David C Pack Says "Ignore The Man Behind The Curtain, I'm Not Longer The Powerful One"

Poor David C Pack!  

Exposed as a liar for all the world to see.

Ever since David C Pack was publicly humiliated last October when his dramatic prophecy failed to materialize, he has been hiding out in Wadsworth.  The Restored Church of God then became the laughing stock of the Churches of God. Dave has never recovered fully from that.

Surrounding himself with The Sixteen, they are plotting his come back, though this time they are being more methodical in it.

He is also suffering from some health issues with his lungs, so that has kept him sidelined too.

No matter what Dave says now, far less people will not pay attention.  That has to be a bitter pill to swallow, especially considering how important Dave thinks he is.  With less people listening in and probably never to join him, it means less money.  The bottom line in the RCG revolves around money. Dave still thinks that all COG tithes and offerings belong to him.  Now that the  money is not rolling in, Dave is having to face some financial issues he had not planned on.

All those new buildings in Wadsworth are taking a financial toll on Dave.

Tornadoes Today In Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas...It's God's Punishment

God's favorite and only TRUE double-dosed Church of God leader to ever lead an end time work is telling the world today that the tornadoes that happened today are because God is really REALLY pissed off at the sinful scum in Texas and Oklahoma.  So says Bob Thiel...as who should have known.....

God teaches that because of disobedience He will scatter people and use a whirlwind:

8 Then the word of the Lord came to Zechariah, saying, 9 “Thus says the Lord of hosts:

‘Execute true justice,
Show mercy and compassion
Everyone to his brother.
10 Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless,
The alien or the poor.
Let none of you plan evil in his heart
Against his brother.’

11 But they refused to heed, shrugged their shoulders, and stopped their ears so that they could not hear. 12 Yes, they made their hearts like flint, refusing to hear the law and the words which the Lord of hosts had sent by His Spirit through the former prophets. Thus great wrath came from the Lord of hosts. 13 Therefore it happened, that just as He proclaimed and they would not hear, so they called out and I would not listen,” says the Lord of hosts. 14 “But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations which they had not known. Thus the land became desolate after them, so that no one passed through or returned; for they made the pleasant land desolate.” (Zechariah 7:8-14)

But never fear!  If you sinful scum would only repent and come into the ONE and ONLY True Church lead by the most incredible end time man eveeeeeer you life might be spared!

From all indications Eric is probably a pleasant person to be around and interesting.  The problem is that he has been overcome by Church of God idiocy and now considers himself an instrument of God and a prophet.  Neither of which he is.

Get Over It!

One of the favorite sayings in Armstrongism thrown at those who have left it is, "Get over it!"  Here is an article written by an exArmstrongite on the Unfundamentalist Christian blog about this slur.

Every so often someone joins our group, and is dismayed by the raw and painful emotions they encounter there. They don’t quite understand the anger and the pain displayed, often by people who escaped the cult years ago. And so they usually end up offering the same advice: Get over it.
I really hate that platitude.

How does one “get over” discovering that everything they’d been taught about God and religion since childhood was a lie? How does one get over needless deaths or prolonged illnesses brought on by church teachings? How does one get over being inculcated into a “religion” that fostered rape, child abuse, spousal abuse, forced divorce, abandonment of every sort—that created and insisted upon poverty?

How does one “get over” losing family members who will no longer have anything to do with you, because you walked away from “God’s True Church”?

How does one “get over” all the things, and all the ways, that have nearly broken us, when patching and sewing back together all the cracks, rends, and damage done to us is such an agonizingly slow process?

While it is true that time can soften the memories and ease the pain of past traumas, “getting over it” is an impossibility. Life-altering events forever change us—even positive ones. But it seems to be the negative events that we have such a hard time with. Maybe it’s because we suppress the emotions they bring up in us, and don’t share our stories, because we’ve encountered too many “get over it” responses. Maybe it’s because our culture and our churches tell us that we must forgive, must be strong, must move on, must stop “living in the past.”
