Do you have plans on heading off to the Temple in Jerusalem in the millennium to offer sacrifices for your sins? If so, you had better be circumcised! Apostle Malm has laid down the law for all Temple attendees:
Physical circumcision is necessary to enter the physical Temple.
Spiritual circumcision of heart; through repentance and Christ’s atoning sacrifice, is necessary to enter the heavenly Temple and access the Father.
When the new Kingdom Temple is built; physical circumcision will be required to enter that physical temple; in order to maintain the instructive analogy. And the circumcision of the flesh without repentance will not be enough; the people will also need to be circumcised of heart.

In Acts, it was members of the early church who had previously been Pharisees that argued gentile converts had to be physically circumcised. This guy is obviously a wannabe Pharisee who doesn't believe Acts 15, where all the apostles said they don't have to be circumcised. Also, he demonstrates he doesn't understand the covenants.
Don't bother telling the Apostle. If he's not circumcised already, he would do it no matter what you said. I say, let him cut it off.
