Weston has sent out rules for Sabbath observance at home and other items moving forward:

1. Dress in usual Sabbath attire. 

2. Do not serve hors d'oeuvres. 

3. Do not pause the sermon. 

4. Only listen to live HQ sermon. 

5. Do not use this opportunity to minister shop for messages. 

6. Do not gather with other families. 

7. Stay home alone and use social media to fellowship. 

8. You have no right to complain when we at HQ are slow to respond. 

9. Sit quietly at home and wait for us to speak. Stop spreading rumors. 

10. You will fast on March 28th and tune in for 1:00 PM HQ service. 

11. You will observe Passover and NTBMO home alone. 

12. You will use Livestream or pre-recorded messages to self-administer Passover and NTBMO. 

13. Use the on-line donation system to pay tithes and offerings. 

14. Do not mail us cash. 

15. We may be deciding where you will keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 

16.  Links and passwords are not to be shared with anyone not members of the church. 

17. Oh and...love one another.

Note:  At first I thought this was a joke, but asked my source if it was true and the person said yes.  I guess I should not be shocked at the callous brazenness of Weston in his attempt to control members, but I should not.  This is the track record of LCG and many of the Churches of God today in 2020.

So, to appeal, I wrote the following: 

Dear Vimeo:
You removal does not make any sense to us.
Your stated reason for removal was “You cannot upload videos that depict or encourage self-harm, falsely claim that mass tragedies are hoaxes, or perpetuate false or misleading claims about vaccine safety.”
Our video DOES NOT “depict or encourage self-harm, falsely claim that mass tragedies are hoaxes, or perpetuate false or misleading claims about vaccine safety.”
None of those matters are in the video.
Is the real concern that you do not believe that we can quote biblical prophecies and tie them in with world events?
Because that is what that video does.
If there is a specific statement made that you have a problem with, please let me know.
But reviewing your guidelines, we violated none of them.
Please reconsider as this makes no sense to us.

The problem is that we have a self-appointed liar who is preaching heretical nonsense.  There is nothing prophetic about what Thiel is presenting other than the self-convinced delusions of a disturbed little man.

PCG Cancels Services Sabbath Services in England and Europe

A notice has gone out from the cult compound in Edmond, Oklahoma in regards to Philadelphia Church of God Sabbath services in the UK and Europe.  Shockingly, Gerald Flurry has given permission to cancel services.

Some church members silently welcome this development while others are very upset. Far too many in the COG feel that their church leaders are capitulating to government rulings on the virus instead of relying on God to protect them.

The fact that any COG member needs to wait to hear from their church HQ on whether or not to go to church on Saturdays is sad.  Use your own mind and do what you know to be right and stay home. Ensure your own safety because your church leaders do not care.

Don't Try This Trick At Home...Or Anywhere...Ever

This reality would be true of anyone, Prophet, Priest, Pastor or Parishioner who put their faith before their common sense. I do suspect that COG ministers will not be exhibiting this kind of faith personally when called out to anoint the sick, who then shall be made well.

I suspect they will opt for the standard "anointed cloth" based on "

...but I never personally found that to be effective or work either and know of none who did personally. I also found the "handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched HIM" were cultish and probably ranked along side Paul's claims to have gone to the Third Heaven and hallucinated a calling from Jesus to go from persecutor to Apostle skipping student in between. But that's just me. 

Italy’s virus kills priests who bless the dying

"They come to bless those suffering the most from the novel coronavirus. And then, more and more often, Italy’s priests die themselves.

The diocese of Bergamo northeast of Milan appears to have been ravaged the most by the stealth killer.

At least 10 of its priests have died of COVID-19, the Catholic daily Avvenire reported Thursday.

The deaths, whether of priests or members of their communities, are “so numerous that it is difficult to count”, the paper wrote.

Five more fatalities were registered in the city of Parma. Still more virus-related deaths emerged among priests in Brescia, Cremona and the northern industrial hub of Milan itself.

All these parishes are clustered in Italy’s north, the virus’s target from the day the Catholic country’s first death was reported four weeks ago.

More than 3,400 Italians have died from the virus since then.

Italy has taken over the grim title of being the global epicentre of the pandemic from China, where COVID-19 was first reported in late December.
