LCG Not Concerned About "Demon Possession" At Lone Star Camp Where Their Teen Camp Starts Today

The Adventure Camp is now in the books for this year, and all returned from their successful 45-mile trip in Voyageurs National Park. Many staff members will be traveling this week or Sunday for Staff Orientation to prepare for the start of Teen Camp in Athens, Texas, on Wednesday of next week. Your prayers for all these activities and everything else we do around the world are heard and appreciated.

Living Church of God's Teen Summer Camps starts today in the exact same campgrounds that Church of God Assembly used for the last few weeks for their summer camp program. The campgrounds are tied in to the Seventh Day Adventists.  This is also the same summer camp where the alleged demon possession of a high-ranking CGA minister's child took place.

A reader sent this:

LCG started their youth camp yesterday at the same camp that Sheldon just left. You'd think Gerry would have reconsidered seeing as the Fitz boy was 100% fine when he arrived and "demon possessed" 5 days later. If I thought there were demons roaming a church campsite - seeking children to posses, I'd cancel camp or relocated it. Seems negligent and reckless.

Did LCG send out a letter to parents letting them know there were demons at the camp? I mean if there was lice or bedbugs parents would be notified. You'd think l parents might like to make an informed decision before shipping little junior off... but maybe they think the LCG pharisees have more powerful powers of protection than Sheldon and his racist group of heretics.

Demons are spirit and can go anywhere on earth, unless a Angel or Archangel stops them.
We know very little about how the spirit world operates at this time. Which is most probably for our own saftey and peace of mind.

Christians can rebuke and remove an evil demon spirit in the name of Jesus Christ. There is great power in the name of Jesus, despite the sacred names movement propaganda that it's the wrong name.

Christians are not to be afraid of paranormal situations.
Any LCG person worth their salt should boldly pray over and try and clean the camp area if its become 'haunted'.

For the record: COGWA's "Camp Lone Star" in June was at a different location, near Texas A&M.
