Ah, yes, Freedom Girl! Although we each find personalized meanings for the 4th as well, certainly we all have that in common. No more Pharaohs, Rehoboams, or Nicolaitanes!
I plan to drink some good Dos XX beer today, and listen to some Bob Dylan music. Hopefully, later on, there will be one of those awesome David Barton specials on TV to remind us of our nation's heritage, and where our freedoms came from! Praise God for the Constitution and Bill of Rights which restrained Armstrongism from causing even more devastation!
Just imagine how much slavery, abuse and extreme persecution including murder there would be if an Armstrongist group gained ascendancy to rule the world.
We've seen in a limited way what they have done already to their own members -- tales of outrageous horrors.
Let us be thankful that there is still some remnants of freedom resonating from 1776 so we still have some liberty from despotic control of religious freaks.
