Rod Meredith Says He Is Commanded By God To Correct You

Once more the world has been treated to Rod Meredith's mighty pen. Rod believes he alone is God's mighty voice in the the entire world.  God is only using him to let the world know what disgusting grievous sinners they all are.  His voice carries the authority of God backing it up.

Rod says:

Even though it may not be the “popular” or the “politically correct” thing to do, I am commanded by the Creator God to correct when necessary and to exhort you to do better. For God Almighty commands His faithful ministers:  “Cry aloud, spare not; lift up your voice like a trumpet; tell My people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins” (Isaiah 58:1).

Rod is ready to SPANK the world, particularly the United States for their backsliding, multicultural ways.  Of course this is done out of "love."

So how can I genuinely help you the most? Going beyond what we normally do in these letters in telling you about the ongoing fulfillment of Bible prophecy and the growth of this powerful Work of faith, I now want to warn every one of you dear co-workers, in love, about one of the most dangerous and pernicious attitudes now permeating our entire society. This attitude will undermine and simply destroy your relationship with God if you get into it. Please think deeply about this quotation I have used in the past in articles and letters. As U.S. News & World Report pointed out a few years ago: “More than three-fourths of Americans call the nation’s religious diversity a source of strength…. Meanwhile, more than 3 in 4 Americans believe all religions have at least some elements of truth—even though few say they know much about religions other than their own. And nearly 70 percent think spiritual experiences are the most important part of religion. ‘If one’s religion is more about individual identity than doctrine or creed, it’s a lot easier to be tolerant,’ says Egon Mayer, a sociologist at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Gallup says that the high degree of religious tolerance reflects, in part, ‘not only a lack of knowledge of other religions but an ignorance of one’s own faith.’ In some polls, he says, ‘you have Christians saying, “Yes, Jesus is the only way” and also, “Yes, there are many paths to God.” It’s not that Americans don’t believe anything; they believe everything.’”

Is this the same "love" that conspired behind WCG's back as they were defending Rod in court for his big flapping mouth?  Is this the same "love" that led Rod to start Global Church of God and move into it with full salary after being fired by WCG?  Is this the same "love" that stabbed Raymond McNair in the back as he took all the money and most of Global's members and formed Living Church of God?  If it is, forgive me for not wanting to have any part of Rod's "love."

I also have to wonder why since Armstrongism considers all Christians to be fake and their churches fraudulent, why is he so concerned about what they believe?

 My dear brethren and co-workers, this attitude is certainly pervasive in the approach of millions of Americans. For they increasingly believe different “bits and pieces” of various religions and philosophies. Also, because of the almost total confusion in religion today, other millions are completely “giving up” and turning to atheism—completely denying the existence of God Himself! People are really confused as they “cobble” together, “their own” form of religion. However, extremely few people in the United States, Canada, the UK or Australia take with total seriousness the real God of the Bible. Somehow, they are not willing to surrender their will to the genuine Higher Power who created them and gave them life and breath. They are often quick to say, “Here is the way I look at it!”

Rod writes, "...because of the almost total confusion in religion today, other millions are completely “giving up” and turning to atheism..."  I think Rod's need to look at his own confused group and the 700 some confused Churches of God, before he stats casting stones at Christianity and other religions.  The Church of God is just as screwed up as the groups he disses.  Look at the countless people from the Church of God that have turned to atheism because of the blatant hypocrisy and weird teachings of its leaders, including Rod Meredith!

 In all respect, do you really think that the great God—the Creator of heaven and earth, the God who gives you life and breath—is very concerned about the millions of differing “opinions” that we puny, mixed-up human beings have about the ultimate purpose of life?

If you are a follower of Jesus, then there is only one answer to the question Rod apparently does not know the answer to.  God cared enough about all the different opinions to send Jesus.  But you cant expect many in Armstongism to ever grasp that concept because they can't even talk about the guy.

Yet, in our supposedly sophisticated society, we now increasingly “water down” and virtually do away with almost everything the real Jesus Christ of the Bible taught, stood for and lived for as He set us an example that we should “follow His steps” (1 Peter 2:21). Although we often have clever arguments to justify our conduct, we manage to regularly break nearly all of God’s Ten Commandments! This attitude reached an all-time high recently when the very President of the United States publically stated that he now approves of the idea of “men marrying men”!

Ah, sex.  I knew I would not have to wait long for Rod to start talking about sex.  Even better, Rod gets into gay sex, his FAAAAAAVORITE subject. 

Again I say, before Rod starts casting his stones and going into orgasmic ecstasy at the the mere thought of his god beating the shit out of this world.  The Church of God leaders want to see the world around them punished.  When they start shouting about it their voices start rising and bodies start shaking.  They need this to happen in order to legitimize all their beliefs.

Rod ends with:

Indeed, the watered-down “form” of godliness now permeating our nation always leads to “denying” the real power or the authority of the living God. The Word of God reveals that—in this final age or “era” of His Church and of this earth’s civilization—the spirit of “Laodicea” will prevail. Here is how God Himself describes the Laodicean attitude:  “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth” (Revelation 3:15-16). Even most supposedly religious people very seldom get truly inspired or “on fire” for God and His Word.

Why would anyone want to follow Rod and his god?  It offers no hope.  How can a person have hope when all they hear about is an angry vengeful god that is so incredibly eager for blood lust that he is going to destroy most of humanity so a tiny remnant parked on their self righteous asses in Petra can become Kings and Priests.  Why would anyone want to follow that?

 

Aaron Dean on Salvation

In the previous post I had a comment from an ultra conservative Armstrongite saying that salvation was dependent upon our belief in Herbert Armstrong.  Now Aaron Dean is speaking out on "salvation."

It reads like the "David defense" that Armstrongites love to throw out.  David was a grievous sinner yet God used him. Herbert Armstrong was a grievous sinner, yet God used him.

What makes some seemingly dedicated people leave the Church?

I have been asked this question before by members who have seen many brethren and even ministers fail. Having spent much of my life at the heart of the work, some have asked me, “Why are you still here?”

I think it comes down to something my dad said when I graduated college and was asked to work on the Church’s Gulf stream jet: “Be sure and separate salvation from people.” What he knew was that I would witness some things that would build my faith; but I would also see and hear things that could discourage and tear down my faith.

Indeed no Christian’s life is without its pitfalls, but we expect them to be attacks from the outside. While ready to face the world, often we are not prepared for problems from the inside. People who meet with us each Sabbath at church—brothers and sisters whom we trust and love—sometimes might not show godly character in word or deed. And we can tend to expect more Christlike behavior the higher the position a person is in.

But when an offense happens involving someone in a visible position, what do we do? Many take sides, deny the action happened or make excuses, blaming others as the cause. They might reason that someone in that position certainly couldn’t have done whatever the offense was.

Emotional reactions like these may leave one at peace with themselves, but if they find out later that a knowingly wrongful act was committed or they were lied to, it’s very easy to become disillusioned. They might leave the faith or go searching for a more perfect church—usually to find that the next one is no better than the last.

Every good biblical character sinned, except Jesus Christ. He never sinned and kept all the commandments. But even He was accused for drinking wine, talking to sinners and disregarding men’s rules of Sabbath observance; and some people became offended by these accusations. To let someone else’s perceived mistake—or actual mistake—put us in a wrong attitude is to let someone else “take our crown” (Revelation 3:11).

We must work to control our own thoughts and actions. Seek truth and prove all things before reacting emotionally. “Work out our own salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:12). Our salvation rests on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ alone. If we pray for wisdom and react spiritually, we will make progress toward separating our salvation from other people’s mistakes. And in the process, put Christ—our hope of glory—in us (Colossians 1:27).

Your Salvation Depends On Whether You Believe HWA Was End Time Elijah!

Did you know that your belief in HWA being  the end time Elijah determines your salvation?  If you do not believe he was then your salvation is at stake.  You will be heading to the lake of fire ASAP!

One week the litmus test for "true" Christians is Sabbath keeping. The next is whether you keep the Holy Days.  Then it might be whether or not you eat pork and shellfish.

Jesus is never part of the equation to these people.

Craig White Says: " Massacre and Butchery Unimaginable Soon To Be Unleashed on US, Australia and New Zealand"

Before Bob Thiel ever hit the scene as the Church of God's greatest theologian, world renown prophecy authority, and British Israel proponent, there was Craig White.  Craig seems to slip by the wayside with his rants as most people seem to ignore him.  He has scores of articles on British Israel bunk.  He is also rabidly anti-American.  Even when he vacations here he seems to find everything wrong that he comes into contact with.  He hates it, yet he sure loves to come here and vacation!

Craig is promoting today his latest article about the end times.  Specifically how the British Israelite nations will soon be German fodder as we are bombed into oblivion.  Those of us unlucky to remain alive will become the slaves of the Europeans.

He writes:

Ephraim and the tribes of Israel (not excluding the USA) will be lulled into a false sense of
security, possibly believing that their New World Order of One World Race, One World
Religion and One World Capitalist Economic Free Trading System would bring world
peace. Instead, the Europeans also believe in a New World Order - but one which is
radically different to the model proposed by the Anglo-Saxon Powers. Theirs is a Fascisttype of system endearing so-called Christianity to the State, thus reviving the Holy Roman Empire. It is completely different and opposed to the Anglo-Saxon version of a New World Order in such fundamentals as immigration/race, religion, finance, economics, social
attitudes, personal liberties etc.

But many today scoff at this (II Peters 3:3-4; Jude 18; Jeremiah 20:8). The scoffers and
mockers (both within and without the Church of God) who do not see the signs of the times
will be taken unawares.

Here we go again.  Anyone that disagrees with him is a mocker of his "god."  That is a convenient tool  that Armstrongites love to sling at those who no longer follow the stuff of Armstrongism..

Craig is all about The New World Order, the Roosevelts, Illuminati and other crackpot theories that have dominated Armstrongism over the decades.

It is of little benefit to the Anglo-Saxon-Keltic nations to build a New World Order realigning the world to gradually bring about One World. This globalisation process merely
weakens these nations and strengthens those that will eventually turn upon them. For they
despise the Anglo-Saxon model for world governance and prefer their own. These gentile
peoples respected the old Anglo-Saxon world leadership that followed in the tradition of
Theodore Roosevelt, Churchill, Menzies, Reagan and Thatcher. They both feared and
admired their hegemony, admitting that this hegemony led to world stability and prosperity.

Now they sense that a new realignment of political forces has been gradually taking over
the West – forces that do not believe that the Anglo-Saxon peoples should be world
leaders (except in political correctness and globalisation). Forces that believe that the
Anglo-Saxons are bad and should be integrated into a New World Order. These traitors
and perverts follow in the tradition of John F Kennedy, Carter, Clinton, Blair etc.

 Don't think those of you that are heretics in Australia and New Zealand are getting of the hook:

Yes, the Anglo-Saxon peoples will be destroyed and enslaved by her "lovers", principally a
German-led Europe. Do we dare ignore this warning by God? Meanwhile in the Orient,
Europe’s global allies will be given the nod to invade Australia and New Zealand.

The nations to Australia’s north will invade the continent and bring Australians to their
knees. One third of White Australians will die from disease and famine; one third will die
directly because of war; and the remaining one third will go into captivity: "and a third part

Which are the gentile nations which will be involved with the coming terrible invasion of
Australia (and probably New Zealand)? Prophecy indicates the strong probability that the
various invading nations will partition the spoils of Israel among themselves. One in Joel
3:2b speaks of the scattering of Israel and the parting or dividing of Israel amongst her
enemies (Amos 7:17b; Micah 2:4; Dan 11:39 seem to tell a similar tale). So every
indication is that several nations will be involved in this bloody and bitter exercise.

 Australia itself may be divided up by secret agreement between India, Japan, China and
Indonesia. For instance, Japan may take the Eastern States; Indonesia and China the
Northern Territory and South Australia; and India Western Australia.

Like any really good Armstrongite he has to get some sex in there.  No good Armstrongite prophetic prophecy can get by with out rape, pillaging and sex slaves.

Through your binoculars you see some being taken to become slaves and shipped off to
Asia, Africa, South America or central Europe to work in mines, factories or in the sex
industry.

“Perhaps we shall be able to link up with other families and individuals fleeing the
slaughtering and raping” you think. “Perhaps, by some miracle, the invaders will one day
allow all the Anglo-Saxon-Keltic and Nordic peoples a little homeland somewhere.”

But little did you realise that their intention is murderous. They are intent on ‘killing a
people’ after using what is left of them as slaves scattered across the world. They will
never allow your peoples to re-assemble and to arise again – their jealousy and
vengefulness will see to that.
