Dave Pack: If Christ Doesn't Return On This Pentecost Then We Have to Wait TIll 2029…THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!

The Wadsworth weasel is now giving himself an easy out when his creature does not return on Pentecost 2022. Instead of admitting he is a liar and apologizing he will continue to make up new lies every single day.

What will his members do if they have sold everything and nothing happens? They will now have to figure out how to survive till 2029, while he gets to live in his free house and play with his free horses and plant new trees.

The stupidity reigns supreme!

From an RCG source:

"There's NO other way to read all of this!!

Learning the 1335, and figuring HOW to apply it - really DIDN'T mean in the middle of a month. And you COULDN'T bend it, and 10 days in front of it - simply CHANGED EVERYTHING.

It reduced it to MATH - SIMPLE math...

A 10-day kingdom that ends in the middle of a month, and now you see HAS TO START at Pentecost!

And IF it's gonna end in the middle of the month, it HAS to start on a Pentecost that FITS THIS year!

And the next Pentecost that fits the 6th (Iyar) is 2029. JUST THINK about those things as we move along here"... - DCP Part 371

  1. Can his members afford a delay until 2029? I sense major financial difficulties coming on if their living expenses continue until then! Plus, they'll have to deal with Trump's ethnic cleansing camps soon after his white nationalist party retakes control in 2024! And, no water for the Southwest! This dude has got to be crazy!!!

  2. If Dave had the wisdom and stability to stop talking about prophetic dates until 2029, he might be able to follow Ron Weinland's example and move on from disastrous prophetic failures. For better or worse, however, Dave just doesn't know how to shut up. If today he says "Not until 2029" there's a very good chance that within the month he'll have a new scenario where Christ's return "MUST" happen later in 2022.

Okay, thought about it for a few seconds. There is no way that babbling Dave can stand to wait more than about a week. By the week after this coming Pentecost, when Dave will be proven wrong yet again, he will suddenly discover where “we” made “our” mistake and will go on to make his next obvious mistake.

  6. This sounds exactly like the "dead bang" RCG minister you did a story on last week. The "God has to recreate the earth during a lunar eclipse" and it's dead bang on Monday the 30th...A week later and I still have no idea what he was spouting. Is that same guy writing Dave's sermons for him? That is a remarkable coincidence if not. Two nuts, one house.

You bend it in the middle? That sounds painful!

  7. You heard it here first. When all this madness comes to an end, they will be making a full length movie about all this insanity. Its too bad that so many had to get hurt by this madman.

  8. Wouldn't it be fascinating if someone could compile a running total, or a list of all the failed prophetic utterances by DCP since he founded RCG. I'd love to see him try to defend these erroneous pronouncements. I believe the total would be mind numbing.

    ps Dave, SELL THE HORSES!

    1. God's tithing system is simple. It is like paying taxes. When people give money to the Restored Church of God God gives them FAR MORE than what they GAVE in the FIRST PLACE and God shouldn't even have to pay anyone back, but he does out of mercy and love.

Dave has left members destitute. They probably can't afford heating during the winter, yet this TC is laughing in their faces with this and similar trolling comments. Why are his callous comments permitted by the administrator?

    3. Not sure what tithing had to do with the post anyway. I'd rather hear TC tell us why Pack, who he's told us is the wiiiisest man who ever lived, keeps getting these predictions wrong.

  10. Where is the proof that you get more then the 10% back from God when you tithe? My experience from tithing was that I had to figure out how to live on the 90% I had left after I gave 10% to the WCG. Here is the deal, Members of any church should demand proof that they will recieve more then 10% back before they start to tithe. If there is no proof they should not tithe!

  11. Can't wait for Monday's proclmation. Vagas is betting that a new revelation will be revealed where the math indicates the return will now be on TC/TCP's birthday. That is of course dependent that it is not bent in the middle or twisted out of congruity. How can anyone out of their mind deny the logic of this? Besides, horses need to eat too.

  12. Anon 11:00 PM is either a troll, or a rebel headed for the Lake of Fire. Pack has made it clear that individuals who read and post on dissident sites like this are violating the most basic principles of Godly conduct and are destined for destruction. Anon 11:00 PM thinks it is OK for him to disobey Pack, so we should not take him seriously as a "supporter" of RCG. He is either a troll, a rebel, or a mental case.

    JUST think about those things?

That's a lot of boasting, which seems so never ending.

Dave Pack does not know what spirit he is of. Or, to quote Jesus' words "...Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. Luke 9:55

    Paul would know:

Romans 1:30 "Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,"

Boasters seems to fit well for those like Dave Pack, Flurry, Thiel, Winnail, Weinland, Franks, Kubik, perhaps many, if not most, of the hirelings who fled Pasadena, leaving their ministerial credentials behind, which they had received from the former WCG organization.

So, JUST think about those things? How about this?

"But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil." James 4:16

Where might that evil come from? Again, Paul, a real long-time Apostle, knew:

"I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me." Romans 7:21

All of these leaders are filled with sin too. How do we know? The Bible tells us so, via Paul in Romans 7:17, 20. Of course, they won't tell us that; there are no real Apostles (or evangelists, for that matter) among these former WCG hirelings. No wonder they all disagree with one another, and can't get along. Some leadership! They all set themselves up, and that isn't something to boast about...as they wait for their Jesus to very soon return to reign on earth for 1,000 years. Again, not worth boasting about.

Oh, James also tells them what spirit drives these leaders, and it really was no different from what inspired the Pharisees of Jesus' day:

"Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth (Gal 5:16-17) to envy (Romans 1:29; Gal 5:21) t?" James 4:5

Did Paul and James lie to us with their prophecies (inspired words) about human beings?

    JUST think about those things?

    Time will tell...

    John

  15. Here is a more useful computation. It is rather qualitative than quantitative. But it still requires calculation of a conclusion. The computation involves a couple of Boolean expressions.

First Term: "It is not for you to know the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority." (Jesus, Acts 1)

One might say, "That was for those people back in those days. We are now at the end of the age and computing the date of the Parousia is part of our commission to watch." First, asserting that we are at the end of the age is, in fact, begging the question. The assertion assumes as true something that is to be proven by the very argument that is being put forward. Second, Jesus cites as the condition for this proposition the authority of the Father. When did that authority expire making it a free-for-all in predicting the Parousia?

Second Term: "But not everyone who speaks in a spirit is a prophet, except he have the behaviour of the Lord. From his behaviour, then, the false prophet and the true prophet shall be known." (The Didache)

This is not scripture. It is First Century church praxis. And it is commonsense. Someone who claims to be a New Testament prophet must follow the example of Jesus - Jesus who stated Proposition 1 above. You can connect both terms in a suitable computation and come up with the results yourself.

I lost interest in such Millerite denominations a long time ago. They were exotic at one time and now they have just become humdrum. I do not believe these people are harmful to anybody but themselves. They are not stockpiling assault rifles and hand grenades - like the Branch Davidians. But they are dancing an odd dance and I don't know where they will be when the music stops. They are advocating watching world events when the spectacle is inside their own denomination.

  16. Agreed, 4:31. I'm thinking shit-stirrer non-member troll. There have been jokesters with a perverse sense of humor who have made pro-Armstrongism comments on these forums and blogs for as long as there have been forums and blogs. They like to upset the fruit basket and watch everybody react. You can detect the sincerity of the real defenders of Armstrongism, although they are misguided, because their posts and responses are much less mechanical, and contain far more detail.

  18. “[Professing] Christian” appears to carelessly and ignorantly assume that Herbert W. Armstrong, Gerald Flurry, and David Pack all teach the same things. This is a HUGE MISTAKE. Both Gerald Flurry and David Pack initially pretended to be faithfully holding fast to everything that HWA had taught in order to attract HWA's followers and their wallets, but the fact is that these are three different people with three different sets of teachings. Gerald Flurry and David Pack have both made HUGE DOCTRINAL CHANGES and both of them continue to make more doctrinal changes all the time.

    1. The reason why David C. Pack doesn't teach everything Herbert W. Armstrong taught is because Herbert W. Armstrong was wrong about some stuff.

Herbert W. Armstrong taught that he was the Elijah who had “restored all things” because all the teachings in the Worldwide Church of God had come through him. David C. Pack started out agreeing that HWA was the Elijah but later changed his mind and claimed to be the Elijah and said that HWA had actually been in the office of Moses.

How do you know that HWA was wrong about this? How do you know that DCP is now right about this? Remember that DCP first wrote a booklet proving that HWA was the Elijah and said that this understanding was a great wall of defence against doctrinal heresy. Later, DCP came up with sermons containing “130 PROOFS” that DCP is the Elijah. DCP's endless so-called “proofs” that never really prove anything are getting a bit tiresome.

  21. TC has to be in reality DCP. What person in their right mind would refer DCP as "great"? Only DCP would ever refer to himself as "great". Mental illness needs to be treated. Sell the Horses!

  22. Why sell the horses, anonymous? The horses generate all the new materials which DCP disseminates. Of course, it's waste material, but Dave does not have the gift of discernment to know the difference.

  23. Today I heard an interview from Johnny Depp when he was on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross this April, and he said something that somehow seems fitting for the COGs. I don't know exactly where I fit in this, but the further I get from the COG approach the more I feel I am becoming aware.

"If you're completely crazy and you're unaware of it, you're home free. If you're completely crazy and you are aware of it, there's got to be some bit of trauma there; there's got to be some bit of damage there."

    1) Day of Atonement
    2) FOT
    3) LGD
    4) 2029
    5) Weekly Sabbath
    6) One month later
