David C. Pack: Prophecy Is A Failure When It Is Fulfilled and Turns Into History..... or Something Like That

The convoluted reasoning of Davey is getting worse by the minute.  Can this guy not see how stupid he sounds?

I Corinthians 13 speaks of prophecy in the context of love: “Love never fails: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail [every prophecy eventually fails when it is fulfilled and turns into history—it fails at that point to any longer be prophecy]…For we know IN PART and we prophesy [inspired preaching] IN PART. But when that which is perfect is come [referring to prophecy], then that which is IN PART shall be done away” (vs. 8-10). Paul reminded the Corinthians that there are always elements within prophetic events which we do not have. We only have a partial picture. But everyone wants the complete picture. I certainly do. But God says knowing “part” must be enough, with faith in God through His Word necessary to fill in the rest. Remember, most in the world are permitted to know very little or nothing of prophecy.

David Con Pack, you will never unlock prophecy! It is not for you to play with. Why not turn to weightier matters, like mercy and faith.

Quit parading your mental state of being. Pride brings disgrace. I can assure this man to bring more shame upon himself in the future. The whole world will see the con man that he is. He has no compassion or love for the brethren. He is everything the bible warns us about.

Mat 23:27
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.

EXCUSE ME?

Let me educate Dave Pack on some simple, simple truth here.

Fulfilled and Fail are two different words.

A FULFILLED prophecy is not a FAILED prophecy.

A FULFILLED prophecy is when all things come to pass EXACTLY as predicted in accordance with the prophecy.

A FAILED prophecy is when it does NOT come to pass EXACTLY as predicted in accordance with the prophecy.

That sentence was complete and utter nonsense, does he REALLY expect anyone to fall for that crap? Really? Does he really think we are THAT ignorant and dumb???

Anonymous 3:27, It would be easy to believe that Dave assumed that the thinking skills of most of the members of the ACOGs had atrophied. I'm certain he thought he could play on that, and that his poaching would be extremely productive. That is part of his arrogance. He really does think he is above those to whom he ministers. Servant leadership would never occur to him.

Funny how you always figure out these alternative explanations and truths after the fact....or non facts.

He proof-texted one of the greatest passages of scripture about the importance of Love in the lives of Christians, picked out one tiny portion of it and picked it apart and used it, improperly, to justify a false prophecy.

The actual meaning is "Where there are prophecies, they will cease". In other words, a time would be coming after that was written (the Corinthian letters) where prophecies would no longer be needed. He used the KJV and, like he did with Haggai and the other scriptures, spun it to mean something it did not mean with his prophecy. And he spun that around too!

He's without excuse.
