Living Church of God Places Dissident Ministers Into Positions of Authority Over Members

Living Church of God has been facing a lot of criticism lately among its rank and file members about how LCG worked behind the scenes with Peter Nathan, Steve Elliot and others after they deliberately went against "God's Government" to start their own splinter group of a splinter.  Then to compound the problem, they immediately began conspiring to jump ship from their newly formed group into Living Church of God.

Because Nathan conned the churches he was over in Kenya and elsewhere to jump ship with him, these people are now being added to LCG's membership and tithing rolls. That's what it all is really about.

With no time allowed to vet these men as to where they truly stand, they were given positions of leadership in the LCG without blinking an eye.

Peter Nathan is now going to be teaching at Living Church of God's "University."  Would you as a parent want your child to be taught by a man who has proven to have no loyalty to any of the groups he was with in the past?  His theology has been totally different than LCG's in some areas.  If the Church is all about "proper government" then these men have failed miserably!  Why does it take someone from OUTSIDE the organization to see that?

Steve Elliot has now been placed over the Southern California LCG churches.  It is no wonder many in Southern CA are NOT happy about this situation.  LCG HQ doesn't obviously doesn't care.

Rodger Bardo – becomes Regional Pastor for Arizona, New Mexico and Texas

David Renz, A Former Church of God Member Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison for Murder and Pedophilia.

I reported on this case in April of last year.  Renz, who was born with a severe facial deformity, had grown up in the church. 

Renz was born missing the lower half of his left jaw and part of his cheekbone.

From infancy, fixing Renz’s face was the center of his life and his family’s. A family friend who attended the Worldwide Church of God said he remembers Renz’s parents coming to church when Renz was just a baby.

At 8, he was a computer whiz, Kyser said, and had four computers of his own. But he lived in a cluttered trailer in Cicero that looked like something out of the TV show “Hoarders,” she said. And his parents’ religion kept Renz from celebrating Christmas and birthdays, she said.

Their church, Worldwide Church of God, is a fundamentalist Christian group that doesn't celebrate Christmas and celebrates the Sabbath on Saturday instead of Sunday.

He apparently had a miserable life growing up:

In the legal brief, Renz's attorney writes that his "life has been plagued by physical pain and deformities that are unimaginable to the average person." Renz was born without most of his lower jaw. "As a new-born he had serious breathing and feeding problems that necessitated the insertion of tracheotomy and feeding tubes. The severities of his feeding problems were readily apparent as David was below the fifth percentile for height and weight in his first year of life," the paperwork indicates.

"David suffered from pain from his jaw for many years. In order to widen his jaw, he was required to do painful physical therapy exercises for his jaw 2-3 times per week. David's mother performed the physical therapy until he was old enough to do it himself. She describes the pain David suffered as "excruciating." There were other physical issues that manifested themselves throughout the years as a result of David's condition. He had significant bilateral hearing loss since the age of two that still requires him to wear hearing aids," according to the court filing.

Renz's mother says his facial deformity caused people to stare at him all the time. When her son was 6 or 7 years old, Kathy Renz recalls having a meal at a Wendy's restaurant: "Dave had problems chewing food and would "suck it in," making noises. A man and his two children approached the table where Kathy and David were sitting and told Kathy "don't bring that kid out in public if he can't eat like a human being." Kathy tried to explain that David was disabled. However, the man continued to loudly rant on about how David should not be brought out in public places," the court papers say.

Renz's legal team says he endured bullying and social isolation throughout his life and was often the target of bullies and was shunned by many other students. "He was always the last one to be picked for anything at school, whether that be for gym teams or for a partner for a school assignment," the court papers reveal. CNYCentral

His crime:

An Upstate New York man who admitted to raping a 10-year-old girl before murdering her mother has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing more than 11,000 images of child pornography, as well as roughly 1,100 videos in a case unrelated to the murders.

Federal sentencing guidelines recommend that 30-year-old David Renz be sentenced to 19 to 24 years in prison for the child pornography convictions. However, U.S. District Judge Norman Mordue went beyond the recommendation by imposing the 30-year sentence for crimes prosecutors described as 'pure evil.'

The murder of Lori Breshnahan - and the rape of her young daughter - occurred while Renz was awaiting trial for the child pornography charges, and was confined to his home and required to wear a monitoring device.

On March 14, 2013 - just six weeks after he'd been arrested for possessing child pornography - Renz removed his required electronic monitoring device and drove to the Great Northern Mann in Clay, New York, a suburb of Syracuse.

Once at the mall, Renz parked his car and walked around the parking lot, where he found Breshnahan - a school librarian - and her daughter getting into their vehicle.

Renz then forced his way into Breshahan's car using an air pistol he claimed was a real gun and forced her to drive to a remote area of the mall's parking lot where he bound both of his victims and - using a knife to cut a hole in her clothes - raped the young girl. 

Prosecutors say Renz was trying to use cable ties to bind the woman to a headrest in her car when she fought back and shouted for the girl to bolt from the vehicle.

As the girl ran off and was rescued by a passing motorist, her mother was strangled and repeatedly stabbed in the head and chest, officials said. Renz was captured by police shortly after.

The Church of God – The Most High (A Sovereign Asylum State)

There have been various ads running in The Journal for quit some time now from a guy named Vincent Michael Ogorek.  He claims to be the Ambassador/Living Principal and Authorized Representative of the Church of God Most High...or something like that.

This time the advertisement is about military service and authority.  He writes:

This Church conscientiously objects to coming under any and all military authority in any form.

 He claims to offer:

Scripturally based weekly sermon tapes, written Bible-instructive materials, counseling,and life coaching.

This all coming from a man who fell out of the second story window of his home as police were questioning his wife.  Would You Send A Tithe Check To A Guy That Wants The "Pay To" Area Left Blank?
Can you imagine going to this guy for a life coaching experience!

You Are Prohibited From Singing America the Beautiful!! Why? Because a Lesbian Wrote It...

Below is a list of music that Jan Aaron Young finds despicable and an abomination God's eyes.  From Handel's Messiah to America the Beautiful and Amazing Grace, its all one pagan swap of filthy satanic music, lesbian songs and Nimrod worship.  I can just picture COG's dancing naked around a campfire as they sing these songs and worship Nimrod.  What fun!

Why is it that Armstrongism has to suck the joy out of life by finding everything pagan and satanic?   Hell would be sentenced to eternity with nothing to listen to except Dwight Armstrong hymns.

The Hallelujah Chorus of Handel’s  Messiah is sometimes sung for special music. But his Messiah really amounts to Nimrod. Handel composed Messiah for Easter, and later it was sung for Christmas, too, of the same spirit. Since Handel “composed sacred music for the Roman clergy” his songs should be avoided. He claimed when composing the Hallelujah Chorus that he saw God and the angels in Heaven. Really? Like the apostles Paul and John? Or is it more likely he was deceived about that along with other spiritual matters?  

The Battle Hymn of the Republic and Onward Christian Soldiers were Civil War songs to inspire fighting, brother against brother. Composed by unconverted people who do not know the true God, so when they invoked God in their songs, it was really a false god. False Christians invoke their false Christ or Nimrod unknowingly, a long-haired hippy.

The tune of Glorious Things of Thee Are Spoken is the same as a German national anthem Deutschland über Alles (Germany above All Others), sung by members of the evil Skull and Bones Club as the Bushes and Kerry.

 

John Newton wrote Amazing Grace and How Sweet the Name of Jesus Sounds . Though a transformed infidel, he was not really converted and believed in the Trinity (of Nimrod, wife and son). HWA allowed singing  Come Thou Almighty King but had the 4th verse deleted for stating about the Trinity. Can we take pagan songs and cut out the bad parts to sing for God to be pleased? Can we bring a clean thing out of an unclean thing (Job 14:4)?

 

Are we like a baby who puts anything into its mouth, singing any song which sounds good? What about one by a lesbian? Katherine Bates, a lesbian, composed America the Beautiful. Sung in Canada, Mexico and Australia with America changed to the nation’s name. Similar to My Country ’Tis of Thee, national anthem of Germany, Sweden and Russia before the US so could hardly be showing God blessing the US alone.

 

A Catholic against Protestants wrote “If an anti-Catholic who holds to the ‘another Jesus’ theory wants to be consistent, he should stop singing All Creatures of Our God and King from now on, because it praises the ‘Catholic Jesus’!” This Catholic song is in Tkach’s Hymnal.   

 

COGs proclaim other religions as Catholics and Protestants (part of Mystery Babylon) do not know the true God, and they preach a false Jesus. So when they sing about Christ and God they are actually referring to false gods. Yet

many of these same COGs will sing some Protestant songs as if they are good for worship of the true God! The same cognitive dissonance as on Thanksgiving Day.

The song Candy Man sounds great for kids about the one who creates a sunrise, but really refers to one who sells drugs to get high on. And thus Satan. While certainly not a worship song, you can see Satan’s ploy in it, so he appears like God.

False worship songs please men and not God (Gal 1:10). We are warned to avoid another or false gospel (1:6-7). Including false gospel music even if it sounds like it is from an angel (1:8). Listening to false gospels, either spoken or sung, can lead to our accepting another or false spirit (2 Cor 11:4).

Singing songs of praise to God may be just noise to Him or polluted sacrifices (Amos 5:23-26). God may not appreciate good   songs if we are deep in sin (8:3-6,10).

He does not accept any kind of sacrifice (Mal 1:8). Some special music performers admit they are tempted to choose songs for applause (when  allowed) instead of more meaningful ones. By trying to please men, God may not be pleased.

Should we look to the unconverted to compose God-inspired hymns? Paul warned of self-seekers, lovers of pleasure more than God with  only a form of religion (2 Tim 3:4-5)
