PCG Ministers Are Gifts From Christ To Help Perfect You

Did you know that Philadelphia Church of God ministers are gifts from Jesus Christ to the members?  This is especially true when your marriage is having problems.  You should be going to the ministry for counseling.  The ministry is there to perfect you.

Seek counsel from God’s ministry.
We certainly need to take our family problems and concerns to God in prayer. But if you ask God for help, don’t overlook the fact that He may want to answer you through one of His ministers.

The ministry is a gift from Christ to help perfect you and build up the Church (Ephesians 4:11-16). Use that gift! Failing to do so can provide problems with the nourishment they need to grow. “Where no counsel is, the people fall,” Proverbs 11:14 warns.

Yeah right.  As if any member of the PCG needs to go in and counsel with an untrained twit that is 20 years younger than they are. Not a single "minister" has ever had REAL training in counseling through a licensed program.  PCG's training methods consist of Gerald laying down the law and the stooges enforcing it. 

Why would a PCG member go the minister anyway considering the track record the PCG has in destroying families, marriages and lives!

Don’t fear asking for help. We all tend to harbor pride that makes us reluctant to approach the ministry. We don’t want to “admit failure.” Men in particular can resist wanting to reveal anything that looks like a mistake. Naturally we don’t want our sins to be discovered (John 3:19-20).

Stamp out that pride. “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper,” says Proverbs 28:13. That issue may well need the light of exposure if it is to have a chance of being overcome. Simply being “thought well of” isn’t worth not taking action.

Members should be afraid to ask for help!  The ministry in the PCG holds peoples counseling sessions and the information shared against them whenever is expedient for PCG's purpose.

Men especially had better beware what they share.  If they have any aspirations for moving up and being used in the church; that depends on what they share.  If the man can't keep his household in line how will he rule a church?

PCG families have been torn asunder by Gerald Flurry's asinine laws and rules.  Children are leaving the cult in droves, marriages are crumbling, women are not being submissive, which all result in a lack of faith which is causing the huge drop in income.

It's not just a "few" members, it is a LOT!  If you do not rectify the situation NOW you will Not make it into the Kingdom and will be dead for all eternity.

“Now please! Please, dear brethren, heed this! Many of you are not living the kind of family life that is preparing you for God’s Kingdom. And if you don’t repent, and reorder your whole family life, you simply won’t make it into the Kingdom! I mean that! It is life and death for all eternity!”

If your family is having trouble, don’t put on a front with the ministers of Christ. God already knows the problem anyway (Psalm 69:5). God’s ministers aren’t going to judge, condemn, gloat or belittle. They are only there to help. They know that every one of us still has human nature we are trying to overcome. Their patience and understanding will surprise you.

So once again you the miserable weak brethren cannot get things right. You never will be able to measure up to the lofty standards that Gerald has set for you.  God's righteous perfect ministers have attained that glory in order to train you up from your wickedness.

The poor folk in LCG just never get a break.  They are constantly doing something wrong and getting called on the carpet.  The world is collapsing around them and they keep getting into trouble.

Doug Winnail wants LCG members to stop being so critical of the leadership, in Jim Meredeth's colossal mistakes, in refurbishing office space during the financial crisis, recent disfellowshipments and other major issues.  This is just Satan attacking the LCG and you need not worry about it.

The best part though is when he slaps non-ordained Bob Thiel right across the face with a great broadside:

"Little stay-at-home groups are simply unable to do a work of this magnitude or carry out this God-given mission."

Poor Bob, such an epic failure right out of the starting gate.  Poor little guy!

Loose Bricks or Big Picture? How do you view the Church of God and the Work of God? Many who come into contact with the Living Church of God are excited to learn the Truth of God for the first time. Others are grateful to reconnect with the Truth they once learned from the Scriptures. Yet, from time to time, some, who are actually part of the very Church that is doing this Work, begin to look for loose bricks. They begin to compile lists of what they think are problems in the Church—editorial mistakes, misspoken words in a sermon, supposed doctrinal errors or decisions they disagree with. However, we need to remember that David and Samuel, Peter and Paul all had their problems and their detractors, yet God used these imperfect human beings to carry on His Work. The human leaders of God’s Church today are no different, and detractors have not disappeared. We need to appreciate the fact that the Tomorrow’s World magazine and television program are reaching millions of people and hundreds of thousands are responding.  The Internet presence of the Church is growing, and lives are being changed. The Gospel of the Kingdom of God and the message of salvation through Jesus Christ are being preached, and the world is being warned about sobering events that lie just ahead. Little stay-at-home groups are simply unable to do a work of this magnitude or carry out this God-given mission. This is the big picture to keep in mind instead of being caught up looking for loose bricks!

False Prophet Thiel Says God Is Deliberately Burning Southern California Because They are Such Horrible Sinners

California Fire News

First it was LCG claiming that the "highways have been made desolate" in the United States because of the Boston bombings, snow in the Midwest, and flooding on the Mississippi River.  Now we have the non-ordained self-appointed false prophet Thiel claiming the current fires in Southern California are a sign that prophecy is being fulfilled.  God knows that Californians are the most vile of sinners in the entire world and need to be spanked grievously.

Although California historically has wildfires, the Bible mentions fire as something God sometimes uses to punish.  Here are some examples:

11 The Lord said:
“Surely it will be well with your remnant;
Surely I will cause the enemy to intercede with you
In the time of adversity and in the time of affliction.
12 Can anyone break iron,
The northern iron and the bronze?
13 Your wealth and your treasures
I will give as plunder without price,
Because of all your sins,
Throughout your territories.
14 And I will make you cross over with your enemies
Into a land which you do not know;
For a fire is kindled in My anger,
Which shall burn upon you.”   (Jeremiah 15:11-14)

12 O house of David! Thus says the Lord:
“Execute judgment in the morning;
And deliver him who is plundered
Out of the hand of the oppressor,
Lest My fury go forth like fire
And burn so that no one can quench it,
Because of the evil of your doings.
13 “Behold, I am against you, O inhabitant of the valley,
And rock of the plain,” says the Lord,
“Who say, ‘Who shall come down against us?
Or who shall enter our dwellings?’
14 But I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings,” says the Lord;
“I will kindle a fire in its forest,
And it shall devour all things around it.”‘  (Jeremiah 21:12-14)

11 The Lord has fulfilled His fury,
He has poured out His fierce anger.
He kindled a fire in Zion,
And it has devoured its foundations.  (Lamentations 4:11)

15 There the fire will devour you,
The sword will cut you off;
It will eat you up like a locust.  (Nahum 3:15)

The non-ordained self-appointed false prophet continues:

Although my prayers are with those affected by the fires, and where I live is also subject to wildfires, I also pray that those in California will repent as worse problems are ahead if the State continues to go in a moral direction away from the Bible.  Weather problems can be a warning.
Jesus taught:

7…And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. (Matthew 24:7-8).
8 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows. (Mark 13:8)
