Official Starting Point of the Laodicean Era

Jesus promised the 6^th church that He [Jesus Christ] “opened a door which no man can shut”. [Revelation 3:8]. So the door to the true Philadelphian church shall be open all the way into and through the Great Tribulation. What all of the offshoot groups have ignored is this very fact!  This means that the NAME OF THIS CHURCH [WCG] CANNOT BE CHANGED!

Now we have studied the fact that during the sixth church era, the Philadelphian, God chose an apostle to direct this organization. We must understand that this true restored church government cannot be changed! During the Philadelphian era God called His church, “The Worldwide Church of God” and promised that this very church would go right into and through the 7^th church time, that of Laodicea.

As many of you who have studied now know, we began entering the typical Laodicean era right before the death of Mr. H.W.Armstrong because of the apostasy of his son. Then, the Laodicean era became even more pronounced after the death of Mr. Armstrong. We officially entered the Typical Laodicean era, the seventh church time (era or epoch) on October 7^th 2011 due to the “resurrection” of WCG and the revealing of the Hidden Doctrine of Mr. H.W.Armstrong.

After a short period of spiritual darkness [1986-2011], truth seeking men and women are returning to the true Church of God. They have recognized that many of the doctrines being taught by the offshoot and splinter groups have been distorted and mistaught. They are now seeking greater light and have found it in God’s remnant church, the true Worldwide Church of God.

Eat your heart out Joshua C Pack!  You are just another irrelevant splinter cult now.  King  runs the one true church where all true COG members are flocking to.

Bob Thiel: Only The Converted Pray For The Work

Bob Thiel has posted a letter by Lynn Torrance from the Good News of 1961 about prayer.  Thiel, like all COG splinter group leaders is not capable of coming up with anything original so he has to fall back on old COG literature.

In the article it says:

Prayer has to become heartfelt — full of thanksgiving, praise and joy.  It should be a spontaneous and natural talking to God. The more you pray, the more you will understand how to pray.

God KNOWS that many of you faithful brethren are praying.  He also KNOWS that others have not prayed as they should.

God’s ministers have said, “YOU ARE CONVERTED TO THE DEGREE THAT YOU PRAY FOR GOD’S WORK!”

If you have been PUTTING OFF prayer until tomorrow DO something now.  Force yourself to begin to study and pray.  Don’t put off your own salvation!

I don't see anywhere in the Bible that ones "conversion" is measured by how much they prayer for the Chief Overseer or Pastor General or for some brain dead COG "work."

Some of the best prayers a person can pray is HELP, WHY, THANKS.  One word.  Nothing more.

No blithering on for 10 minutes about the health and well being of the apostle or Pastor General.

No long prayers for new auditoriums, magazines,  Hall of Administrations, bean patches or how to better keep the law.  No prayers or fasting for more income.

No prayers that the leaders of your competition Churches of God will die in two months.  No prayers that those people will come to you with all their money.

Is God Coming Back To A Greenbean Patch in Wadsworth Or To A City?

Joshua C. Pack on Friday was all giddy about Dale Schurter setting up the worlds most important agricultural program ever to exist.  Joshua said that they would soon be buying land to start this mind-boggling program.

Apparently Joshua thinks his god is coming back to a cornfield or greenbean patch in Wadsworth or the new garden of Eden he is building on his cult compound.

However, Joshua fails to mention that the God of the Bible he claims to know sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much about is not coming back to some cornfield in the middle of Ohio, but to a city.

A teeming city filled with multitudes of people, living in a close environment, going to work, to school, having parties, going to restaurants and doing the normal things people in cities do.  That God is also so pleased with the City that he chooses to live there too.

All that tithe money Joshua Pack is wasting on his okra farm is for naught.  That elderly woman's tithe money could have been used for a warm dinner or paid her rent for another month.
