Exploiting MORE Widows—The Restored Church of God Sells Two More Houses

The story of David C. Pack manipulating his way out of Headquarters Campus debt and amassing corporate wealth continues to evolve. The Pastor General of The Restored Church of God managed to net another $465,000 this week from his members and exploited another widow while doing it.

As of May 2, 2025, twenty RCG members have bought twelve external Campus properties.

RCG Sold Properties to RCG Members Worth $2,877,200.
RCG's home sales profits rise to $943,600.

David C. Pack gained $209,000 from two widows.

Part 1 of David C. Pack’s “Greatest Untold Debt Story!” article, Exploiting Widows, has been updated to reflect the latest information. Part 2, Exploiting the Gospel, has also been edited.

Three external residential Campus properties remain under The Restored Church of God’s ownership. But not for long. Keep an eye out for 341 Akron Road to be sold soon and the total to slide past $3 million.

The two other homes are not viable options for RCG buyers. No one attending The Restored Church of God can afford the $500k Eyesore, and the Hartman Road property hosts the horse barn, pasture, and easement.

As the story continues, it only gets worse. Part 3 will be posted tomorrow morning.

The Restored Cash Grab is intensifying. How long will it be before Dave cashes out and is raptured to another nation that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the USA?

He appears to be a much shrewder business man than he is a prophet. It would seem that he has just sured up his bases. Don't it always seem like the good folks die young???

I bet Satan and his demons are gossipping about Dave.

Weren't these houses originally filled with ministers and upper-level employees? Did they all get evicted so that the lowly church members could buy them?

When there were enough ministers to go around, most houses were filled with them. But as they started to peel away, "select" Headquarters regular people were moving to fill the space. But since there are houses inside the Campus on Eagle Point, there were more homes than ministry. They are now selling to whoever can afford them.

As of this morning, Akron Road has been sold. That is another $238,000 for Dave & Company. The total is now $3.1 million. I will update this afternoon.

So does RCG actually stand for Real-estate Church of God?

No. It stands for Ripoff Church of god (small g) of this world.

It does appear Pack is a much shrewder business man than he is a prophet. He used the ultimate real estate strategy of buying low using other peoples' money (in this case, acquired by Church donations which he controls) and is cashing out at the top of a correcting real estate market. And encouraging his selected members to purchase them shines a bright light that his prophetic teachings of Christ's return is eminent was BS all long - and he knows it! Pack's actions speak louder than Pack's diarrhea mouth! He is a con man, not a business man. Richard

Richard, (@8:03), I've often thought that it would take so much pressure off the poor, deceived followers of these guys if someone in the business offices were to do something really basic, such as invest the church financial reserves in a simple index fund, build some precious metal reserves, or these days, in keeping with the admonition in Gen. 1:29, invest in the emerging cannabis industry!

Jesus did say that if the brethren failed in getting out the message, God would raise up the Stones to do the work. To me, this means that baby boomers who are now in control of the splinters should include the insights of Mick Jagger, who studied at the London School of Economics, for a little bit of financial insight! No need to confine themselves to the wisdom of Tarek El Mousa and the other celebrity house flippers!

Back in the mid 1970's, there were rumors from the janitorial staff regarding the WCG's huge art collection, stored in basement areas of the Pasadena campus which most people never saw. HWA's gold tableware was not the only investment! Decades later, it has become well known that international criminals are very adept at utilizing famed artworks as below the radar currency.
