Sheldon Monson, who split off from the Living Church of God over its COVID policies and started the Church of God Assembly, took with him some of the younger creative minds of LCG, whom he has used to create another website that places the focus on the Millenium. It is a well-designed site that utilizes modern technology to get its message across, unlike the sad and outdated Commodore 64 style used by Bob Thiel
However, once you start reading the little 5-minute messages, you quickly see it is carrying on the doom and gloom scenario that has made the COG rich over the decades. Scare people to death and they will start giving you money, except in Bob Thiel's case where they now just laugh.

Looking at Monson's site and then Bob Thiel's site is a pretty shocking difference. One is professional and well-done and the other is sad and pathetic and hard as hell to read at times because Thiel's computer obviously does not have a space bar.

Taking the younger members…has that hurt LCG financially? The site is probably the best I’ve ever seen for any CoG.
The designer was actually from COGWA by way of the UCG split — but it does seem like CGA is giving younger talent a chance across the board which is nice to see from a COG for once. it also sounds like they’re planning to promote both the kingdom/millennium/gospel message and the “doom and gloom” warning equally. Might be different. Time will tell. Hoping for good things.
With an aggressive loser like michael elertson in Monson's group I expect they'll have their problems. elertson is a cowardly bulley and a hireling with a lot to prove and a big mouth. he should have never been made a minister in LCG, and he didn't quit because he had family responsibilities either.
