Dave Pack: Big Bad Meanie People Are Picking On Me!

Wicked Comments With Cake

The video clip of David C. Pack warning the members of The Restored Church of God of how poopy-faced some of the former members can be was quite popular this past week.

The plight Dave is going through touched the heartstrings of some because people love a good underdog story.

Part 387 – August 15, 2022

@ 39:23 I mean, we’ve got people so wicked trying, besieging us…People who were once with us are more wicked almost than the devil.

Whoever they may be, they must be prideful, self-righteous, lying, thieving, deceiving, blaspheming, and murderous. But that still is not good enough because Dave has higher standards.

How does one become “more wicked almost” than anything? I do not get it. You are either “more” or you are not. If you are “more almost” would that not mean are “equally” wicked? Perhaps Dave was sparing these people their feelings. Or he was being sensitive to the devil. I am not sure which at this point.

Perhaps if Satan heard some heavy breathing just over his shoulder, he would know how close some human is to overtaking his position as the big cheese. He might then step up his A-game and really start to cause some problems inside RCG.

The comment was vague, so the “people” he was referring to are yet to be identified. If this is you, come forward and show yourself. The curiosity is killing me. Please write me at exRCGwebsite@gmail.com and I will do what seems right in my own eyes.

I have a theory as to what kind of things “wicked people” may be up to. Humor me for a moment as I pull these out of the air. You know, wild guesses.
  • Invoke God’s name as a testimony to the truth of a matter, but then walk it back later.
  • Fabricate a financial doctrine by using the Bible fraudulently.
  • Collect funds for a specific event to then spend it on something else.
  • Collect funds for “doing the work” to then buy property instead.
  • Tell everyone your primary goal is to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God as Jesus Christ instructed, but then stop actively doing that.
  • Bring in another Jesus and another gospel.
  • Make promises you later break.
  • Say you will “never again” do something, but do it again.
  • Blame others for your failings.
  • See yourself all throughout the Bible using “because I say so” as proof.
  • Discourage people from “proving all things” in their Bible.
  • Is a prophet, is not a prophet, is a prophet, is not a prophet.
  • Skip part of Sabbath services by sneaking out the back door through the kitchen.
  • Skip Holy Day A.M. services entirely.
  • Set a date for the return of Jesus Christ to have it proven to be false by history.
  • Change the meaning of words in the Bible to fit the current theory.
  • Mark those you oppose by declaring God will kill them soon.
  • Tell mourning parents and spouses that they will see their dead loved ones soon, but then nothing happens.

That is enough for now. If I did any of those things while claiming to be a minister, I would be quaking in my boots right now.

For those just joining us, this is not the first time in the past few months that David C. Pack went on a “meanie people” tirade.

As a refresher, Dave was almost beyond pissy after his Pentecost failure and made comments that were originally posted in the article, David C. Pack Admits RCG Is A Hazardous Work Environment.

Part 372 – June 6, 2022

@ 44:55 The most vicious, evil wicked-hearted men I have ever dealt with, I’ve dealt with in this church. Literally.

@ 45:37 And they’re the most murderous, lying, thieving people, in many cases, that have come into our ministry.

@ 46:35 It’s a curious anomaly that you see the ministers who’re supposed to be teaching the truth abusing, lying, stealing, things that would just curl your hair ten times over if I told you.

@ 47:11 I’ve learned to sit in that room up there, we talk about doctrine and know that I might be sitting across from or next to a minister who’s gonna try to destroy this church within an hour.

@ 51:29 You just do not understand our enemies, they want to murder the church. You don’t understand that. These are the these are deeply satanic men.

@ 1:39:26 The worst possible people keep leaving and poisoning the well out there.

A line from earlier this week will become my new mantra.

Part 387

@ 06:07 A simple passing of time forced this conclusion.

The more time that passes with another failed date for the return of Jesus Christ which Dave hammered, the more people inside The Restored Church of God will wake up. Although, “wake up” is not accurate. They know what is going on, but they do not know what to do about it. Nobody has a great answer for, “Where do I go when I leave RCG?” – If I knew, I would be there.

I know of not one person who has left who thinks NOW they have it right. Many have a place that “is good for us” if they have not already chucked it all and gone back to pork and Christmas. Sorry, Kevin. Love you, man.

Things do not look good from this side of the fence. Full disclosure. People inside RCG know what is going on is wrong, but they see no alternative. I have no pearl of wisdom or box of secrets to sell.

The idea of attending where the truth “used” to be is better than being where it is not at all. That is the thinking. It is a scary idea to be walking away from a structure that has the “look and feel” of God’s Church but the salt has lost its savor.

David C. Pack tells you everything you need to hear

to make a judgment call if he is true or not.

The people inside RCG know what he is doing. The people inside RCG know what their Bible says.

Prayer. Fasting. Bible study. They all told me I needed to leave. Whether I was “vomited out” or I left of my own accord remains to be seen. Full disclosure.

Herbert W. Armstrong came up with the analogy of arsenic in a cake and David C. Pack used to repeat that concept. Not so much these days, curiously.

How much poisoned cake those still inside The Restored Church of God can tolerate is on a case-by-case basis.

But everyone there can agree. The cake is poisoned.

Blasphemous Crackpot Self-Appointed Prophet Tells Another Whopper!

Are reader here commented on another thread about the greatest COG prophet the church has ever seen since Jesus walked this earth:

Zippo said...
And in today's sermon, Bob gave a "who knows" speculation that some of his writings may go into the Bible. GTA and others suggested before that the book of Acts may be expanded to include all COG history.

The Great Bwana is in for a shock when he finds out there is no way in gehenna fire that will ever happen! The Church of God has always held a belief that the acts of COG members and ministers would be added to the Book of Acts because it supposedly has no ending as other books tend to have.

That is such a presumptuous claim that it is almost blasphemous. Herbert and Garner Ted both claimed this and it was taught at HQ. The main problem with all of this is that Armstrongism considers itself and its followers as the only true Christians who would qualify to be added to the book. Christians over the last 2,000 years that were not "COG" members are totally cut out of the picture. Their lives and ministry are worthless compared to the glorious words and lives of COG self-appointed prophets and apostles.

Who in their right mind in a glorious millennium would want to sit and read the words of Bob Thiel? Dying in the tribulation would have been a better fate for them than that!

The Little Flock - The Perfect PR Tool For Ineffectual COG's

A reader here commented the other day about how the COG as a whole looks at themselves as "the little flock" and uses that belief to justify their non-growth and ineffectual presentations.

Seth wrote:

So, here's a concept to make sense of this a little bit. In LCG, as in many ACOGs, the doctrine of the Little Flock is taught. This concept is logically humorous, but I once believed it too. In a nutshell these things are simultaneously true;

1. The church is SUPPOSED to be small, so if only a few respond, that's proof that God is working.

2. If a lot of people come, that's because God is blessing it.

3. If other churches get bigger, it's proof that they (the big church) is not of God because the church is Supposed to be a small one.

4. If your church grows, it's proof that God is blessing it.

5. If people leave your church it's because God is 'sifting' the church, and they had never been true members.

6. If people join your church from other churches, it's because God was working with them all along.

It's a quite handy PR tool.

Germany! Germany!! Germany!!! LCG's Other Obsession

Two of the biggest boogeymen in the Church of God movement have been Satan and Germany. Many times those both are uttered in the same sentence.

Who can forget Rod Meredith standing in the pulpit with his red face, veins popping out on his forehead as he yelled in the most butch manner possible about children being taken as slaves to Germany or sent to concentration camps to be hung on meathooks if members did not mend their ways?

All of this was the by-product of Herbert Armstrong's obsession with Adolf Hitler, Germany, and his erroneous biblical interpretations. The entire belief system of the church has revolved around Germany rising from the ashes of World War II to rule the world as they destroy the United States, England, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other so-called "Israelitish" nations.

Thanks to Rod Meredith's endless obsession with Germany, the Living Church of God today still carries on that apocalyptic fetish.

A reader sent the following to me yesterday:

Germany! Germany! Germany!
Everything gets focused around Germany.

Apparently, from the reports of “massive” crowds showing up at LCG presentations, prophecy is just not giving them the pull of the old WCG days.

Or maybe, it is because they lack a charismatic spokesman like GTA in his heyday.

This was in response to the following article up on the mailing the other day:

What an orgasmic prophetic fantasy! Drought, wildfires, heat waves, water scarcity, the beast of Revelation, and GERMANY! All that is missing is the Catholic Church.

The reference above to LCG's recent Presentations shows how poorly this message is falling on the public's ears. Gone are the day of Herbert Armstrong pounding the pulpit or Garner Ted's charismatic preaching. LCG has no charismatic men able to present emotionally stirring presentations.

Recent LCG numbers for presentation demonstrate this fact:

Last week, we held six Tomorrow’s World Presentations—three initial presentations, in Trois- Rivières, Quebec, Canada; Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia; and Columbus, Ohio; and three follow-ups, in Little Rock, Arkansas; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Peoria, Illinois. These presentations had a combined total of 106 guests.

If LCG leaders actually started preaching about that dude they keep shoving into the background they might not be so scared of things they see looming on the horizon.

Satan Kept Over 3.7 Million People From Attending LCG Presentations Last Week!

LCG has supposedly been sending out their most dynamic men to do presentations pontificating on the dire situation the United States and other Israelitish nations are in. Satan is pissed and ready to wreak havoc on the world through the Catholic Church, the Beast, and Germany. Evil Germans are ready to take citizens captive or fry them in ovens in soon-to-be concentration camps scattered around the country.

Sadly, or maybe, fortunately, that message is falling on deaf ears as Satan works his magic and keeps millions from attending LCG's presentations.

This week we have five presentations: four initial presentations in St. Louis, Missouri; Cookeville, Tennessee; Blue Ridge, Georgia; and Springfield, Illinois; and one follow-up in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. Thank you all for your continued prayers for these presentations.

Here are the latest population stats for these cities dating from 2017 - 2021.

Trois- Rivières, Quebec. 137,188

Newcastle, New South Wales 322,278

Columbus Ohio metro 2,138,926

Little Rock, Arkansas; 202,591

Milwaukee, Wisconsin 592,649

Peoria, Illinois. 402,391

The total potential audience that LCG had the potential to impact was over 3,796,023 soulsand yet they could only get 106 guests COMBINED to attend these lectures, of which probably 1/2 - 3/4 were LCG members padding the audiences.

A reader and former LCG member recently said this about the presentations:

Back when I was there, it was almost all LCG members.
Doubt if it is any different today.

The work of God goes forth in the most powerful manner than ever before!

LCG Friday Night Smackdown: LCG members need to strive to stop being instruments of Satan

First, we had Gerald Weston talking about how powerful his adversary is and now we have Doug Winnail doing his Friday Night Smackdown of LCG members and this same adversary. Apparently, LCG members are letting rumors, lies, false doctrines, and divisive ideas lead them straight into Satan's clutches. Their reprobate minds then lead them to thwart the plan of God so that his kingdom can't come when he had originally planned it.  Pretty heavy burdens to place upon LCG members' shoulders!

As usual, it is all LCG members' fault because they are so inept in stopping the crafty wiles of Satan from influencing them. Jesus might be able to help them if they only knew about him. Plus, their inability to resist Satan's influence has thwarted the Kingdom of God from happening sooner than needed and has delayed the return of Christ, again.

Satan’s Devices: God raised up His Church to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God (Mark 16:15), to warn the world of a coming judgment (Matthew 24), and to prepare a people to reign with Jesus Christ (Luke 1:17). Satan has tried to thwart this mission down through history. He inspired misguided individuals to physically attack and murder Jesus, go after His disciples, and cause division and spread vicious rumors and false doctrines to disrupt the Work of the early Church (1 Corinthians 1:10–13; 2 Corinthians 11:26; Galatians 1:6–9; 2 Timothy 4:14). Satan’s goal has not changed. The Bible reveals that we are in a spiritual war with a cunning adversary (Ephesians 6:10–20), who is still using the same devices today (2 Corinthians 2:11)—physical attacks, rumors, lies, false doctrines, divisive ideas, and doing whatever seems right in one’s own eyes (Judges 21:25). All this leads to confusion that distracts us from our mission and disrupts the Work of God. This is why the Apostle Paul urged the early Church to be of “the same mind and... the same judgment” (1 Corinthians 1:10) and to “hold the traditions which you were taught” (2 Thessalonians 2:15). Peter also warned that we must be able to recognize and resist the efforts of Satan to thwart the plan of God with his divisive schemes (1 Peter 5:8–9). We must all strive to avoid being instruments in Satan’s hands if we want to be in the coming Kingdom of God.
Have a profitable Sabbath, Douglas S. Winnail

Satan is running rampant in the LCG just like he is in the world

Gerald Weston writes about the most powerful god of the Church of God movement, so powerful that faith in Christ cannot even stem his adversarial actions. He uses bitterness to infect church members' minds so that they no longer care about LCG's "truth". Once LCG members reject LCG teachings they are immediately consumed by hatred! Who knew? That pesky adversary uses rumors about LCG corruption to destroy the minds of members.

That creature is so powerful that he has complete reign to work anywhere he likes in the Church of God. Jesus is apparently powerless in his presence. Forget about the Holy Spirit at work in Christians, since he doesn't exist, Satan can have a field day doing whatever he can to lead LCG members out of the fold!

Greetings from Charlotte,

In these opening comments I want to highlight a fact that even some in the world are coming to recognize. There is an evil spirit at work today dividing people: politically, ethnically, culturally, racially, religiously, and in every other way possible. One part of what has been called “The Lord’s prayer” is “And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one” (Matthew 6:13). How often do we pray this? Satan is a far greater adversary than some realize, and he will use any issue he can to divide us, if we allow him to do so. But as Jesus implies in the sample prayer, this is not a fight we can win on our own strength. We need God’s Spirit working in us. Note also that Jesus, on the night in which He was betrayed, instructed His disciples, including Peter, to “Pray that you may not enter into temptation” (Luke 22:40, 46). We know how that turned out, as Peter’s emotions—in this case, fear— got the best of him. As humans, we too often allow our emotions to rule us and lead us to do things that we should not. Scripture warns us not to allow bitterness to take root in us (Hebrews 12:15). Once that happens, a person no longer cares about truth, only hatred and his or her perceived grievance. We know that we ought not act on rumors, but how often do we get caught up in believing things we want to hear but that may be totally untrue, or slightly altered or twisted to present a false reality? Satan is working in this world to destroy mankind, and he is working anywhere in the Church that he can to divide and destroy us. Let us remember to plead with God daily to “deliver us from the evil one,” and let us do our part by humbly drawing close to God so that the devil will flee from us (James 4:1–7).—Gerald Weston

Self Righteous COG Member Causes Issues Between Two COG Groups Cooperating With Each Other

“Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.”
 (Psalm 41:1)
“But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?”
(1 John 3:17)

COGNews has an entry up from Bill Goff today about an issue he has faced due to a meddlesome COG member stirring up a stink between Goff and the Christian Biblical Church of God. CBCG is run by Fred Coulter.

Bill Goff has been running a successful organization in Kenya for many years now that feeds impoverished children and others, Kenya Hands of Hope.

Thank you for your quick response in helping to bring food to our impoverished Brethren. May God bless each and every one of you! As many of you know, another young girl from the Rongo congregation died from starvation. But thanks to your quick action, the hunger situation was eased. We distributed Maze and Beans to the starving groups. We also distributed Wheat, Cassava, Millet and Sugar to the widows and remote orphans so they could continue making nutritional porridge. Your Brethren are so Very Very thankful to you for helping them during their dire need. The children were also very thankful (and happy) to have food to eat as you will see in the pictures below — See August 12, 2022

Goff goes on to write about what transpired between Goff's organization and Fred Coulter's Christian Biblical Church of God:

Now I have something sad to report on and bring to your attention. I’m hoping that you will pray about it, because it’s a very serious matter. A while back I reported that Fred Coulter stepped in and joined hands with us in helping our impoverished brethren, and it was a wonderful thing, we were able to assist more of our suffering brethren by working together. Sad to say, that help came to an abrupt end yesterday. Apparently someone informed Fred that my beliefs differ from some of what he teaches. There are a number of doctrines that not only I, but other members of the Body of Christ differ on, but that shouldn’t stop us from helping our brethren who are suffering and literally starving to death at this time.

Too many pulpits in the church of God are too quick to terminate all relation, and sever ties because of differences in beliefs. Now there are Scriptural instructions concerning this matter, and times when some do need to be dealt with, like in Romans 16:17 where we are told to “Mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrines which ye have learned; and avoid them”.
Let us be sure we understand what the Scripture is saying here: that word “divisions” means disunion, dissension, division, sedition. Sedition means to conduct or speech exciting people to rebel against the authority or a state or monarch, and division means disagreement between two or more groups producing tension or hostility.

Brethren, I don’t think I fit into that category. We had no hostility or tension, and there was no rebellion against any authority. On the contrary, we were working together quite well. Fred was even sending me all of the contacts he receives from people in various countries on the continent of Africa, and I was checking them out. Even that was working out quite well.

As I said, there was no problem between Fred and I, things were going on quite well. There was no contention or hostility between us, fact is there was much good fruit being produced, especially in assisting our impoverished widows and orphans who have been suffering significantly.

Christian Biblical Church of God joining hands with us in assisting our suffering brethren was a wonderful thing, it was answered prayer. We have been praying for more to join hands with us to help our suffering and starving brethren. Whoever approached Fred, and caused him to stop assisting our suffering brethren should be ashamed of themselves. The sad part is that now more of our brethren will continue to suffer. Please pray that Fred will continue to assist them. Those funds go directly to our starving widows and orphans, no doctrinal issues should come between us in helping our brethren who are literally starving to death at this time. (This attempt to divide us is the work of our arch deceiver.)

Nothing would surprise me that this was a follower of Bob Thiel, bitter over another COG stepping into Africa. Plus, Thiel is very vocal with his hatred of cooperation between churches, whether they be "worldly" or Armstrongite Churches of Glod. When his group is the only right church then this creates an issue with cooperation with others.

Plus, I can guarantee this person was an entitled American who has zero concerns about the plight of those in Africa, and most certainly a person who has never given financially to such organizations. After all, the official COG mantra has always been - Don't worry about them now, God will help them in the millennium to live properly like we do in America.

How can anyone look at the COG today as an example of Godly love? A love that is supposedly unsurpassed since the 1st Century Christians gathered together. A love that exemplifies the coming Kingdom of God. The Church of God today has very few groups that exemplify true love for others.

Who would want to be part of a kingdom where these kinds of people will supposedly be teachers and right-hand assistants to Christ?

That Other Crackpot Prophet Claims That Without His Books Real Christians Will Be Unable To Fully Teach In The Millennium.

Our other favorite crackpot prophet is back with another doozy today letting the Churches of God know that unless they read his books and booklets they will be unable to FULLY teach people in this present age and in the millennium to come. Also, regular COG members cannot understand the Bible without his books and booklets.

It has always fascinated me how these men leading various COG's think their theological background is significant enough to be writing books on church teachings, prophecy, and history. None of them have a theological education outside of the Church of God. Their entire theological foundation is based upon Herbert Armstrong's interpretations of the Bible after a 6-month study in a public library, and from directly plagiarizing at least 3 books.

We should know by now that since God set into motion the ministry of the Great Bwana to Africa BEFORE the foundation of the world was ever established and foreordained him to be doubly blessed after almost being jailed, to be for us in these latter days the most important man to ever walk this earth. He is our appointed latter-day Elisha, Amos, Joshua, Zechariah, and one of the two witless witnesses.

His teachings are so mind-blowing that when the end times hit that he and only he will be able to determine WHEN it is time to flee and where to go to. No other COG can do this!

After pontificating on Herbert Armstong's Seven Laws of Success booklet, the Great Bwana writes about education:

Not only can the right education “open doors,” it helps many people become more productive. It helps people live up to more of their potential.

The Apostle Peter wrote:

15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: (1 Peter 3:15, KJV)

Don't be naive to think that you can get knowledge out of a seminary or a university. We all know by now where true education comes from and is found in these latter days.

Only Philaldphian Christians in the CORRECT Church will have the Holy Spirit and be able to discern these things:

How can Philadelphian Christians take action and instruct many if they are not prepared?

First, notice that the Holy Spirit will assist according to Jesus:

18 You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. 19 But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; 20 for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. (Matthew 10:18-20)

No Christian outside of the improperly named "continuing" Church of "god" can ever have the Holy Spirit working through them, even though the CCG denies the Holy Spirit.

Even so, his members need to be ready to give an answer when necessary:

You need to be prepared as the Apostle Peter wrote to be able to give answers to those who ask.

The Apostle Paul wrote the following:

15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:14, NKJV)
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15, KJV)

The Great Bwana goes on to say that Christians need to study the Bible diligently and rely upon church literature to explain it all to them.

The Bible is the word of truth. Christians need to study diligently, which includes not only reading the Bible and paying attention to sermons, but also to read church literature.

One of the reasons is that parts of the Bible are not always easy to understand, as the Apostle Peter pointed out:

14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; 15 and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation — as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, 16 as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures. (2 Peter 3:14-16, NKJV)

The Great Bwana then has the audacity to write this:

Notice again one is to be ‘diligent’ so one will not be moved by untaught and unstable people.

Never in the history of the church has it been overrun by so many false teachers and self-appointed prophets and apostles. Never have we seen such a large number of unstable men as we have leading various COGs today!

Church members are too stupid to understand the Bible and need to be "taught" by the Great Bwana on what it actually means. That is the entire purpose of the ministry today in the church.

This also means that God’s people need to be taught.

In addition to studying the word of God on their own, this is part of why God has a ministry:

26 Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is desert. 27 So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship, 28 was returning. And sitting in his chariot, he was reading Isaiah the prophet. 29 Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go near and overtake this chariot.” 30 So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, “Do you understand what you are reading?” 31 And he said, “How can I, unless someone guides me?” And he asked Philip to come up and sit with him. (Acts 8:26-31)

The ministry and the writings of the Prophet/Apostle/Great Bwana are the necessary means by which church members are educated.

Yes, the true ministry helps people be able to speak the truth in love.

Now that books are more widely available than in New Testament times, books from ministers can also assist in teaching end time Christians.

While we have many, the following look to be particularly applicable to the ‘instruct many’ prophecy related to predominantly Philadelphian Christians:

The Great Bwana then goes on to list several of his books and booklets and then makes this proclamation:

Now that does not mean our other books and booklets are not important to know–and they can also be referred to–and all are found at the following link: CCOG Free Books and Booklets.

Only true Phialdphians who are members of the improperly named "continuing" Church of "god" will be able to instruct people during the Millenium with the TRUTH! Other lesser Phlialdlaphains (if they make it through the tribulation) who have not read the Great Bwana's significant works will be unable to fully teach church history, heresies, and prophetic understanding! Read it and weep Gerald Weston and Dave Pack!!!

Non-Philadelphians will not know enough to instruct many in this age. Oh yes, they will teach people during the millennium. But, the lack of knowledge of church history, development of heresies, and proper prophetic understanding will prevent most non-Philadelphians from fulfilling the “instruct many” prophecy in Daniel 11:32.

In the millennium those who survived will be eager to read about the history of the Great Bwana and his little group. That is why Bwana Bob has written his books. They will be teaching tools in the Millenium!

Because some of what people in the world will be interested in will be a bit historical, and to them unique, the listed books were written. These books are part of the CCOG preparation for the short work.

So there you have it, brethren! Get off your lazy Laodicean butts and support the greatest work the church has ever seen in the entire scope of Christian history! However, you must be willing to let God use you when he reveals the great Bwana to Africa is his true remnant leader!

If YOU are willing to be used by God and will support the true Philadelphian remnant leader, God may well have YOU instruct many. Either directly, or at least, indirectly.

Start studying Bwana Bob's books right now! You have a huge teaching job ahead of you!

Thank Goodness My COG Is Not Like Dave Pack's Church!

This deserves more discussion:

This guy's hold on people after all the false prophecies and teachings is so sad and a lesson. Many in the COGs think to themselves, "He is a nut. We're not like that."

Yeah, not quite. But you still follow the teachings of a man, HWA, who made false prophecies and teachings. And make no mistake, many of your beliefs are based on Armstrong's teachings and not direct teachings from the Bible.

Just a few of Armstrong's false teachings not in the Bible that require little argument to rebut:

1) Our doctrine (or being in select organizations) makes us real Christians. No, According to the BIBLE, Faith in Christ's atoning blood is what makes one a real Christian. Please show me where more than faith is required.

2) You must understand the supposed meaning of the holy days to be a real Christian. No, this is all Armstrong. The Bible simply does not state anything of the sort. Before Sinai and after Christ (for new believers) there is no evidence of this teaching. Yet despite this, groups like COGWA require not just observance but yet even more indoctrinated belief of the MEANING of these days and bluntly states, "Without an understanding of the holy days you are not called." Sad.

3) The real church will be called "The Church of God". These groups actually believe that having that name is a prerequisite to being a legitimate church. First off, "Church of God" is incorrectly translated into English from the Greek "Ekklesia Theos" which means "those of God's who are called out". It's a description, not a title of an organization.

Further, the term "church" draws from the greek "kurikon" maybe passing through the Germanic "kirche" (which was not itself used before the 8th century). "Church" more directly came from the old English "cirice" and "Circe" who btw was a pagan greek goddess, but maybe that is neither here nor there. But, still, neither of these terms were used before the 13th century. And "church" itself was not used until the late 16th century. King James had the Bible translated in 1611 and set forth several rules for translation to support terms used by the Anglican "Church" one such rule was that the term ekklesia be translated as "church" rather than the more accurate "assembly" or "congregation" or "called out".

So, what we have is a doctrine of the COGs that would indicate no one was a true group of real Christians until they used the term "church of God" which never occurred until the 17th century. Further, there are pagan elements to the etymology of the term "church". Shame! Further still (and painfully silly for most Christians to read), this argues against the ridiculous COG claim that their "church of god" goes back to the time of Jesus. How could it, if they must be called "the Church of God"? The COGs actually hang onto this false English translation as a doctrine.

Strangely enough this ridiculous doctrine actually led to my further questioning of the COGs. I agree the whole thing is silly, but it is a doctrine.

Sorry, longer than I intended. There are many more false and silly doctrines, but I think the three above are indefensible if you claim your doctrines are from the Bible and not fully founded on the doctrine of Herbert Armstrong.

Dave Pack Reemerges And Is Crazier Than Ever

Seven Times Fraud

On August 15, 2022, David C. Pack of The Restored Church of God presented, “The Greatest Unending Story! (Part 387)” without the Tammuz Cooking Utensils. The table now seems sparse by comparison.

This entire message is speculation-rich, but can be summed up this way:

Since the “not-really-a-50-day-count to Trumpets” did not go over well with the marketing team, Dave reached into his top hat and pulled out a 40-day-count rabbit.

That's right. Instead of counting 50-days to Trumpets, the brethren now need to count 40-days starting tonight at sunset, which begins Av 20. The Bible is loaded with 40-day events making it much more appealing to the focus group.

World events will start tomorrow when God begins to punish all the nations of Israel for one month. Or…nothing will happen. Stay tuned to find out.

@ 00:00 After saying I was done, I don’t know how many times in the past, I’m speaking again for one reason and one only. I’ve long believed that a final message is given that would clear everything up just before events take place.

@ 01:03 …a single message closes the Mystery of God and prepares the way before God.

Learning disability alert. History repeats itself.

@ 01:20 I’ve wanted to end this series more times than you can possibly know. But I hope you’ll appreciate what I’m going to say. I fear God. And I’ve always believed that if something big must be said at the last minute, then I’ve gotta say it even after saying, “the series is over,” how many times? You’ll just have to believe that humanly, I cannot possibly want to be up here.

Everyone all around you and those you do not know across the internets want the same thing for you, Dave. They just want it all to be over. Count me in as a huge fan of that idea. Sadly, the signs are not good.

@ 04:29 You’re blessed if you got to a day, not a Coming. We’ve talked about that. It’s called the 1335. In other words, if you made it to 45-days before Trumpets in the year of application, then you’re blessed. You’re settled. And that was over four days ago.

Dave still clings to the idea that the 1335 began last Thursday night at sunset. Nothing tangible manifested on Av 15. Just as nothing tangible manifested on Av 7 or Av 10 as he previously said. Or just pick a previous date he taught going back to 2013. They all have the same “look and feel” of nothingness.

For the sake of a little background, when I resigned from The Restored Church of God in March of 2021, Dave was teaching that the church was “in the midst of the 1335,” which I did not believe. He told us if we were still there, we had “made it” and back then we “were settled.”

I did not believe him. So much so, that I told Bradford G. Schleifer and then later, Kenneth M. Orel directly that I did not believe the 1335 had begun yet. It came to pass after I left RCG that David C. Pack ALSO agreed with me and did not believe it.

Yet, here we are again. The 1335 started and nobody saw it happen. Again. Everyone just woke up that day and it was here. Again. Because Dave says so. Again.

How can you prove that? Well, you disbelieving S.O.B., the proof is self-evident. Mr. Pack is an apostle and may or may not be Elijah in some way, so…that’s your proof.

It is true because Dave says it is true—mic drop.

@ 06:07 A simple passing of time forced this conclusion. There are 41 days to Trumpets this year and 29 of them, Elul, are bad. And Christ is still not here.

This is now my new favorite quote: “A simple passing of time forced this conclusion.”

That will be repeated in future articles after nothing happens again tonight. Much can be said about what members of The Restored Church of God should be “forced to conclude” with “a simple passing of time” when it comes to “Mr. Pack,” but I will save that for later.

@ 06:31 I’m gonna prove that month to you and shock you by another unbelievable series of mistranslations. You won’t believe them. I’m still in shock.

#1 - You should not believe it.

#2 - Do not be shocked.

The mistranslation is only labeled that way because it does not fit the Dave Pack narrative. He has often looked at the Strong’s definitions and cherry-picked a possible meaning from the list they usually give.

Spoiler Alert: He picked the one possibility that fits his current narrative. Please continue to not be shocked.

Dave has accused Thomas Jefferson of cutting words out of his Bible as he likes to tell it, "all the verses he didn't like." Historians know more about the facts behind the Jefferson Bible than I do. The point is that David C. Pack takes scissors and paste to his Bible all the time. He just did it again for Part 387.

Dave does not like what the Bible really says, so he changes the words to fit his delusion. That “truth will be self-evident” in a moment.

@ 08:40 It turns out there was only one kingdom before the Day of the Lord. We couldn’t settle on this. God had to force it on us through a lack of time. Now, the biggest part of that other than it’s been 13 days since I spoke, passing of time. So, we’re chopping days off the front.

@ 09:16 But we’ve lost 13 days since I spoke. But that’s nothing compared to one whole month we lost at the end of that period. So, that’s pinched us and demanded we take another look. And the Mystery of God wouldn’t be over if we hadn’t explained this.

Dave does not explain to the church why he was silent for so long. That is still a secret only those at Headquarters know the answer to. Since I understand how things run across the street, know that there is something Dave does not want to get out. And it had nothing to do with "figuring out prophecy."

Listen for not only what they say, but what they do not say. There are times when something is said only to the staff or only to the local congregation that never gets distributed. If I had a nest egg, I would bet on that.

Here comes a classic “Dave-Got-Tricked” by others into making him think he knew what he was preaching only to be duped because the Bible is chock full of wrong words.

@ 09:38 A bombshell revelation drove this message.

The big build-up that Dave leads to is that in Leviticus 26, four verses use the phrase "seven times" in the "blessings and cursings" chapter. According to him, the word does not mean "seven times" but "a week." So, it is not talking about intensity, but duration.

If only he could punch those Christmas-keeping translators in the face.

@ 20:29 Four times “seven times.” Except every one of them is mistranslated. No one ever thought to check. Yours truly included.

@ 20:56 Each time it says “seven,” if you look up the word, it means “a week.” “Times” is simply not there. It’s invented. It is not there. “I will punish you seven.” And you go look up the word in the Hebrew and it means “a week.”

@ 22:01 So you can go look it up. I think it’s number 7651 in the Hebrew and it means a week.

When you listen to the audio, you can almost hear his nose growing longer and longer.

Seven Times Mistranslated

Since four verses use "seven" as code for a "week" that means it is math time. Again.

7-Day-Week x 4 Verses = 28 Days = One month of Israel’s punishment = Elul

Before anyone gets excited that Dave finally cracked The Da Vinci Code hidden in the biblical texts, if you have access to e-Sword or Strong’s Concordance or BibleHub.com, you can easily prove his assertion to be flat-out false.

He may have been able to fool his audience at the moment that those stupid translators did not know what they were doing and caused Dave to misread his Bible for decades, but anyone who fact-checks him will see it in the proper light.

Here are some facts. Yes, I know…Dave hates facts.

Leviticus 26:18, :21, :24, and :28 use the Hebrew word sheba (H7651) translated as “seven times.” Sheba appears 395 times in the Old Testament. It always means “seven” of something. It is a number.

e-Sword - sheba (H7651)

a primitive cardinal number; seven (as the sacred full one); also (adverbially) seven timesby implication a week; by extension an indefinite number: - (+ by) seven ([-fold], -s, [-teen, -teenth], -th, times).

So, this is where Dave found that prophetic parachute. He saw that word appeared four times in Leviticus 26, so the math just kind of created itself. Forgot the fact of how it is used all throughout the Bible as “a primitive cardinal number.”

In Leviticus, there are 46 mentions of the word sheba (H7651) as “seven.”

“seven times”

“seven times more”

“seven days”

“seven sabbaths”

“seven lambs”

“seven years”

The word translated into English as “week” only appears in the Old Testament three times. H7620 is shabua. Leviticus 26 does not use that word. Dave knows this.

You will find the term “seven days” (H7651) (H3117) in 26 verses just in Leviticus. Dave knows this.

If Leviticus 26:18, :21, :24, and :28 meant a space of time, it would have been written as sheba yom. Dave knows this.

If God meant the translators to say “week” instead of “seven times” He could have done that. Dave knows this.

The word sheba (H7651) is never translated as “week” and guess what? Dave knows this.

No matter how hard he tries, just like never finding a full 50-days to count to Trumpets, Dave cannot find anywhere in the Bible that proves Leviticus 26 is supposed to use the word “week” and not just “seven” for intensity. He did not prove his point and he cannot prove his point.

He has done this countless times before. It is kind of a go-to when times are tough. I wonder if the folks still inside The Restored Church of God are too exhausted to notice. I hope they do look up the word as Dave instructs.

Dave continues to show his true colors in these desperate times. Again. I often repeat the same phrase: David C. Pack tells you everything you need to hear to make a judgment call if he is true or not.

Right before everyone’s eyes, he cut out the word “times” and pasted in the word “week.” I can envision Thomas Jefferson shaking his finger at Dave in the Kingdom.

In the end, the teaching of The Worldwide Church of God was correct. Those “seven times” in Leviticus 26 mean “intensity” and not “a space of time.” But Dave was pinned against the wall and needed to find some way out of the “not-really-a-50-day-count to Trumpets” and a cool “40-day-count” fits like O.J.’s glove.

God says His word is purified seven times, but maybe He was just being optimistic.

Surely the God who created the universe had no control over which English words made it into our Bibles. Is God in heaven shrugging, “Hey, those pig-eating translators just wouldn't listen to Me. Now, poor Dave is all confused and looks like a fool for 9-years running. Oops. That is on Me.”

Using Dave’s reasoning, we could now wonder if God meant His word is purified for just one week.

The glaring point is always: David C. Pack is not wrong. The Bible is wrong.

Facts and reality tell a different story. Sheba (H7651) does not mean “week.” Nope. Never.

This is worth repeating:

@ 20:56 Each time it says “seven,” if you look up the word, it means “a week.” “Times” is simply not there. It’s invented. It is not there.

Just like the word “week” is not there, Dave. It is there only in your mind because you need it to be.

Dave’s confidence was at an all-time high when he declared how certain he was.

@ 29:40 So, I’m gonna tell you on God’s authority, there is no way Christ is coming tonight.

That was in reference to Monday night. Last night.

I do not need God’s authority to declare this right now:

“There is no way Christ is coming tonight.”

How do I know this? “A simple passing of time forced this conclusion.”

David C. Pack is a false prophet and a false apostle who makes up theories as to what the Bible says and has a history established since 2013 that he is a biblical fraud. God does not back him up and God will not back him up.

He pushes the 40-day count again and then wonders if they heard him the first time.

@ 35:15 That’s why I’m gonna tell you absolutely I’m sure nothing will happen tonight.

In honor of Dave being right, I will borrow his words and apply them now.

“Absolutely I’m sure nothing will happen tonight.”

How do I know this? “A simple passing of time forced this conclusion.”

For a 44-minute message after a 13-day absence, this really did not have a lot of meat on the bones. There was one moment that did peak my attention.

Watch it to gain the full effect.

@ 39:23 I mean, we’ve got people so wicked trying, besieging us. I finally came to understand what Habakkuk 2:5 is. The wicked compassing the righteous. People who were once with us are more wicked almost than the devil. And we got some of our brethren seem to wanna listen to what they say. It’s strange.

Who is he talking about? What does he mean by “wicked”? That comment deserves a dedicated article and I will add that to my To-Do List.

How do you top that? I mean, the rest of the message is a real downer by comparison.

@ 42:37 …there’s a final message that clears up the Mystery. I promise you, you heard things today in this short message. We’ve got this…This is the picture.

Yes. Those people “heard things today” all right. But does anyone think that this is “the final message” or “this is the picture”? I am on the skeptic side of the camp, in case there was any doubt.

Either world events happen tomorrow to begin the punishment for all of Israel or Dave digs back into his Bible to find a 30-day count. Then a 20-day count. Then a 10-day count. Then a 7-day count. Then a 3-day count. Then a “big fat never mind because it was The Last Great Day all along!”

In less than 30 hours, David C. Pack will prove me right. Again.

He will prove himself to be a biblical fraud. Again.

Is he delusional or is he lying? My meter is REALLY starting to tip the other way.
