2nd Witless Witness Laura Weinland's Birthday Now Has Eschatological Significance

Ever since Ron Weinland was imprisoned for using tithe money for his own family's use, he has been plagued by countless nightmares causing him to write them down as spiritual revelations from his impotent god.

Once Weinland knew his fate was sealed and would have to serve a biblical 3 1/2 years in prison, he had to appoint his wife as his immediate successor.  She became the 2nd of the end time two witnesses, received the power to ordain, and continued to spend church money on herself, her money-laundering daughter Audra and BMW loving Jeremy.  The church is now paying to fly Laura and Audra around the world where they preach the appalling doctrines of imprisoned felon Ron Weinland.

Witless Witness Laura recently released a chart detailing the end-times according to her own nightmare and those of her imprisoned husband.

Laura is now such a masterpiece of creation that her birthday now surpasses anything that ever happened on the day Jesus was born.  Laura's birthday falls on the day Weinland is released from prison and is now a direct sign from god as to how significant she is.

Rod Meredith Has The Power To "Mark" You Even Though You Are NOT An LCG Member

It must be amazing to be the most important man on earth who wields uncontrollable power like Rod Meredith.  Did you know that Rod has the power to "mark" you, even though you are not an LCG member, for being a heretic, trouble maker or just an all around rebel-rouser?  I am surprised that Rod did not "mark" me when he publicly lashed out at this blog....as if I care.

This category denotes the most severe of all actions of New Testament discipline (Romans 16:17). Why must we “mark” an individual? For strife or causing division among members or those who cause others to participate in their sinful ways (2 Peter 2:10-14) or because not doing so will destroy the faith of sincere members. Marking protects all parties and stops false rumors.  Any marking before the congregation should be discreet, and with counsel from Headquarters.  It may become necessary for the Pastor to carefully counsel the person’s associates.  The minister should totally avoid any public or private references to the person, which could possibly be slanderous. 

Note: ONLY the Presiding Evangelist, or in his absence or incapacity, the Director of Church Administration, is empowered to mark a person who is not a member, adherent and/or attendee of Living Church of God.  Generally, Churches have no legal right to “discipline” non-members.  However, churches retain the right to protect those who are members by warning them of spiritual danger.LCG Pastoral Manual pg 3-14

When the Pastor must mark a member publicly, he must not ad-lib an explanation.  He should write down statements that have been carefully thought out, with counsel, and read a prepared announcement using the form provided via the www.cogl.org website.  This safeguard helps to avoid making emotional statements that may be unfair or defamatory. When, or if, a disfellowshipped member is re-admitted to fellowship, statements made in marking him should not leave impressions in the minds of members that preclude forgiveness and reconciliation. A minister should always be concerned for the person’s welfare regardless of what he has done, as expressed in Romans 5:8.  A minister should strive to provide for the person’s return to the Church congregation.  Marking is normally necessary only in the Church congregation where the person attended. If the marked person affects people in other congregations, it may become necessary to notify the affected Pastors who would have to determine if the notice should be mentioned to their Church. 

We have all seen how well disfellowshipping and marking individuals has went in LCG and other COG's  Its one big smear campaign.  There is no hope whatsoever that those disfellowshipped and marked would ever return after their reputations have been dragged through the mud.  Their names have been permanently tarnished in the eyes of LCG members.

Let's Party!!!!! COG False Prophet Declares That Tribulation CANNOT Start Till 2020

It is always such a relief when Church of God prophets declare that the end is not going to be happening by certain dates.  This is in sharp contrast to the many men in the COG who for many decades have been entertained us with one failed prophecy after another.

With our two Canadian frauds, Malm and Henry, making their worthless declarations recently we are now blessed to have Bob Thiel give us the RIGHT information.  Thiel is much more enlightened than any of the other COG prophets are and therefore has the CORRECT timeline direct from his god.   Ever since he bamboozled Gaylyn Bonjour into "doubly blessing " him, Thiel has let the world know that God is only working through him and a few hundred African members.

Because Thiel is now the sole possessor of all things Godly, he has left Rod Meredith, Dave Pack and Gerald Flurry quaking in their HQ's with embarrassment.

Thiel's latest declaration was made on July 6, 2015. He says that the tribulation CANNOT start until 2019.

When is the earliest year that the Great Tribulation can?

Various ones seem to feel that it can begin in 2015 or 2016 or that it already started some time ago.

Those who believe and understand what the Bible actually teaches realize that the Great Tribulation cannot begin before 2019.

At this instant, unless we see more major conflict in the Middle East between now and the end of the Summer, it is unlikely that the Great Tribulation can begin prior to 2020.

When the Black Gentile (in COG righteous British Israelite eyes) was elected to the office of President in the United States COG prophets went into catatonic fits.  Even Thiel had to weigh in with this:

The Great Tribulation is coming, but it will not begin in 2015. And, as I announced within days after Barack Obama was re-elected, I did not believe that it would can begin until after his second term ended. And as of July 7, 2015, I do not believe that it can begin prior to 2019.

Now that we have a few more years to party and enjoy life, lets not waste it by following these duplicitous morons.

UCG Facing More Rebellion In Malawi, Africa Sends In The White Man To Control Them

UCG recently lost three of its church leaders in Malawi.   UCG claims they all resigned for "health reasons."  Many others claim there is far more to the story.  Apparently UCG is not content with the African members running their own boards and being "independent" from Cincinnati.  It has now appointed Aaron Dean to sit on their church board.  This will have a chilling effect upon the local leadership.  No one will ever question or stand up to the powerful white man from Cincinnati.  He is from the church HQ and he is more enlightened than they are, and since he is a true descendant of the 12 tribes he is of the same skin color as Jesus Christ.

UCG has had a bad track record in Africa.  From stolen cows to lawsuits filed by Kubik and crew.  Is it any wonder no one trust them any more!  For people that claim to be the one and only "TRUE" church on earth today, they certainly are setting the wrong example!

UCG: Only In A COG Will You Have Leadership Devoting Hours Of Talk While Fasting About A LOGO!

The latest Counsel of Elders report is out from those fun folk in Cincinnati.  UCG has been dumping tens of thousands of dollars into brave attempts to rebrand its image.  The tired and worn out 1980's ways of doing things are not working too well for the Cincinnati crowd.

They first started a media campaign to give the world a better view of the UCG.  That hundred thousand dollar expense basically garnered "1" potential member.  Money was dropped on billboard campaigns and other advertising avenues.

Then UCG had the bright idea of redoing its main web site.  Frustrated by the more advanced new designs of the Philadelphia Church of God and the Restored Church of God with their new web site, UCG knew it had to do something.

Always ones to blend into the world as best as the can while still keeping a little toe in Armstrongism, they redesigned their web site.  The problem with their new design was that you had to go several steps into it before you ever found out anything that really described what the church was rally about or what it believed.  the first few pages was full of syrupy feel good articles meant to draw the viewer in.

Their next step was to redesign the Beyond Today blog and TV cast.  That is where things are starting to get weird.  The UCG COE has been "fasting" over its new logo. A logo!

In the Church of God, fasting was always used as an avenue to appease a god that was eternally pissed off about something. It was always used by the church as a tool to gain more money.  Occasionally it was used as a means to beseech the angry god to heal people. They were always "one time acts" meant to make God change it's mind.

Isaiah58 has a different take on fasting than what most COGs every use it for.  Fasting was never a required in scripture and was never something that Jesus commanded of his followers.

Christian fasting is more than denying ourselves food or something else of the flesh - it's a sacrificial lifestyle before God. In Isaiah 58; we learn what a "true fast" is. It's not just a one-time act of humility and denial before God, it's a lifestyle of servant ministry to others. As Isaiah tells us, fasting encourages humility, loosens the chains of injustice, unties the chords of the yoke, frees the oppressed, feeds the hungry, provides for the poor, and clothes the naked. This concept of fasting isn't a one day thing - it's a lifestyle of servant living for God and others.

Imagine that, fasting is about "servant leadership."  We have all seen to well how well THAT has worked in the COG!  Servant leaders in a COG is an oxymoron.

Instead of praying and fasting for the continuing trauma in the UCG due to its burdensome doctrines and heavy handedness, they are fasting and praying for a logo!  A stupid advertising logo!

President Kubik welcomed everyone and explained that the purpose of his presentation was to show the Council the latest design of the proposed United Church of God and Beyond Today logos. This is a follow up to the meeting in May in which general consensus led to the further development of one of the designs. He discussed the many meetings held with the LPK firm about the logo design. The discussions included what could not be used such as religious symbols and any depiction of God.Clint Porter, Beyond Today (BT) visual designer and video producer, was introduced to give a presentation on what logos are and what they are not. Then three representatives from LPK were introduced to give their explanation of the design they have been working on.

The Council was then asked for input. Their questions and comments about the logo were discussed for over an hour.

Mr. Kubik reminded everyone of the need for an updated Church and BT logo and mentioned the credentials of the world-renowned LPK firm. The administration has prayed and fasted about this process, and they are now asking the Council to reach a decision. A resolution was read and discussed. The discussion continued for about another hour and a half.

The COE spent an hour and a half talking about a LOGO and then not able to reach a consensus, they knew they could not put it to a vote, so extended the "study" time of the all important logo. There are priorities in the UCG and it apparently does NOT include its hurting members.  The all important logo will inspire tens of thousands of new income bearing members  to join the end-times army as they prepared to become "Gods" and get their own planets.

Due to the length of discussion and considerable input expressed about the proposed logo, Mr. Webber recommended not taking this matter to ballot, which is the normal outcome of a proposed resolution on the table, but to continue research and development at this time. The “sense of the Council” was to agree with Mr. Webber’s comment.

Peter Eddington, Media and Communications Services operation manager, requested that each council member write and send their comments about the logo so that the administration can have a basis to work from in going forward.

Mr. Kubik thanked the Council for their input and commented that the administration will review their comments and present them to LPK for further revision. He also stated that he and the administration’s desire is to continue working with the Council on this matter and all issues and fully appreciates the Council’s oversight role and looks forward to complying with its input and directives.   COE Meeting Report, June 10, 2015

Canadian COG Member Dethrones James Malm's Prophecy Predictions: Says Tribulation Starts October 2016

For many decades we had one crazy American Church of God member after another coming up with every imaginable end-time scenario.  Now that every single one of them have been abject failures at their predictions, it seems the Canadians now are taking over.

First we had James Malm with his endless tirades of Pharisical bullshit and false prophecies. Now we have another Canadian in our midst. His name is Henry.  He is a 61 year old Canadian from Alberta.  Henry knows more about "true"prophecy than the angry divorcee James Malm.  Malm must be cowering at the awesomeness of Henry!

He writes:

Mr. Armstrong passed away in 86 leaving as his successor, Mr. Joe Tkach Sr., who in short order, began changing doctrine from those taught by Christ through His 12 Apostles.  It was at that point that I left the Worldwide Church of God organization.

From that time until now, I have remained on my own, holding fast to the teachings of the 12 Apostles.

For the last 31 years, with very few exceptions, I have maintained a minimum two hour per day bible study regime.

Also, during that time, the principal taught in the Book of Daniel regarding prophetic events being revealed on a "need to know" basis has been manifested much more so now then ever before. Those events are made known in order to give a warning.

For whatever reason, and I am sure He has one, God has been giving me understanding of those prophecy's.  Having been "stuck" through inspiration, in the Book of Ezekiel, for the better part of a year, I do know it is the responsibility of those blessed with that knowledge, to pass it on.
That is the main reason for this website.  To make known to those whom God chooses to be taken into His "Place of Safety", the fulfillment and time sequence of the prophetic events leading up to and including when they are taken.  He reveals a massive amount that until now has not even been considered by those making claims to the contrary.

Henry says the tribulation will begin in October of 2016.  Get your bags packed because its going to be a bumpy ride!

As you will see, there is absolutely no doubt that the "Great Tribulation" is about to take the world by surprise.  You will also prove from the word of God, that it starts in Oct. 2016.

At that point, all are saved.  Some saved in the "Wilderness" where God protects them, some saved for canon fodder, famine and pestilence, and some saved for captivity, slavery and torture.

We can choose to deny it or work at being taken to God's "Place and Safety" for the duration.

The Prophet Isaiah tells us that of those outside that Place and Safety, only 1 in 10 live to see the start of the millennium.

In 2020 Jesus Christ will return.

The return of Christ in 2020, ushers in the 1,000 year reign known as the Millennium. The start of the Kingdom of God on earth.

The fall of 2016 marks the time Christ takes His people into the wilderness spoken of in Revelation 12:14

Henry apparently feels he has the power to offer a prayer for you over an anointed cloth that will prevent you from heading into the tribulation:

As a small token of gratitude, I have initiated a "Prayer Cloth" program where those who have donated to this work will be given a cloth over which a special blessing has been asked.  

One that asks God to consider that person as worthy to be protected during the Great Tribulation and Armageddon.

Vic Kubik Proclaims UCG's Stance Of Gay Marriage While His Own Church Is Morally Bankrupt

Vic Kubik is speaking out with his interpretation of what he and UCG thinks marriage is.  Vic declares that the UCG only acknowledges the Supreme Court of Heaven and not the decision of any human court.

Anyone that has ever followed or been part of the United Church of God or any other Church of God for that matter,  know that marriage has never been held up as a pinnacle of virtue by some of its leaders and members. Adultery has been rampant in the COG for decades.  UCG is filled with it.  Even its own leaders have been guilty of it.

What about the embezzlers in the COG that steal Church members tithes and offerings for their own benefit?  What about COG leaders living lives of excess and luxury as members suffer?

If the UCG and the other COG's really uphold what they are claiming to hold dear from the Bible, then why do NONE of them aid the homeless, help the suffering, feed the hungry, care for the prostitutes or care for the environment?  When have any of these Churches ever set foot in an AIDS hospice or cared for people with AIDS?  When has any of them ever worked with gang members to help them get out of that life style?  How many of them have ever worked with children who are stuck in the system without parents?  How many have ever set foot in a local school and tutored disadvantaged kids and been role models to the parentless?

How many of these men have ever actually sit down and had a deep conversation with the gay and lesbian members sitting in their own churches this very day?  They are sitting there in UCG, LCG, PCG and RCG. Imagine what its like to hear their so called leaders stand in the pulpit and say some of the absurd shit that they are currently doing!  Imagine sitting in an LCG service with Rod Meredith!!!!!  Bloody hell!

When the Churches of God get their own corrupt sin-filled houses in order then and only then might world actually sit up and take notice of them.  Decades of placing emphasis on the law instead of Jesus and grace has left the Churches of God looking rather maladroit.

Why Does Rod Meredith, Rod McNair and Bob League Treat LCG Members With Such Disdain?

The Living Church of God has been going overboard lately in trying to impress upon its members  how "unified" the church is.  You can be guaranteed that when any Church of God starts a "we have never been more unified" campaign that they are any thing but!

Why does the Church of God (Armstrong version) have such a horrendous record of being unkind and unforgiving to its members?  Jesus certainly NEVER acted this way....so why does Rod Meredith., Dave Pack, Gerald Flurry, James Malm and Vic Kubik?

The sad thing is I know of several of the disfollowshipped. Who have gone to Meredith and McNair and League to make peace. They just wanted to live in peace, some even confessed that they were wrong and all LCG did was spit in their face. Saying that there was no room for forgiveness for them. And that they would never attend LCG again. They also said that they did not believe they were repentant. Can they see their hearts and minds? It took a lot for some of these people to just go to them. Believe me they will never go again!

Now I hear that LCG is saying that they did all this in LOVE for these people. WHAT!!! How can this be love? There is no forgiveness and kindness in LCG. God would not treat people this way. He ate with publicans and sinners. And they Bible says only he can see the hearts and minds of people and to be careful how you judge! I think they are just modern day Pharisees.

PCG To Continue Publishing Child Scarring Bible Story Books

Remember those Bible Story books from the halcyon days of the Worldwide Church of God when the church had some slight relevance and meaning in peoples lives?  Remember those idyllic nights cuddled up in bed and your parents reading you cute little stories about Noah's ark and all the soft furry creatures that miraculously made their way to it?

Wait!  What?  STOP!

That was the stories read to the kids next door by their "so-called" Christian parents.  This is what they saw in their books:'

Children in the Worldwide Church of God were scarred for life by these images.  Of course this was deliberately done.  It was a subtle tool to keep kids and members compliant to the church.  If you sinned or screwed up you would die just like these poor miserable souls, though your death would be more horrific, thanks to Rod Meredith and you would die like this:

Oh what memories!  Endless rants by Rod Meredith over us being strung up on meat hooks as the Germans tortured us in concentration camps or shipped us off to Germany to be their slaves.

Now you will get to relive those memories all over again.  The dark and twisted cult of Gerald Flurry and The Philadelphia Church of God are republishing this crap for a new generation of people.  Just one more tool in Flurry's arsenal on keeping the kiddies in line and submissive.

Living Armstrongism is reporting that when the PCG claims to have bought the publishing rights to The Bible Story.  LA notes that this set of books was NOT in the original number of books and booklets that PCG dished out over $3,000.000.00 for when they lost the court trail over their plagiarizing of Mystery of the Ages.

So Joel Hilliker says that PCG bought the copyright to The Bible Story. He made this claim that PCG has purchased the copyright for The Bible Story, a retelling of the Old Testament by Basil Wolverton made for HWA's WCG in 1958-1972.

In this particular segment of PCG's Trumpet Hour Hilliker talks with Brent Nagtegaal about PCG's Bible Story. While introducing this segment Hilliker makes the following statement:

Well, for several years now the Philadelphia Church of God has been working on a multi-volume project called The Bible Story. This was actually started by Herbert W. Armstrong back in the 1960s. We bought the copyrights to it and we're printing it again. (20 minutes.)

Really? PCG bought the copyright for The Bible Story? It was not one of the eighteen booklets PCG purchased in 2003. I was aware that PCG was publishing their own version of The Bible Story but this is the first time I have heard that PCG has purchased the copyright for The Bible Story.

What is going on here? Did PCG purchase the copyright without going through WCG? Did they give even more money to Tkach's WCG?

Surely Grace Communion International (WCG) did not sell more books to Flurry?   The fact that they did it in the first place raised a lot of eyebrows considered they believe everything that Herbert Armstrong taught was heresy.  But I guess money still speaks louder than integrity.

Who wants to listen to (Bob) Thiel talk about morality when he is steeped in pagan prophecies and retroactively tricked someone into anointing him as a prophet (rather than for his illness, which turned out to be mental and spiritual rather than physical)?

Who wants to listen to Joe (James) Malm talk about morality when he is a calendar-confused divorcee who rebelled against HWA but now wants you to go along with everything he makes up?

Philadelphia Church of God Students Training In Adobe Products This Summer For Final Pre-Trib Push?

The above is a screen shot of PCG's public Facebook page.  It shows a group of students learning to use various programs of Adobe creative products.  Apparently these kids are being training for the "final push" as the tribulation is just a few clicks away. 

Only in Armstrongism can a person link computer training to the tribulation.  If the tribulation does hit as they claim, none of those kids or anyone else is going to be sitting at a computer  working on Photoshop or Illustrator.  Unless of course, Gerald Flurry has conned the Jordanian government into installing electricity and computer banks in Petra so they can all work from there.

LCG ministers, acting with LOVE, kick out members so they can join forces with Satan

If you are a member of the Living Church of God and you QUESTION something, are you allowed freedom to question and NOT be attacked and kicked out?  Is there room for free thinking in the LCG?  Reading the "duties" of the LCG overlords it appears that questioning is NOT something that they feel member should be doing.  Those that question are turned over to Satan.  Rod Meredith and the LCG ministry want you LCG members to know that when they kick you out and treat you like vermin, they are doing it out of LOVE!

The Fundamental Purposes for Ministerial Authority Are: 

1.  For the preservation of unity (Acts 15; 1 Corinthians 1:10; and 2 Corinthians 13:10).  Unity is imperative if the Church is to function as one body.  Singularity of objectives is the fruit of unity. 

2.  To protect the flock from “wolves” and the willfully disobedient (2 Thessalonians 3:6, 1014; Hebrews 13:17).  At first glance it may seem like a horrible act to commit a person to Satan.  However, in the end this act produces a more stable and re-dedicated Christian (1 Corinthians 5:5).  In no way should this be construed as a hostile act.  When viewed as an action of concern for the welfare of the person, it becomes an expression of love. 

3.  Binding and Loosing (Matthew 16:19).  Judicial decisions must be made on unclear matters.  Christ gave His ministers authority to decide on issues within God’s framework of law.

Living Church of God is all about L-O-V-E!    But that LOVE should never be heavy handed....cough....cough...

Precautions to Keep in Mind When Exercising Ministerial Authority: 

Exercise of authority must be motivated by love.  Without love as the primary motive there is no way to use authority with justice within the Church community.  The exercise of authority must never be taken lightly.  Benefits derived from exercising authority in love are manifold.  Severe and serious detriment will stem from the unjust, selfish and irresponsible use of authority.  There are serious consequences for authority abuses (Ezekiel 34:2-6).  A good rule of thumb is to use the least amount of authority necessary to do the job.  Heavy authoritarianism is not required for people who have a heart for God’s ways.  LCG Pastors Manuel pg 311-312

How many LCG ministers, elders, department heads and evangelists put the following guidelines into practice?   When has the LCG minister ever NOT overreacted?   Its all about SUBMISSION which basically means that whenever a minister tell you something to do, even though you know it to be wrong, you are under his authority and MUST do it.  Its a test from God to see how well you submit to authority.  The law is written on LCG members hearts, but NOTHING is written there concerning Jesus.  No grace, nothing.

Since abuse of authority is destructive, we must not over-react and go to the opposite extreme.  We should seek to understand more of the mind of God as shown by scripture.  “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven,” said Solomon.  One could say the spiritual application is, “There is a time to exercise authority, but you must use love all the time.”   A Christian voluntarily places himself under Christ and the authority of the Church.  In this age submission to authority is a rare thing.  Submission by members of God’s true Church represents clear evidence the Laws of God are being written in the hearts of men!  Truly converted Christians are far more submissive to God’s Laws and authority than carnal-minded man.  The Apostle Paul wrote some governmental guidelines to the Church at Corinth in dealing with serious conflicts in the Church, (2 Corinthians 3:3-6).    We cannot judge the heart of man—but we may judge the fruit.  The Pastor should always pray for discernment in these matters since God alone knows the heart (Isaiah 11:2-3 and Jeremiah 17:10).  LCG Pastors Manuel pg 311-312 

In order for an LCG minister to be a fair judge and arbitrator of the law, he must meet these expectations......of which every single LCG minister seems to have FAILED!

Guidelines for Exercising Church Discipline and Authority  (Handout 3.4) 

To exercise ecclesiastical authority properly and effectively, a minister:

• Must BE MOTIVATED BY LOVE.

• Must be ABOVE REPROACH in his personal conduct.

• Must have INSPIRED the flock to follow the RIGHT WAY by means of his personal EXAMPLE and PREACHING.

• Must be FAIR in judgment and in NO way a RESPECTER of persons.

• Must be CONSISTENT in the use of authority and BALANCED in frequency of its use.

• Must ensure that the degree of severity is suited to the seriousness of the infraction of God’s  Laws (1 Corinthians 5:1-4).  LCG Pastors Manuel pg 311-312

LCG ministers and HQ's treatment of members seems ot be slash and burn mentality.  Jump to conclusions and kick them out allowing no recourse.

Mark Armstrong, Now Living in Sodom and Gomorrah, Speaks Out Against "Queer Matrimony"

Ah, what would this world be without some minuscule, irrelevant Church of God splinter cult leader running off at the mouth about some perceived ill of society.  These so-called "men of God" feel that it is their god given right to say stupid things about the society around them.

Our latest "authority" is a man who has never come up with anything original in his life, has people write his messages and lives off the moldy remnants of his daddy, Garner Ted who died twelve years ago.  Looking at the Incontinent (Intercontinental) Church of God you will see Garner Ted's face on the main page with his relevant sermon of the day being featured.  Only after you wade through several pages of Armstrongite bullshit do you find out that Garner Ted is dead.

Like his dad, Mark feels that his opinion is relevant and worthwhile for people to take notice of.  This is a common mode of thinking of all COG leaders. Their opinions might hold some weight if these men were actually "godly" or ran churches that were spiritually,  ethically and morally pure.  The problem in these three areas is that not one single Church of God is ethically, spiritually or morally pure.  The COG's are filled with some of the most morally bankrupt men imaginable.  This is even more hypocritical considering the fact that every single one of these men and their churches claim to be the sole repository of God's knowledge on earth today.  They feel they are God's personal instruments of wit and wisdom.  We all have seen how well THAT has worked out over the last 80 some years!

A few morsels from Mark are:

"This is a week that will live in infamy. A majority on Supreme Court of the United States has officially flipped off God. They've held that their judgment supersedes His Law. However this monstrous miscarriage of jurisprudence plays out across our lives, there is no question that six of the justices just elevated their temporal authority above that of God."

"There appears to be no more remedy under the Constitution or in our judicial system to obey God in the face of those who would force the will of the sodomites upon us all. Certainly Christian ministers will have no protection for opting out of the performance of a queer matrimonial ceremony. They will face law-suits in Federal Court claiming discrimination and all kinds of pain and suffering on the part of the plaintiffs, they will be on the hook for civil damages at the least, and potentially punitive sanctions for having violated Federal Law."

Churches are not bound to marry anyone they don't want to.  However, if a couple goes to the Justice of the Peace then they MUST marry them.

Mark then goes on to whine about Obamacare, even though most of his church members take full advantage of it:

The high court committed another breach of justice by ruling against the clear language in the Obamacare law, and saved it by doing so! Words, no matter how incontrovertibly clear, can simply be ignored by "justices" determined to vote their socialist, fascist ideology, regardless of the facts before them. They should be impeached and disgraced. But the limp wrists in Congress don't have the fortitude and won't do it. God will. His word has plenty to say about unjust judges, and that's exactly what they are.

Mark admits that he and the rest of the Church of God leadership are IMPOTENT little men INCAPABLE of EVER taking a stand on anything.  They value their comfortable lifestyle and money-flow's more than speaking out the "truth" they claim to have complete ownership of.  Its obvious that Mark is a coward, Gerald Flurry is a coward, Dave Pack is a coward and Rod Meredith is a coward.  None of  these men have the balls to do anything.  If Mark and the leaders of the various COG's who feel they are Elijah's/apostle/prophets had the where-with-all then they would STAND up and proclaim their message no matter what.  Publishing their tripe in their own rags or Facebook pages is no warning at all.

What has happened this week opens up cracks in the foundation of the United States that may never be repaired. We keep waiting for someone to call them out, to speak the truth, to take them on. Someone with the position and power to go head to head. What we find is that there is no one who is in such a position. There simply is no higher office than the presidency and no judicial power above that of the Supreme Court. We can rebel against such government tyranny on a personal, and in our case on an organizational level, but we cannot force them to be honest or to honor the oath of office they so routinely violate.

One reader on a Facebook page made this comment about Mark and the other COG leaders spouting off right now:

The passage that condemns gays also condemns divorce, adultery, liars, and a whole lot more, but these self-righteous piss-asses can't see past the one item on a long list. How many of these "leaders" have had adulterous affairs? What ever they propose to do to gays, should be done to them as well...

Marks few remaining members encourage him on with these wonderful remarks.  The same old smugness that has permeated Armstrongism is still alive and well!

 If Mark Armstrong, Gerald Flurry, Dave Pack and Rod Meredith were actually men who were deeply ethical, deeply spiritual and morally pure, then and only then would people sit up and take notice of them.  Since they rule over their own dens of sexual impurity, greed and avarice and have done NOTHING to stop it all, absolutely NO ONE cares what they think.

Did you hear all that wailing and gnashing of teeth today around 12:00 noon eastern time?  That was Rod Meredith reacting to the Supreme Court decision to allow gay marriage in the entire country.

This will not be limited to Rod Meredith though.  Gerald Flurry will soon start spouting his unique version of stupidity and then Dave Pack will do his version.  Dave Pack needs something to bring his name back into the limelight anyway.  After being publicly humiliated for three years in a row now  with failed prophecies, he will now have something to complain about  that takes the focus off of his miserably life.  I can't leave out God's most educated and important COG leader ever - Bob Thiel - who will soon start with his own malarkey.

It's no wonder people look upon Christians for being so hateful when idiots like these COG leaders and the morons above say dumb things like this.  But when legalism is the rule of life, what else should we expect?

UCG Youth Camp Shirts - Yet More Embarrassment!

Can you imagine the horror that kids in United Church of God feel when they wear shirts like this!  They would not be caught dead wearing them in public.

Notice how UCG still CANNOT refer to Jesus in any manner what-so-ever.  That should be the focus of their youth camps, not law keeping.  But that will NEVER happen.

UCG sounds exactly like the Mormons.  They too cannot speak about their god unless they call it "Heavenly Father"  It is an absolutely IMPOSSIBILITY for ANYONE in UCG or anyone else in the entire world to be "like" heavenly father.
