Look at the faces of these people, you can almost see the drool.
Did you know that repentance came to us though Herbert Armstrong?
In a few short months you may be standing in front of the world court in Jerusalem having to give testimony on why you mock Herbie.
The reason I defend Herbert W Armstrong and what Christ taught through him is to give you the opportunity to repent. You are at a crossroads It is not my salvation that is at stake. It is yours. It is now on your head, the decision. Shortly ahead you will stand before the world court in Jerusalem, and you will have to give testimony to the court. This decision will once again reappear. The Ball is in your court. I am not here to convince, but to defend the Truth, and keep the body of Christ from being slandered, and to focus people in the right direction. You have a right to not believe me, or even to consider what I say. That is your right. We are free moral agents. You believe what you want to believe, and I will believe what I believe and in the end we will know the truth of the matter. But I ask why wait until the end, when we can know the truth now? And if we know the truth , and we reject it, in the end we will not be with Christ.

There was another picture similar to this one that was taken at a Feast site. There were crowds of people standing around as HWA was getting into his limo. Many of the women were crying. It was creepy and actually quit disgusting.

Q: Why do you "believe" the bible is the "word of God"?
A: Because the bible says so...
Q: Why do you believe in God?
A: Everything has a cause, therefore the universe has a cause, and that cause is God.
Q: If everything has a cause, then doesn't God also have to have a cause?
A: No, everything has a cause except God.
Q: Why is that?
A: Because the bible says so...
Q: Why do you believe in specifically the Christian God as opposed to some other God?
A: Because I feel his presence in my life.
Q: Let me be sure I understood you. You believe that because of "feelings"?
A: I don't like it when you put it that way.
Q: Why do you believe that Christian repentance comes only through Herbert Armstrong?
A: "I am not here to convince, but to defend 'the Truth.'"
Q: Let me be sure I understood you. You believe that because it's "the Truth"?
A: "You believe what you want to believe, and I will believe what I believe."
Q: You believe that is "the Truth" because you believe that is "the Truth"?
A: "The Ball is in your court."
I actually think it is better to "wait until the end" if that's what it takes to prove that "the Truth" is actually the truth. If we were all being honest here, it isn't possible to "know" what "the Truth" is right now, it is only possible to believe one thing, or another thing, or perhaps none of the above, based upon our own individual "feelings." Given the sheer number of possible Pascal's Wager insurance policies available, being insured is just barely better than not being insured. I think I'll wait, thanks.
Who is he? Go to the kitchen and cook rather than preach. Armstrong does not have an iota of truth, he is The Great Plagializer. Armstrong, and this kitchen, and all the Armstrong-trained preachers will stand before God with even greater responsibility for bringing God's people to the captivity of their false teachings. Armstrong and his cohorts are the ones slandering God's truth and in the end, when we all stand before God during judgment day, these false preachers will find themselves as goats, separated from true believers in Christ for the irreparable damage they have done on God's people who seek only to please Him but this Armstrong and Kitchen and all the other false teachers derailed God's chosen ones into their paths of greed and self-aggrandizement. By their fruits you shall know them, and sad to say, the fruits of Armstrongism and Kitchenism do not show the fruits of the Holy Spirit but only the fruits of the flesh.
I wish people like Samuel Kitchen could stand back and take an honest look at the legacy of HWA. What good really came from his legacy? The internet is littered with stories of people harmed by him, directly and indirectly. Even today, the majority of the leaders who followed after him are seen as toxic. The fact that he can't see why people "mock" the man, even if he doesn't agree, says much about his lack of compassion.
Mr. Kitchen:
You are adding to the Bible. It is not HWA and him crucified. You are the one that is to be warned...
Revelation 22:18 (in regards to the Bible)
if anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll.

There was a man who was in his late teens in the early 1960s who later became a minister in the Seventh Day Church of God (which keeps the Feast of Tabernacles) who attended a service in the Radio Church of God with Herbert Armstrong giving the sermon. At the end of the service, a couple of deacons and an elder surrounded him and asked, "What did you think of Herbert Armstrong?". His reply was, "You should ask me what I think of Jesus Christ". Whereupon he was escorted out of the building and told not to return.
Herbert Armstrong does not lead people to repentance, according to Scripture. Has no one read Romans 2:4? I hate to break this to you all, especially at the late date, but HERBERT ARMSTRONG IS DEAD!!!!!!! Especially, he is a dead false prophet who told lies. His salvation isn't really clear at this point, but as you all know from Revelation 22, liars will not be in the Kingdom of God, and Herbert Armstrong was certainly a flat out cult leader liar.
In a few short millions of years, Samuel Kitchen may be standing at the Throne of God (where ever it may be) having to give testimony on why he ever supported Herbert Armstrong.
Seriously? Really?
Samuel Kitchen has an hypothermia IQ.
Please capture the picture of Herbert Armstrong pointing:
They are going to bury me over there!
Kitchenism
Ha, ha, Anonymous! Good one!
We have a new cult word!
Well done!
This is what Samuel W. Kitchen had on his FB and I refuted him. "The Bible, Jesus Christ and God the Father is with Herbert W Armstrong. Who is with you?"
He wrote me back this:
"You CANNOT GROW, by skipping the knowledge and understanding and the Truth that was passed through the APOSTLE! You cannot be ready for marriage with Christ, YOU WILL NOT BE IN GOD'S KINGDOM IF YOU SKIP HIM!" (meaning HA)
I then responded:
If you skip HA? That it unbiblical! You need to follow Christ and not HA. He was a man/ a sinner.
He says so much contradicting the bible and worshiping HWA. His family is all about HA.
He is everywhere with his brother/son team on YT, FB, IGoogle, etc. I noticed he changed his YT title from "The real Elijah" to "HWA TV Archives".
He insists that all WCG splinters are false and only his family have the truth. So Armstrongism. But, people love it, he has more likes now than before, close to 13,000. Before switching FB he was at 1,134, which you can still see "The World Tomorrow TV Channel" and now he is under "HWA TV Archives".
One more time... from Take Back Your Life:
Recovering from Cults and Abusive Relationships, the definition of a cult is:
A cult is a group or movement exhibiting great or excessive devotion or dedication to some person, idea, or thing, and employing unethical manipulation or coercive techniques of persuasion and control (e.g., isolation from former friends and family, debilitation, use of special methods to heighten suggestibility and subservience, powerful group pressures, information management, suspension of individuality or critical judgment, promotion of total dependency on the group and fear of leaving it), designed to advance the goals of the group's leaders, to the actual or possible detriment of members, their families, or the community.
All of Armstrongism is a cult.
Period.
Kitchen's opinions and rhetoric are very similar to Gerald Flurry's. It probably would never occur to either of them to reexamine any of the prophecies, extrabiblical theories, or the various covenants for themselves. Their beliefs are based on HWA's alleged apostleship, and in their minds,
that settles it.
BB
Same HWA-worshipping crap, like with the United Church of God having a big portrait of HWA hanging in a very prominent position at their cult headquarters.
Probably isn't aware of what it says about taking God's Name in vain.
The foolishness of Timothy Kitchen Jr on his FB page with HA picture as the person Timothy.
"I noticed one saying around the COG'S. When we mention that Christ was RIGHT through Mr. Armstrong, they reply "oh I have respect toward Mr. Armstrong". That is CORRECT. They say they respect the MAN, the human being, but DO THEY RESPECT THE OFFICE??? Do they respect God's Authority through that man?? If they do NOT respect GOD FIRST AND FOREMOST, how can they say they respect the man? You can't. It's the same thing with God's Law. Love toward God, then Love Toward man. You CAN'T LOVE fellow man Without LOVE TOWARD GOD AND HIS WAY, AND HIS TRUTHS. You have to LOVE God first and foremost BEFORE you can properly and correctly love your fellowman. You have to have RESPECT toward God and the OFFICE, before you can TRULY Respect the man. Do we we RESPECT GOD and the OFFICES God used? Or do we just have partial, drop in a bucket, little than nothing, speck of respect for the man? Remember GOD first, THEN fellowman.
The Offices that GOD Ordained is STILL in AUTHORITY!! The OFFICE of Apostle and ELIJAH, and Zerrubbabel, and all the types that Christ gave Herbert W. Armstrong is STILL OVER US!!! If someone says that these died with the man, DO THEY REALLY see God in the PICTURE? Don't Limit God."
There it is, Armstrongism for you! All about the man they idolize and the office HA gave himself. HA was nothing close to being a disciple of the Father/Son.
How right you are, Anon (at 5:27 PM)!
In my experience, the more vehemently a person claims he/she DOESN'T worship HWA, the more likely they ARE to be a HWA worshiper.
And they'll also likely say they were "just there for The Truth" and accuse OTHER people (who reject their version of "The Truth") of being "man-worshipers"
I've asked on several occasions thru the years for someone to give me some biblical support for the idea that HWA (or anyone for that matter) meets the criteria to be an Apostle....and have yet to receive any.
I have gotten "the look" a few times, as if I'd committed some sort of blasphemy by questioning the authority/legitimacy of THE APOSTLE....lol
thankfully the group I'm with doesn't see him as anything other than an imperfect man trying to do his best...which is what we all are.
My question for Timothy Kitchen would be, "Shouldn't respect be based on measurable criteria?" Doesn't accountability have anything to do with the process?
Anyone can tell you who they think they are, or who they wish to project themselves as being, but that constitutes an imaginary office unless there is validation. I do not respect imaginary offices, and I do not respect charlatans.

I heard that we are not to call anyone an Apostle that did not see Christ alive and learned from him directly. I think the bible has been sealed till the end. No man is to add or take from it (woe to you Pack). Everything that was needed for us to learn from, is there in the book of life. So, these false teachers will pay one day for the lies and deception they caused. Prophecy is just that, read it, learn, and obey to overcome the wickedness of life.
That simple!
Psa 10:2
The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined.
Pro 1:31
Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.
Let it be so, Almighty!
I found this interesting because this man called who calls himself "KITCHEN" is writing on a public forum in Jamestown Tenn., Topix, the topic is called 'Herbert W Armstrong", Mr. Kitchen loves praising Armstrongism, and certainly takes Mr. Herbert W Armstrong's teaching's extremely personal. You have no opinion, he claims", you are of Satan if you say anything different from the Armstrong teaching's.So if you have a moment check out the public forum, read the man's reply when Herbert W Armstrong's teaching's were called a "CULT",not sure if the "Kitchen's are affiliated with the same individual, but could be family, but defiantly a Armstrongite!!!!
That's the name on the Topix site, in Jamestown, Tenn forum, under Herbert W Armstrong…… Timothy Kitchen !!!!! Same person….. and he never admits he is following the teaching's of Herbert W Armstrong, but was very defensive when the word CULT was mentioned, describing Armstrongism...
This is a rather late posting to this thread (9 months after the most recent!), but I had to chime in. I'm a member of one of the larger Church of God organizations, and I don't apologize for that. That's not the point I'm wanting to discuss. But I want to say is that these Kitchen's and theeir disgusting worship (they don't see it that way) and extreme adoration of Mr. Armstrong DO NOT represent a large majority of people I know in the COG world. And I know many. Many of us respect Mr. Armstrong for the work and ministry we believe God did threw him - but do not WORSHIP him in anyway. These Kitchen's are grossly misrepresenting and distorting the tone of message that many of us believe Mr. Armstrong taught and that of some of the COGs today teach. Many COG organizations and their leadership are in the same boat with the rest of you heathens (wink) on this website according to Timothy, Timothy Jr and Samuel Kitchen. But I agree with some of you though - these Kitchens' delusional behavior is sadly entertaining to a point.
