Dave Pack: Like Jesus, I Teach Concepts Too Wonderful For Followers To Accept

Tall Tales

David C. Pack is well-known for his tall tales. That is a better way to encapsulate “The Greatest Unending Story!” Series since it began in 2015. It is an eight-year epic work of fiction comparable to the Iliad if Homer were arrogant, incompetent, highly repetitive, and predictable.

Are David C. Pack’s blasphemous fables comedy, tragedy, or just prophetic hentai?

One of his worst creative habits is to rewrite recorded history. Oh, if only the members of The Restored Church of God could just forget what he recently said. Life on the Campus would be so much easier.

Part 471 – September 30, 2023 (Day 1 of The Feast of Tabernacles)

@ 1:37:12 God may want us to delay 1-2-3 or more days.

@ 1:40:10 I won’t announce the day because I can’t. I don’t know.

@ 1:41:07 There is no question whatsoever that the Kingdom of God in power comes on the First Day of the Feast of Tabernacles. Period.

“The Greatest Unending Story (Part 477)” on October 28, 2023, had plenty of biblical gibberish to keep the brethren preoccupied.

Part 477 – October 28, 2023

@ 1:13:51 It’s kind of a hint to us that we’ve got that right. We’ve got it right.

@ 1:14:44 God maybe appears to answer the question but doesn't. But He doesn't say He doesn't.

@ 1:20:13 I understand it now in a way I never did.

@ 39:34 I told you I’d name the Three Shepherds. I already did…I don’t know two of them.

The Pastor General of The Restored Church of God exercises all the faults of his limp-wristed, spastic COG contemporaries while claiming the throne as the chief village idiot who maintains his statue as the self-appointed emperor prancing about in his new clothes.

The chip in his skull has been permanently set to Read Only, whereas all other humans are able to Write. David C. Pack will not learn from past mistakes. And why would he? There is no accountability for him in The Restored Church of God, and he loves to have it so.

He has surrounded himself with the most weak-minded, cowardly, opportunistic, and worthless hirelings money can buy. Bradford Schleifer, Ryan Denee, and Jaco Viljoen are only the tips of the iceberg. By the time you get to the passive rubbery mollusks like Robert Knightley and Richard Lee, you have reached the bottom of the RCG barrel.

Non-critical thinking enthusiasts like Edward Winkfield have one thing in common with sincere-but-sincerely-wrong enablers like Louis Grey: David C. Pack gets a perpetual Pass despite all the clear warnings the Bible contains about false prophets, false apostles, and false teachers.

The Kingdom of God did not arrive on Cheshvan 20, November 4, 2023. Surely, everything is still right on track across the street. That narrative is a tall tale.

Fiction crosses into a lie when the story is presented as fact instead of fantasy. Not only are the brethren tricked by David C. Pack's verbal sorcery, but the illusion is so convincing that he almost believes it himself.

@ 1:43:46 He rushes to call it out, and the man seems to know he gave his last message. This is very helpful. And you wait. He knows it, and everybody else knows it. And he knows the Mystery of God is ended. He knows he’s made it plain. He knows he’s prepared the way. He knows he’s finished his charge. He’s done. One of the problems is when were we ever gonna be done?

David C. Pack was not done with Part 477. At this very minute, he is preparing his notes for today’s story time.

@ 1:44:08 The answer is: when we would learn these final, exquisite details. Now, I’m just gonna tell you I’d hafta know. I’d hafta know I was done. I'm telling you, there is nothing left. The cupboard is bare. The cookie jar doesn’t even have any crumbs in it from which I could give a sermonette. I would if I had to.

He has to. Part 478 is as much a certainty as Part 500. Speaking otherwise is merely a composition of imagination bereft of believability.

What you are about to read is a desperate tall tale presented with biblical cosplay.

@ 45:12 Now, I want to tell you a story at this point, which is kind of interesting. It's a story about the Restored Church of God, and it parallels John the Baptist preparing for Christ.

David C. Pack spends six minutes fabricating associations where none exist. John the Baptist was prophesied to fulfill his role. He was genetically related to Jesus Christ. He had the Holy Spirit while in the womb. His mother’s pregnancy and his birth were surrounded by miracles. John audibly heard the voice of God, received direct instructions, and saw the Holy Spirit.

David C. Pack and The Restored Church of God have none of that, but he insists on indulging in his presumption fantasies, proving every word by talking until it is true.

@ 45:54 So Christ started out, we might say, with an enormous bang…Massive throngs.

@ 46:25 He would go into a village and heal the entire village. Now, John didn't do any miracles. Not one, not one.

@ 46:40 But Christ did endless miracles. All kinds of things. Yet there was this interesting moment in John 6…

Dave is about to make a direct parallel between Jesus Christ teaching His followers must eat His flesh and drink His blood…and The Greatest Untold Story! Series.

@ 47:21 “From that time, many of his disciples went back and walked with him no more.” No more with Him. They just walked away. Now, they saw all these miracles, and they walked away. I've watched people walk away from the church. They saw miracles. By the time Christ was crucified and at the end of 40 days of working with his disciples, 119 people are the sum total of those who were still with Him.

Jesus Christ and David C. Pack were teaching concepts too wonderful for followers to accept.

@ 47:59 Great numbers saw Him, but only 119 were still there. 120 minus Judas. So what happened to everybody? In some ways, that's the story of The Restored Church of God.

You have to laugh out loud. That is so incredibly NOT the story of The Restored Church of God.

@ 48:15 We were booming along for about 15 years. I mean, 20% growth. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. I have the numbers. Couple years we hit 30% and 25%, and then a couple times we were 15% or 17%. Whatever it may have been. But I mean 20%.

A complete disconnect from reality in 3…2…1…

@ 48:33 And then, Mr. Pack started talking about the plan of God. And we leveled off.

A week earlier, Dave reimagined what the Series was actually about. It took him eight years to discern that, but now he can rewrite history and alter the talking points as if that was the understanding from the beginning.

The first nine parts focused on the Third Temple in Jerusalem being built. Later, we were taught the temple would come down from heaven and rest on the Campus in Wadsworth. This was the nefarious reason behind science fiction movies having aliens invading. It was Satan’s way of mentally conditioning the masses to reject God’s arrival and see Him as an enemy.

Part 8 is when Elijah became That Prophet. The “rigid doctrine” doctrine was from Part 17. The New Heavens and New Earth were Part 20. The Man of Sin took center stage in Part 31. Revelation Sorcerers were the subject of Part 36. Part 50 addressed the political elections and the role of the Campus as a “city set on a hill.”

For further context of how long concepts have dragged along, on January 15, 2020, Part 229 was subtitled “Our Final Sabbath.” You get the idea.

@ 48:38 And people were learning things they never knew.

They never knew it because it was not true. A majority of what was taught during the Series has been rejected by David C. Pack himself. What people were learning was nonsense-stuffed malarkey.

A critical takeaway from this concept is that growth in RCG was once a fruit of God's blessing. The open letter to all the WCG Splinters titled “RCG Fruits—Obvious Fingerprints of God!” in January 2012 trumpeted that.

You can download a PDF HERE.

Last year I wrote, “Almost none of the organizations (large or small) that formed from the Worldwide Church of God in the wake of the apostasy are growing. In fact, many, or even most, are declining in size, as well as in virtually all standard categories of measurement. Literally thousands are wondering where to go—what to do. While some don’t care, others do care about the fruits and doctrines of an organization—and would seek to prove them. These brethren would be examining the opinions, looking for GOD’S FINGERPRINTS in an organization. They realize that these tell-tale signs would be visibly obvious to those looking for them!”

Dave must have gotten wiser in his old age because, as of Part 477, he no longer believes what he distributed publicly in 2012.

I also wrote last year, “Growth is the greatest indicator of fruit. Each separate category demonstrating growth forms another fruit one can measure. In this regard, The Restored Church of God is without peer in every category of measurement! This is in addition to being the only Church that teaches without compromise the exact same doctrinal truths taught by Herbert W. Armstrong in the WCG until his death in 1986.” It is still true that we teach EVERYTHING Mr. Armstrong taught—no exceptions! Therefore, it is still true that we are being blessed as a result.

Dooh!

Wow, that content did not age well. Not only is RCG in decline, but David C. Pack has walked away from dozens of WCG teachings he promised to uphold when he founded his splinter in 1999.

But, on the bright side, he wins no matter what happens to the RCG spreadsheets. Nestor Toro and Brian Jackson now have more manipulation tools in their gaslighting bag of tricks to ward off the fiery darts of uncomfortable questions from their congregation.

If RCG grows, it is a fruit of God’s blessings.

If RCG shrinks, it parallels Christ's ministry, which fits the Bible pattern.

There is no longer a downside to people leaving or income crashing. Is that some great position or what?

Now, it is impossible for brethren to ever again discern if something happening in RCG is God's blessing or curse. How that is perceived will be determined by which angle of the tall tale Dave decides to spin it. No matter where the dice lands on the board, the turn will forever be in his favor.

@ 48:41 But this one that God calls a refiner's fire and fuller soap and a poker started poking people.

David C. Pack started poking people with failed dates for the return of Jesus Christ. He started diminishing the presence of Jesus Christ in the Old Testament and replaced Him with himself.

@ 48:49 They're learning exciting things. “Wow, look at that.” But we leveled off…but as the worse the world got, the more our young people said, “I want the devil's world.”

Dave has a very warped sense of reality and is proving his self-delusion with this entire concept.

The young people in The Restored Church of God consistently prove to be wiser than their parents. They bail out because they refuse to ignore the obvious lies from the ministry, and their calendars mark just as well as anyone else.

Jesus Christ did not bring the Kingdom of God this morning. The young people are not eager for the devil's world. They just have no tolerance for hypocrisy and biblical fraud from a false prophet. But Dave cannot see it that way. The bad news is always someone else’s fault.

@ 49:01 So, we went flat, and we've been flat pretty much ever since. I'm thankful we're not down to 119 people. But if we were, would you be one of them? I didn't do any miracles, and I'm far from being [chuckles] like Christ.

As noted in RCG’s Flat-World Theory, flat is just code for a decline in denial.

He chuckled right there because his lying lips say he is far from being like Christ, yet his heart has continually made efforts to remove the titles of Jesus Christ and give them to himself. He inches his way closer and closer to being like Christ and not in the “building character” department.

David C. Pack is That Prophet, The Branch, The Messenger of the Covenant, the Shepherd and Stone of Israel, the Star of Jacob, one like the Son of Man, and one last Lawgiver. And those are not all of them.

@ 49:52 So, that's quite a story about us. It's almost like when it really got exciting, but people had to meet standards.

Pause.

There have been standards in the church since the 1940s. Standards have nothing to do with why people leave. The ridiculous, unbiblical rules in the Ministerial Manual did not shift starting in 2015.

When things really got exciting, nothing happened on Elul 24 in 2013. The “Night Watch” on Ester's Fast in 2019 had nothing to do with standards. Neither was the “Jesus Christ Returns on Christmas” that annually appears. Passover, Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement, Feast of Tabernacles, and the Last Great Day all had their time in the sun as impossible to be anything else.

RCG brethren are ever-preparing for more exciting events in Tammuz, Elul, Tishrei, Cheshvan, Kislev, Tevet, Abib, Av, Shevat, Iyar, and Sivan.

David C. Pack cannot see his own faults and change because of them. He sets a date, but it fails; he makes excuses and finds another one. That is the RCG story. But people leave because they do not like the standards? Puh-lease. Is anyone buying that tall tale?

@ 50:17 People kept quitting. Quitting now? Are you insane? The answer is Yes. Yes, they are.

It does not appear so insane here on Cheshvan 20, though.

@ 50:50 So, once we got into the refining for this tiny group that was gonna go first and lead a hundred billion people. Had to get hot…But we had a period where it was it's been hot. It's hot in the world now, but I mean, it's been fairly hot for us.

It is unclear what Dave is referring to about things being “fairly hot” in RCG. Undoubtedly, the ineffective little website nobody knows about called exrcg.org has absolutely zero impact on their numbers or reputation. At least Brad Schleifer is sleeping easier now that he no longer reads this blog.

My educated guess about what is “hot” for Dave would be around financial circumstances. With interest rates so high now, refinancing endlessly as in years past is no longer an option. Carl Houk must get even more creative with juggling the growing money issues as attendance declines. Oh, excuse me, is flat.

@ 51:17 I don't think we have any more time. I think you know enough about prophecy to know we don't.

When Part 478 starts moments from now at Headquarters, David C. Pack will be pleased to announce we all have more time because he now knows even more about prophecy. He thought he understood, but now he does. Not to worry, everything is fine.

@ 51:33 We've seen refining at in the most extraordinary things. I mean, you know, you tell people that they've gotta sell all, some do. Others say, “No, can't, can't do that.”

And there it is. The money angle. You cannot have an end of days without one last cash grab that would prove to be irrelevant if anything Dave ever said came true. It never hurts to ask for the money even if you never have time to spend it. After all, giving Common benefits the brethren for the sake of their salvation, not Dave. It does not go to him. Remember, it goes to the church.

@ 51:49 Now, I wanna give more proofs of Cheshvan 1.

Now, THAT is the true story of The Restored Church of God, and it parallels Bible warnings about false prophets, false teachers, wolves, hirelings, and angels of light, which is a veritable roster of players at Headquarters.

The story of The Restored Church of God is a cautionary tall tale of biblical fraud, manipulation, mind control, fear-mongering, hypocrisy, blasphemy, lies, and deceit. The tall tale is that David C. Pack is led by God to end the Mystery of God and prepare a people for the coming of the Lord.

Truth is stranger than fiction. David C. Pack teaches fiction, and that is the truth.

The King of Deception Warns His Followers To Not Be Deceived

One thing you can say for sure about the Great Bwana Bob Mzungu Thiel is that he is great at exposing his own hypocrisy and gaslighting members. Apparently, his followers are stupid enough to be deceived and swallow lies, as he claims.

Never have we had a church leader lie as much about his dreams and other fantasies that he uses to claim legitimacy as a splinter group leader. Well, except for Dave Pack, who is the right-hand man of the father of lies.

Th Great Bwama Bob Mzungu says:

Jesus taught that Satan was a liar and the father of lies:

44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it (John 8:44)

Of course, Satan takes advantage of deception and encourages humans to deceive themselves. Recall what happened to Eve:

14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression. (1 Timothy 2:14)

6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. (Genesis 3:6)

Satan was involved, but the woman allowed herself to be deceived. This type of deception happens every day.

But what about Christians? Can Christians fall victim to self-deception?

Jesus warned that most Christians in the end times would be deceived:

14 “And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,

‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: 15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’ — and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked — 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. (Revelation 3:14-19)

Although most Laodiceans do not believe that they are deceiving themselves, Jesus said that they are. Jesus said that Laodicean Christians need to repent–they need to change. They should not let pride get in their way.

He even preached a flappy-arm sermon on the subject:

‘The Atlantic’ ran an article titled “Quit Lying to Yourself.’ It explained that this was not good and does not lead to happiness. The BBC ran an article about dangers of self-deception. The Bible warns about lies, self-deception, and pride. Does the New Testament warn that Christians can be deceived? What did Jesus say was the truth? What did Jesus tell end-time Laodicean Christians to do? Dr. Thiel addresses these issues and more in this video.

Crackpot COG False Prophet And Critic Of AI Using It To Translate His False Gospel Into 900 Languages

God's greatest prophet to ever walk the green hills of this earth is back bragging about how many languages his so-called "gospel" book is translated in.

The Great Bwana to Africa and 100 Caucasians has been getting his prophetic knickers in a knot for the last couple of years over Artificial Intelligence. The Great Bwana Mzungu Bob sees AI as a tool of Satan to imitate him and make him say things he has never said, thus bringing down the wrath of governments around the world to stop him from pricing his loonie gospel. It is very hypocritical of the Great Bwana Mzungu Thiel to say this considering he has been making full use of AI for several years to translate his so-called gospel booklets. The Great Bwana believes that the more languages he has the AI translate them into is more proof that he is going to ALL the world. 99.9999% of the world will never read his books or even hear about who he is. No one cares, especially Church of God members.

The Great Bwana is no more fulfilling Revelation 7:9 than Dave Pack is. Both are deceiving the brethren with legalism and lies. Also, if you haven't noticed already, every single one of the Great Bwana's articles is all about himself. Never Jesus, Never grace. Never justification, Never sanctification. It's just an endless stream of deceitful and useless drivel about himself and his fake gospel message.

As Americans and Europeans ignore him the Great Bwana he has had to turn his focus on Africa and its many dialects, of course by using AI. Anyone who has used it to translate knows for a fact it is not accurate a lot of the time. Given the fact that Bwana Bob is not articulate in any of those 900 languages, he has no way of knowing what his booklets are actually saying.

Gospel of the Kingdom in 900 Languages!
This week, we received another 33 translations of our English booklet, The Gospel of the Kingdom of God, as we continue to work towards the fulfillment of Matthew 24:14 and help set the stage for the fulfillment of Revelation 7:9. We have now received at least 900 different languages and dialects with varying levels of translation quality. Throughout the church era (which began at Pentecost in Acts 2), no other Church of God has ever had detailed information on good news of the coming Kingdom of God available in so many languages/dialects.

Making available more and more different language materials is p
art of our preparing for the “short work” that the Apostle Paul wrote of Romans 9:28 as that is also part of the final phase of the work.
Having materials in multiple languages also assists calling of Gentiles (and others) which MUST happen before Jesus returns as the Apostle Paul also wrote about.

Continue to pray, as Jesus said, for God’s kingdom to come (Matthew 6:10) and do your part to properly support the Philadelphian work Jesus spoke of in Revelation 3:7-13.

One thing we can be completely assured of, this is NOT some final work of the church. That is an impossibility.

Anglo-Israelism: A Prophetic Advantage?

A Prophetic Advantage?

Lonnie Hendrix

Although the notion that Great Britian and the United States are descendants of Ephraim and Manasseh has been thoroughly discredited by biblical and historical scholars, CGI’s Bill Watson continues to insist that the teaching gives those who accept it a prophetic leg up on everyone else. In The Prophetic Advantage - The Israel Paradigm (Part 8), Watson reiterated his belief that viewing biblical prophecies through the lens of this understanding gives him (and everyone who shares his belief) a correct perspective on the meaning of prophecy. Of course, the many prophetic failures of Herbert Armstrong and his “evangelists” over the last eighty-plus years is completely ignored and NEVER mentioned in his remarks.

For Bill, however, this “understanding” gives legitimacy to his ministry. Anglo-Israelism justifies his messaging. It supports his emphasis on headline theology, and his forays into partisan politics. For Mr. Watson, his conviction that the English-speaking peoples are the descendants of the ancient Israelites is what motivates his embrace of “America First” and “Make America Great Again” policies and politics. It also accounts for his strong anti-immigrant and anti-socialist messaging. For Bill, the political left is destroying America/Manasseh and bringing about the punishments which were prophesied so long ago for the children of Israel. Finally, this also fits nicely with the Armstrongist preoccupation with Torah (which encompasses the tenets of God’s covenant with the Israelites).

In short, for Bill (and all of the ACOG folks who share his view) Israel is the focus of Scripture and is the theme that unites everything. For most Christians, however, Jesus of Nazareth is the focus of Scripture – the theme that unites everything! Bill and his allies see Israel as the object of prophecy. Even so, most Christians see Jesus as the fulfillment of prophecy. Indeed, the vast majority of Christians view the Hebrew Scriptures (Torah and the prophets in particular) as shadows of the reality found in Christ. Unfortunately, this view of the Bible is completely foreign/alien to Bill and his followers. Nevertheless, this Israel-centric approach to Scripture distorts Bill’s theological and prophetic understanding and perfectly explains why this is the eighth part of a series of sermons dealing with the same subject.

Anglo-Israelism also distorts Bill’s view of history. It perverts the way that he sees the accomplishments of Wycliffe and Tyndale, and the importance of events like the Spanish Armada, the founding of Jamestown, the landing at Plymouth, the American Revolution, and Waterloo. For Bill and his allies, Almighty God was actively orchestrating the events of the history of the English-speaking peoples of the earth. For him, EVERYTHING in that history was a consequence of God fulfilling his promises to the patriarchs. In other words, Bill’s view of history justifies a whole lot of immoral behavior on the part of a whole lot of people. He reasons that God was behind it all, and that makes it right! Thus, things like colonialism, exploitation, greed, genocide, slavery, capitalism, and theft take on a Holy glow for Bill and his followers.

Why is he so wrong? Because the English-speaking peoples of the earth are NOT Israelites. Because the Gentile peoples of those nations are NOT part of God’s covenant with Israel, and they are NOT responsible for observing the tenets of Torah. Those nations do NOT represent the fulfillment of God’s promises to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and David. Their sins are not excused or justified by God’s purposes. The prophecies which were directed at Judah and Israel and their leaders do NOT apply to the British and American people and their leaders. Likewise, other nations which were associated with ancient Israel are NOT represented in modern times by current European nations. In other words, the notion that God is going to use German, Russian, or Chinese armies to punish Britain and the United States is absurd! In short, Bill and his allies are promulgating a false message. They are predicting things that will NEVER happen, and they are diverting attention away from the One who should be the focus of their messaging, Jesus Christ.

2015 Article Calling Bob Thiel "...a seriously delusional character" Is Still Applicable in 2023

There was a great blog that ran for several years called Church of God Perspective that was run by John D. Early on, John saw though the lies and deception of Bob Thiel and called him out on it, just as we have. John never minced words about Bob which pushed Bob's delicate buttons even more than we do.

We have to laugh at how the Great Bwana Bob Mzungu wrote letters to complain to Gavin Rumney and John D about how they criticized him but he has never had the man cajones to write to us and complain.  Not that are terribly disappointed.  He complains on his blog because he knows that no one can respond to him. Cowardly.

COGWriter Bob Thiel is a seriously delusional character.

COGWriter Bob Thiel emailed me the following. I am following it up with my response for reasons contained within that response:

Dear John:
I just ran across a post you made about me calling me a liar and claiming that I do not correct errors.
For the two decades I have posted on the internet, I have always corrected factual errors when brought to my attention.
If you feel that there is something I have not corrected, please give me proper details, as opposed to your opinions. You could have contacted me directly about this. You are bearing false witness by referring to me as a liar, etc.
The fact that you disagree with some of my opinions does not justify what you did. Please remove that post.
And, yes, I have a Ph.D. and Th.D. among other degrees. The Th.D. is in Christian Apologetics, with a speciality of Early Church History.
Regards,
Bob Thiel

No, I will not remove that post. It is ironic that you claim you do not know the specifics of where you are wrong when one of the complaints in that post are that you don’t even bother to carefully read things to ensure an accurate understanding. I specifically point out one area where you are wrong, but your narcissism will not allow you to see it.

No, I will not contact you privately because you will quote me out of context and/or twist its meaning, so this way everyone will openly see the entire exchange in public.  Your entire blog is just like James Malm’s, twisting what others have said to fit your agenda. The only difference is that sometimes you are more subtle about it.

You yourself stated that your PhD was not in Theology. If that has changed, then so be it.  However, I know it will go above your head the fact that this makes you an even smaller man that even I could have imagined. Please, tell us, Dr Thiel, why do false teachers have such a love for strings of titles? After all, there are worldly religious figures I respect more than you, who themselves are doctors, but they do not obscure it with a long list of irrelevant and superfluous other degrees, studies and titles.

I will make sure that there is a link to this article from that article just to clear up the matter, however. After all, unlike you, I am a man of some character and do not go out of my way to twist words to make it appear that someone said something other than what they truly said.

If you really want that article taken down, then I suggest your repent of your narcissistic slander and admit:

    1. You are not a real prophet of God. In fact, you aren’t even a prophet, but merely a purveyor of what others have churned out as “prophecies”.
    2. That there is such a thing as dual prophecy, and HWA taught it. Therefore, an event can be fulfilled in the past and again in the future.
    3. That just because someone says ten nations will come together in the future, that does not necessarily mean that it is ten nations as now exists. In fact, the COG has long taught that the ten toes could be ten nations or ten groups of nations, such as how in WWII Germany swallowed up Austria and other regions yet was considered one nation.
    4. That you have intentionally twisted words from LCG’s and COGWA’s to make it appear that #2 and #3 are false.
    5. That you have intentionally manipulated the words of a minister who anointed you because you were seeking a specific confirmation for what your heart lusted after.

Because, until you can do this, I will not even consider taking down that post. People must be warned about the false teacher that you are.

Make no mistake about it, God will judge between me and thee.

Here are some more articles that John D wrote about the greatest Church of God leader to ever exist in human history:

Dave Pack Still Predicting Three COG Shepherds Will Die Very Soon, Even Though The Kingdom Of God Arrives November 4, 2023

Ruler Of My People

Pastor General David C. Pack of The Restored Church of God fancies himself as the prophesied ruler over God’s people in the End Times, so it is little surprise that he now uses a literal wooden ruler to measure the arrival of the Kingdom of God.

With the conclusion of “The Greatest Unending Story! (Part 477)” on October 28, 2023, the Series is now over…again. This also happens to mean all the drills are over, too. So, that is enough practice, brethren. This will be the last date you will EVER need to scribble in your notebook to cross out later.

The Kingdom of God Arrives

Cheshvan 20 – November 4, 2023

Sunset…dawn…Jerusalem time?

This is a certainty because the all-wise, all-knowing ruler has spoken. No, not Dave. The new red line beside the old one makes it all true. If you get lost on which line is the right one, do not even worry about it.

Part 477 – October 28, 2023

@ 00:17 Helps to sit down. I love to stand up when I speak. I can be more animated and natural, but I’ve got so much paper, um [throat clear].

David C. Pack lies so much now that we could wonder if he is no longer allowed to speak the truth anymore. Not only does he not "love to stand up" when he preaches, but you can count three sheets of paper on the table. Three sheets of paper for the entire 114 minutes. Yeah, gotta sit down.

I call shenanigans. Dave just wants to press ham. End of story. But why did he feel the need to lie about it? It is not what he does any longer. It is who he is.

@ 10:25 This is Part 477 of what has never really been “The Prophetic Series.” I’ve called it “The Prophecy Series.” It should have always been called “The Plan of God Series or Maybe The Whole Plan of God Series.” From the arrival of the First Kingdom till the devil’s death. That probably woulda been the best name for it. Of course, "The Greatest, you know, um Untold Story uh Series" is not bad either. But it's not as good as "The Whole Plan of God Series."

It only took Dave 480+ messages spanning eight years to finally figure out what he was actually doing. The implication for this new truth is that when brethren leave, they are not complaining about prophecy. They are complaining about the "other doctrinal stuff."

I did not leave The Restored Church of God in March 2021 over prophecy. I left because Dave kept mucking with Jesus Christ and the Father. After Ed "Stepford Prime" Winkfield started parroting Dave and regurgitating his idol's ideas, I knew it was time to leave.

You see, if the Series is not about prophecy, then Dave cannot be a false prophet. Ahhhh….

@ 23:06 All right, now let’s return for a moment to the subject of One Month. I didn’t address the extra seven days in the last message because I was still examining it. For now, it turns out, it was nothing. So, set it aside. [chuckles] You’ll see where we’re going.

The Kingdom of God not arriving on schedule can be brushed off with a chuckle. Turns out, it was nothing.

This admission gives exrcg.org further validation because it has been noted several times that when Dave gives “hints” but does not explain, he is stalling. He will tell the brethren he knows something, but then you find out he did not, or he never mentions it again. He is not intentionally building dramatic suspense that will eventually benefit the brethren. He just does not know but wants so badly for people to think he does.

Dave tricks RCG members into thinking he knows something special because it makes him special in their eyes. He gets the glory without doing the work. Or being right.

One of his biggest teases as of late was the identity of the Three Shepherds of Zechariah 11:8. He has been bashing his own fingers with that prophetic hammer since 2012. If you were at Headquarters back then, you could put the pieces together to narrow down his top contenders even when he publicly denied it.

Gerald Flurry, Roderick Meredith, and Dennis Luker.

Two are dead, and the third needs to stay clear of wet bathtubs.

The current Three Shepherds topic is very telling of how The Restored Church of God operates as a religious organization. It does not just clue you into how David C. Pack thinks; it lets people know what Headquarters thinks. Those people support and enable a blaspheming liar and are at peace with it.

Part 475 – October 12, 2023

@ 13:19 There are Three Shepherds who die at the end of One Month. Tomorrow, I’m gonna tell you who I think the Bible actually says they are. And they die at the end of One Month. I don’t have time to get into that today. It's not my purpose.

Notice he said, “I don’t have time.” The implication was that he already knew about the One Month. But, sixteen days later, “…turns out, it was nothing.”

@ 1:27:47 So, my job is to be plain tomorrow.

David C. Pack did not do his job on October 13 as he kept repeating he would. Brethren were left to wonder about the Three Shepherds. Thankfully, a Prophecy Update spelled everything out.

Prophecy Update – October 13, 2023

Brethren, after considering the enormous weight and scope of the many subjects addressed yesterday, I and my team realized that there was just no real need to add more. Unlike previous messages, a group of about 12 ministers came up afterwards, stunned and amazed at the size of all that was covered. I ended with a pretty big hint about timing and cannot really improve on it, other than to carefully detail points we are mostly familiar with. If God wants this terrible war to continue, then there are things I could add later, after unfolding events in the middle east and world at large might further inform us. Anyone watching with our understanding knows that sooner or later this will tumble into a world war if God did not intervene. For now, add Ezekiel 28:19 (I neglected to include reading it) to the proof of yesterday’s last subject.

David C. Pack

No mention of the Three Shepherds who die in One Month.

Surely, Special Comments on the Sabbath of October 14 would finally shed the much-desired light on this eleven-year-old mystery. Nope.

This message was damage control because Dave knew in advance that the Kingdom of God would not arrive on October 16.

Special Comments – October 14, 2023

@ 01:33 But, apparently, God wanted the church to know tonight. In a certain sense (I wanna say this carefully), please relax. But we needed a smoking gun. It came.

@ 02:05 Tomorrow will pass quietly except for ever-worsening world hell and trouble.

@ 04:01 Soon after tomorrow, (I'll put it this way) it could feel day-to-day before events could scream we're hour-to-hour. We’re already, of course, seeing the day approaching.

There is plenty of opportunity for fear-mongering but no time for the Three Shepherds or the One Month.

After six days, was David C. Pack finally ready to address the identity of the men the Bible actually says they are?

Prophecy Update – October 18, 2023

Dear brethren,

Mr. Pack plans to wait until the Sabbath before speaking. The additional time will allow events to continue to mature, permitting more detailed analysis. Again, there is still time!

He has powerful additional elements to explain, similar to a week ago.

Warm regards,

Church Administration

Well, at least he will get to it on the Sabbath. It would be super nice to finally cross that off the Bucket List.

Part 476 – October 21, 2023

@ 55:25 Nobody ever understood any a this. This is some of the biggest knowledge there’s ever been to understand. And without it, I was never gonna be able to pin all these things down.

@ 1:22:55 Now, it’s not my purpose today to get into those Three Shepherds. We’re gonna address them (more than a little) in the middle of the week.

David C. Pack did not address them (at all) in the middle of the week because the middle of the week did not happen. The brethren had to wait another seven days to get the answers they were waiting for.

To summarize:

October 12 – The initial tease with a promise of “tomorrow.”

October 13 – Prophecy Update saying no updates are needed.

October 14 – Comments only Special to Dave facilitate damage control.

October 18 – Dave is not ready to speak because there is more time.

October 21 – Another tease with a promise of a mid-week “more than a little.”

October 28 – The worst payoff in the history of prophetic teasers.

Part 477 – October 28, 2023

@ 23:06 All right, now let’s return for a moment to the subject of One Month. I didn’t address the extra seven days in the last message because I was still examining it. For now, turns out, it was nothing. So, set it aside. [chuckles]

@ 26:52 So, there is no One Month clouding our ability to figure out (we're gonna talk about “the midst of the years” here in a minute). It's just not there.

@ 39:34 I told you I’d name the Three Shepherds. I already did. So, anyway, it's much more critical to know when they are killed than who they are. I don’t know two of them. I still had some questions. There may be people who die at the end of this affliction. We'll see how that is.

STOP!

Insert the classic record scratch sound effect here. Whoa, whoa, whoa. He did NOT name ANY of the Three Shepherds. Not one. I have been waiting to hear that right alongside the brethren.

At this point in the message, I stopped and went all the way back to the very beginning and listened to Part 477 a second time. (Some have wondered how I stomach listening to Dave. I often have him at 2.5x speed and increase his pitch to sound like a chipmunk. That way, he is not nearly so grating.)

Either Dave “accidentally” skipped that part in his massive paper pile consisting of 3-pages of notes, or he secretly mentioned the One-Of-Three Shepherds but chose to not clue in anyone he did it. Perhaps he whispered it in dog whistle frequency. This was a raw recording, so it was not cut out after the fact.

Up to this point in Part 477, he mentioned a few names. If David C. Pack spoke the truth (that is a huge IF these days), then One-Of-Three Shepherds must be:

Nikki Haley, Benjamin Netanyahu, Vladimir Putin, or maybe “evangelical ministers.”

Those are the only options, and none of them fit. The Prime Minister of Israel may have referenced Isaiah in the news article, but he is not a shepherd. So, the members of The Restored Church of God will be left to their own devices to figure out who Dave was talking about.

And maybe they should remember the next time he goads them into thinking he knows something, they should expect he is buying time because he does not.

@ 39:34 I told you I’d name the Three Shepherds. I already did…I don’t know two of them.

Three Shepherds is not a title. It is a number. You cannot already name all three if you do not know two of them. Is anyone in The Restored Church of God paying attention to the words that come out of this guy’s mouth?

David C. Pack tells people everything they need to hear to know if he is of God or not.

The Kingdom of God is all set to arrive on November 3-ish. You will need to calculate sunset, dawn, and Jerusalem time. This is not a drill. The timer is already rolling on the exrcg.org homepage. Wolf down as much Halloween candy as you can before then.

@ 39:20 Again, I’m gonna give you a lot more proofs that the Kingdom of God arrives in Cheshvan and years are measured off of Cheshvan.

@ 52:08 But, another six points that will help you understand Cheshvan 1 next year (or in any year that God would've done it) is the Day of the Lord. I just want you to be absolutely clear for other reasons, and it will help us begin to look at when this acceptable year starts.

I had to chuckle when Dave developed a new catchphrase to further pad his excuse packaging.

@ 1:13:59 Now, are we exactly right per “the midst of the years?” Now, are we exactly right?

It seems that Bible prophecy is now just like math, spelling, and measurements. Who’d have thunk “right” had an inherent range baked into it? You can be not exactly right, but in the neighborhood of right, which still makes you right. Just not exactly right.

This way, David C. Pack is always right even when he is not exactly right.

@ 1:14:11 Now, are we waiting for tomorrow morning?

Because he pushed off Part 477 until the Sabbath, he answered the question before he asked it.

@ 1:19:05 We know the Day of the Lord is Cheshvan 1, and it starts in this thing called "in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years." Okay, so let's talk about it. This becomes our question: Can we know?

@ 1:20:48 …that would put you at Monday, dawn. Sunday night. Tomorrow night. Now, that’s for starters. I wanna just say that. That’s what it would that’s what it would do. We gotta see if there’s any qualifiers. This is not a regular year, so God’s gonna qualify midst of the years. Then we gotta figure out how He does it.

@ 1:37:18 So, this year it wouldn’t be the 15th [Cheshvan], it would be the 20th. You can’t go to the 27th to the last Sabbath of the month, or you overshot the midst of the years.

Calculating the precise moment will rattle your brain. By the time you enjoy your coffee Saturday morning, David C. Pack will have failed again.

@ 1:54:11 So, that’s one more verse that says we’ve absolutely got this right. And we’ve got about (what would it be?) It would be next Friday night. We’ve got about six days to go and a few hours. So, enjoy your dinner.

The biblical drills in The Restored Church of God are over. David C. Pack set aside his Magic 8 Ball to conjure the spirits who guide his prophetic ruler to point in the direction of "the midst of the years."

Instead of "Cheshvan 20" it really said, “Ask again later.” The ruler of RCG has spoken.
