Aaron K Dean
Yes I am the only surviving member of ACE. Half left the truth and all have died. My assignment may have been a Caleb and not a Joshua as you presume. If indeed God has something for me to do, then He will reveal it and I will do it. Christ, the head of the church decides if, when, how and who. We must all defer to Him. Taking matters into your own hands without God's direction has never worked well. Time will tell.
Aaron Dean
This excited Sameul Kitchen, who asked Aaron Dean if people could start sending their tithes and offering money to him. What???????????????
Aaron K Dean can I list you as the “DULY APPOINTED” on worldwidechurchofgod.org and ask brethren to save aside tithes and offerings, for you?
I am reminded of, Ezra 2:63.
“And the Tirshatha(who was Nehemiah)said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.”
Now we know our High Priest is Jesus Christ, but we also know there is a human instrument in Christ’s hands.
You, have the delegated authority to handle and receive tithes and offerings from our people! Until you stand up in your position, we should save aside our tithes and offerings, as Malachi 3 commands so that there may be meat in God’s house.
Notice meat, not milk.
I want to help you stand up, so do other brethren. I also don’t want to offend you by inclusion in something you don’t agree with.
Let me know.
I want to strengthen you in the Lord. If that means giving my life, my everything, then so be it. There is nothing more important than God’s Church getting ready! I believe we are entering a time of no more delay.
If this were to ever happen, this would deflate Bob Thiel's cult big time. Bob would have no reason to even exist any more. Hilarious times are ahead!
Armstrongism gets crazier by the day!

I wonder if Aaron is beginning to feel like George Clooney or Sean Penn when harrassed by the paparazzi or TMZ!
If these fanatics were in any field other than religion, they would be evaluated as mentally unstable and put away!
Hey, Sam! Let go, let God. If what you say is true, He's already working on it. If not, then you bugging Aaron does nothing aside from you just being a nuisance!

This brings to mind the 1996 movie "The fan," described as "Gil, a hardcore baseball fan, becomes obsessed with Bobby, his favourite player." And not forgetting the 2002 movie "Swimfan," described as "a high school swimming star who finds himself stalked by a teenage seductress .."
Aaron is right. It's all in God's hands, and Samuel needs to chill out and focus on living his own life.
Man worship gone full circle.
All these years, people have been afraid to stand up as the Worldwide Church of God membership.
We’ve been told by “other churches” that the Worldwide Church of God is dead, and been PUSHED towards “other churches”.
The bottom line is these other churches were raised up to be SEPARATE from the Worldwide Church of God, and those who supported Mr Armstrong and the gospel message he brought, were discouraged from returning.
Well, it is the belief of the Worldwide Church of God there is only one church Jesus Christ founded in 31 A.D.
That’s not to say those called into the one true church are better than anyone else. But division, is not of God. The apostle Paul warns against division among the Church of God in Corinth even. That sort of thing is heavily disapproved.
Now, I have a perspective from the Worldwide Church of God as it were under Mr Armstrong, due to my walk and relationship with Jesus Christ as a Christian. I was raised by older members of the Church, that is true. But I also was raised during a time when everyone has seemingly disposed of the identity the Worldwide Church of God.
Now I have been in contact with a lot of brethren, who are attending other groups, and who have come out of those groups as they grew in the knowledge and grace of Jesus Christ.
We have to realize, that if we really want to believe the Bible, we are a unique group of people. I think it has been fashionable for God’s people to fade into other groups, because that group allowed space for them there.
There is no safety in disobeying God’s word. There is no blessing in being fraud. If we are genuine and sincere and honest, we need to walk the walk.
God’s way isn’t harmful to anyone.
It’s when you flip flop, become wishy washy, or lukewarm, you damage others and you won’t have a strong relationship with God as you would if you stay true. Sometimes you struggle with problems and you look like a total wreck, but that’s my meaning about the landscape of these groups. If you take engine parts meant to be in a certain car, and you place them into another car, you aren’t part of the original car.
And if we are going to be followers of Jesus Christ, when need to separate from those dividing us away from the original. A lot of people may argue against that, but those of us who want to be genuine and honest in our walk with Christ, desire to be the Church as Christ established His Church.

And so when the Worldwide Church of God membership has held fast and firm and hasn’t compromised, finds out that an official is still alive and has the authority to take FULL CONTROL to appoint other ministers and restore the ministry to the Worldwide Church of God, we do get excited. I yearn for a family reunion, and I feel those who will return will be much wiser and stronger in their relationship with God and Jesus Christ.
I’d much rather enjoy life you know? But I’ve decided that God, in all His Greatness and power, so loved me and all this world, that he gave his only son Jesus Christ, so that all can have a relationship with Him.
So if the relationship is important to God. It’s important to me. Then I better put priority on it right? Because no matter happens in this world, if God is pleased with you, and treasures your company, then things will come out for the good of those who love Him.
And if he’s got your back, and you’re looking out for others, and defending innocence and the truth, then what honor we have.
I’d rather die penniless and body broken, and done my father in heaven proudly.
I’ve lost some family. And it hurt me. Family means a lot. Right now I’m fighting for family I haven’t met yet.
And I’m raising awareness of a family reunion so to speak!
People may say that’s insane.
But I feel strongly about family, especially seeing injustice, and sorrows first hand.
So people may hate me for this, but my family and God’s family won’t. I’m tired of all the division and hurt placed upon the membership of the Worldwide Church of God because we believe differently.
God is raising up a family. The zeal of the Lord will perform this. What the Bible says will happen.
I don’t believe in crusades, but I do believe in defending family.
In Christ’s service,
May God’s will be done in all things
Samuel W Kitchen
Mr. Kitchen said the quiet part out loud.
“Mr. Armstrong and the gospel message he brought.” Well, it was a different gospel, full of lies, misrepresentation of history and contrary to the gospel found in scripture. It doesn’t take much investigation to find out that HWA cobbled together strange ideas from new movements from the Millerite movement, JWs and Mormonism. He was very far from the faith once delivered.
“I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.”
Galatians 1:6-9
I knew what your response would be before you wrote it, Sam. I just don't like people who attempt to leverage others, whether it's for secular, political, or religious reasons.
God had an opportunity to validate Herbert W. Armstrong in 1975, and He passed on that opportunity. And then the backpedaling lies and deceit began. The wisdom of Gamaliel has now set in, and it seems very obvious 50 years after the fact that what has happened to the Worldwide Church of God was God's correction, God's will. We do not know Aaron Dean's mindset, or what he feels that his calling may or may not be. However, God did not let Moses, or Jonah, off the hook, or even ultimately Samson. If God wants Armstrongism dead, it will remain dead. If He wants it detoxified, reformed and revived, it will be, and we don't get a vote on that. If He wants Aaron Dean to do it, He'll talk to Aaron about it. People generally listen more intently when God speaks directly to them, and not through an intermediary.

I actually met Samuel Kitchen — when he was a little bitty, baby in his mommy’s arms. His parents attended my first WCG congregation.
Some time back, I contacted him about that information on ordinational succession which got posted here on BBH. He understood fully what I meant, but decided to be facetious and talk about the genetic lineage of a certain perverted child molester. Interestingly, he claims he can trace Armstrong’s genealogy back to Joseph of Arimathea. Genetic, not ordinational, of course.
To be fair to the kid, this is not the stupidest idea I have seen in the fundamentalist portion of the Armstrong faith tradition. It was that dude who tried the “3rd way” back in, like, ‘97. He wanted to carve out a subsection of WCG for people to hold the original Armstrongist doctrine. And an open letter to Joe Tkach, Jr, explaining this, he actually said, “I want you for my Pastor General.” The Tkach clan had just destroyed the corporate center of his cold, but he still wants the one sitting in the seat of Armstrong as his cult leader. At least Sammy isn’t that fixated on the specific lineage of Armstrong. He will settle for the last surviving member of a powerless counsel.
Aaron Dean here is subtle about it, but he showing his sycophancy toward that aforementioned perverted child molester. If he was committed to his current church, he would’ve call them on their foolishness. Remember, Dean was the sycophant who wanted to make the UCG mission statement basically say, “We teach Herbert Armstrong. Oh, and something about that Christ dude.”
But there is one bright side for Sammy and his friends. If they keep saving their tithes and such, when they come to their senses in 20 years, they will have a nice nest egg for retirement. But if they don’t come to their senses, they will be starving while those this big bank load of money, they’re not allowed to touch. If that happens, I won’t feel pity.
Hey, Sam.
That line out of Ezra you quoted to Aaron Dean. You know, the context of that is that you have people claiming to be of this priestly line, but he couldn’t verify it. So the authority decided that they should be set aside, I’m not allowed to function as priests.
I contacted you about this very thing. You don’t even know who ordained Herbert Armstrong. And when I asked for that ordination of succession going back to the original apostles, can you send me some genealogical material because you thought it was funny. So I am asking you here in front of all these people to put up or shut up. If you are going to hold up Armstrong, as being what you say he was, then you need to pay the scriptural president that you yourself cited.
I could have rolled with DEAN MARTIN being on the Council of Elders!
Part two
* precedent (not president)
If you cannot show that lineage proving that Armstrong holds that organizational position, he claimed, and which ministers adhering to him claim, then you need to renounce the whole idea. You need to set Armstrong aside, and all of the other Armstrongist ministers aside. Live the passage you cite.
Apologies for typos. Having trouble with voice to text.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.
Mr. Dean seems to have accepted his third-place finish in the three-man UCG Presidential race.
Is Mr. Kitchen open to recruiting someone else? Like Rick Shabi?
Again, apologies for the typos. Here is the link to the writeup about succession. If you cannot show Armstrong having an ordinational succession back to the original apostles, then cording to the passage, you cited, your “true church” is invalid, and set aside.

Time will tell !! Same ending remark the namesake and rarther odd "John" always writes.
"Everybody loves somebody sometime" - a paraphrase of I Corinthians 13:13?!
HWA spent eleven years in COG7 learning his trade. What he learnt and applied to his own church conforms to today's Kenneth Copeland-Evangelical Christianity template. It is a hodgepodge of free floating concepts lacking structure and hierarchy. It has to be since it is Pharisaic and riddled with moral compromises. Put simply, his church was sinful, which is why it fell apart. Sam completely ignores this, blames the victims, and insists everyone fake reality and get back together into the "one true" church of Herb. Sam has no respect for the natural workings of God's creation.
Btw, the psychic forces that torn Herb's church apart that will shortly tear America apart as well. And faking reality is not the solution.

Anon, I wasn't expecting to see Aaron use that phrase, and it did catch my eye, and I believe Aaron's words cited above are accurate as written; however, it appears that Sam Kitchen does not agree with those words.
Aaron is convinced that God is in charge, but Sam thinks Aaron may be "in charge" and has a part to play in choosing how Aaron should respond within God's Plan of Salvation. Aaron is just going along in life "for the ride," however it ends up. He is hanging on to something, and he has his convictions.
On page 13, Sam Kitchen wrote: "...Let God's will be done above all..."
Who among us is going to "let" God do anything? God just does what He wants to do to fulfill His own will/purpose, and does not need any of us to "let God's will be done." God will just do it.
Many years ago, I found the following words from a message about "Who Overcomes What, Part 6," which stated the following about God's will being done:
[["...Isaiah 55 and verse 11, and He is talking. This is way in the Great Last Day, and He’s talking about what was going to happen. He says.
Isaiah 55:11 “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth:...”
“Whatever I say is going to happen. No exceptions. Period!”
Oh, isn’t that wonderful to have a Father like that?
Never have to second-guess Him, never have to say: “Oh, I wonder if He really meant that? Did He mean that about keeping the Sabbath Day? Well, maybe we can just keep it for like two or three hours?”
Do you see?
You’ll never hear anything like that. You keep it: sundown to sundown. Period. It’s a Holyday. You do it. We’ll do it forever. It’s going to be wonderful.
“...it shall not return unto me void,...”
“When I say it, it will happen.”
“...but it shall accomplish that which I please,...”
“It will do exactly what I say.”
This is exactly what God is saying. It is what is going to be done.
“...and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
Whatever He says to do: “Boom!”...]]
Done deal!
Aaron Dean, like so many hirelings who fled the former WCG, all left their ministerial credentials behind in Pasadena when they departed from sheep, left behind, to go off and be involved in other organizations with other sheep ("wolves in sheep's clothing?", etc. That was the rule of HWA and also that of Joe Tkach, Sr. They were no longer serving those they were ordained to serve in WCG. Which of the organizations that formed after WCG were guided and directed by God's Spirit? Where was God really working? Sam thinks God was with him, but so do so many others. Who's who? By their fruit may we know them? Who knows?
How many of those organizations, if any, has God's direction today?
And Aaron is neither a Joshua, as Sam K has presumed, or a Caleb, for that matter. They're having nice dirt-naps: let them be!
Aaron wrote: "...Christ,the head of the church decides if, when, how and who. We must all defer to Him..."
And why not? Because Jesus Christ defers to His God, His Father, the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob:
"But to us [there is but] one God, the Father, of whom [are] all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom [are] all things, and we by him." 1 Corinthians 8:6
God has been working out His will. His will will be done, and yes, as Aaron wrote: time will tell...
John
Samuel Kitchen, many would agree that there is one church, which is metaphorically "the body of Christ".
It's not Biblically explicit or historically certain though, that "the one church" == "Worldwide Church of God".
Prior to the advent of "Worldwide Church of God", there was "Radio Church of God". So the name of the church may well change, though its identity continues.
Prior to both "Worldwide Church of God", or "Radio Church of God", and prior to Herbert Armstrong, did "the church" exist? If so, where was it, and what was its essential identity, and who was a member of it, and who led it? Considering Jesus's promise that His church would always exist, then it is apparent that the church might exist through history with various names.
Then tracing the thread of history in the other direction, in 1995, there was an abrupt discontinuity in the identity of the "Worldwide Church of God". In what form did the church continue at that point, since we believe it did not go extinct at that point?
My advice is to let go of the idea that the church that Jesus Christ is working with must always be equal to the "Worldwide Church of God". History doesn't support this. Human organisations, institutions and endeavours rise and fall. Herbert Armstrong has been dead for nearly 40 years; but God is the one who endures forever. The continuity isn't found in humans or their institutions. Our Father God and Lord Jesus Christ are eternal.
I wholeheartedly agree Anon 9:59.
From what I understand about these ACOGs, they often plan F/Ts in the same location as one another. My advice to Aaron Dean is that if UCG and LCG happen to both be meeting in the same resort area, he should avoid Galen Bonjour at all cost!
And they say this isn't a UCG Ministerial rebels blog.
Yes, 9:59, this is difficult to discern. Throughout the past, we were told that the name was very important. Whomever it was would be known by having the words "Church of God" somewhere in the name. As most of us today realize, the full name of the Catholic Church has always been the Catholic Church of God, Catholic meaning Universal. Sound familiar? And yet despite the abundant historic documents of the Antenicene Fathers, we were taught that the Catholics were the Whore of Babylon!
Just in the recent centuries, the Seventh Day Adventists, and the Seventh Day Baptists were Sabbatarians, but they did not have the all important corporate name. Church of God in Christ has the name, but are not Sabbatarians. We were taught that at one time the Church of God, Seventh Day (COG-7) had been God's true church, but was an inferior version, now apparently dead to new truth, so branded by HWA as being the dead Sardis Era. During the 1950s, '60s, and '70s, in all the sermons to which I listened, all the Plain Truths, all the Good New Magazines I read, nobody ever mentioned Greenberry George Rupert, but apparently Herbert W. Armstrong not only knew of him very well, but appropriated the majority of his doctrinal package.
It would have been very easy during the tenure of HWA to cite the visibility, number of followers, and influence of Mr. Armstrong as evidence that God was using him to do a powerful work, warning the world of the cataclysmic end times, tribulation, and the return of Jesus Christ. Until that failed to transpire! Not one of those claiming to be successors has been able to even come close to matching this. People had great hopes as each startup came into being, but not a single one has been blessed with the growth and visibility of Herbert Armstrong's church. Nobody with a media savy for the current era, and a compelling personality, has emerged. The splinters have been stillborn, greying, contracting, all but invisible. Their broadcasters put on their Spokesman's Club best, but just don't have the relatability to grab listeners or viewers by the seat of their pants and to pull them into the church. Anybody want to talk about dead? Sardis? These nostalgia groups are moribund! Such personalities do exist today representing trinitarian, Sunday-keeping churches, but they are all on the TBN and Daystar ghettos. Even if they were on 50,000 watt AM radio stations late at night, traveling families would never hear them! They're all listening to FM radio, Satellite Stations, or their personal music collections. The kids are watching TV in the back sest of the minivan or SUV.
Message to those aspiring to be HWA successors: Want me to actually believe that you're HWA's successor, leader of the super blessed group that will deliver the final message that everyone can hear? Show me that you have the witness of God behind you! At least equal not just the name, but the ubiquitousness of the message. It's got to be part of the street buzz of the common man, as it was during HWA's era. Otherwise, you are just a minor footnote to the history of the Christian religion. No, actually HWA was a footnote. You're just a comma or semicolon!

The disUnited Church of Godlessness, an International Abomination is where some very bad people went to behave very badly while playing church.
Nevertheless, it can pay Aaron Dean better than Samuel Kitchen could. In fact, the very purpose of it was to provide paychecks and retirements for former “ministers” after they were terminated by the WCG in 1995.
Another problem is that Aaron Dean would have to do everything that Samuel Kitchen tells him to do. It would actually be Samuel Kitchen running the show.
Here is what the organizational structure would look like:
Samuel Kitchen at the top.
I
Aaron Dean under Samuel Kitchen's thumb.
I
No other members at all yet.
The Work's outreach: Only whatever free publicity they get from the Banned by HWA blog.
On the bright side, with all of Samuel Kitchen's experience, they should be able to keep any windows they have clean.
Wasn't Kenneth Copeland the driver and pilot for Oral Roberts? If so, he learned from the master. He probably thought, "Heck, I can do that as well as Oral. I think I'll start my own church so I too can sit in the back seat for a change."
Anybody who has ever had a smoker in their family knows that if you harp on a loved one about their smoking, it just strengthens their resolve to continue. I can't even imagine what harping on an unwanted calling might do. Honestly, that would really piss me off. Before long, I'd be saying "Bleep that!"
