth divine principle that for some reason, though well explicated throughout the Old Testament, never made it into a divine Trinity (or Quaternity if it's to be Father, Son, Spirit, and Wisdom).

  10. You could also make that same observation regarding 6:27's comment, 9:56. Are you 6:27? Were you seeking a deeper discussion? Be more incisive, and you'll most likely get what you want.

  11. DUB is April 15-21 in 2022. The COGs are a day late because of a misinterpretation of Lev 23:6. The verse in the Hebrew text does not command the start of a 7 day festival but only commands a one day feast on the 15th (NTBMO celebrating the exodus) and to eat unleavened bread 7 days.

  15. Does Pack at least maintain good hygiene at RCG Passover? At an LCG service last night, one server used the restroom after the footwashing, but didn't wash his hands afterward, then a few minutes later was handling the bread and wine plates. Not kosher, LCG!

  16. Pack is crazy but I think he has some company. He isn't the only one cuckoo for cocoa puffs with some of the psychotic posts about Sophia and other B.S. Go take your Haldol anonymous @ 9:53.

  17. Isn't there a medication that would correct Pack's lack of truthfulness? Treats the lies? I think it's called Liedocaine! He must hava allowed his prescription to lapse decades ago!
