2. The Philadelphia Church of God will never have any revelations from God as long as Flurry blasphemes, claiming to be Jesus Christ in the Flesh and lying about being an apostle. PCG hasn't even achieved the status of being Laodoceans and God is not going to reveal anything to those who take his name in vain.

This kind of stuff is what had me nearly in a nervous breakdown before everything hit the fan in the 90's. This same thought policing was in practice in classic WWCG.
When I saw that picture, the first thing I thought of was the egrets turning into planes to carry the faithful to the Petra, with Tattoo pointing and yelling, "THE PLANES!, THE PLANES!"
Of course, HWA's seat on the plane would be upholstered in fine Corinthian leather!
(And to continue the Fantasy, the Stone of Scone would be in the overhead compartment above HWA's seat, and when Herbie asks the stewardess for "just desserts", a little enturbulation causes it to fall and bonk him on the head.)

I did live my life only to find out it was all baloney. I hope I did not find out too late. I am glad my children found out while they were still young enough to forge a future sans Armstrongism.

That should correctly read, "Death With Gerald Flurry." There is a way that seems right to some, but....
Gerald talks about God to try to fool former WCG people into thinking that God is behind his Philadelphia cult. The plain truth is simply that the only god behind the PCG is Satan! This is no exaggeration.
Gerald also likes to use Herbert W. Armstrong's name and photograph to fool former WCG people into thinking that Gerald and his PCG are teaching and practicing the same things that HWA and his WCG once taught. This is totally false. The plain truth is that over the years Gerald has managed to change, mangle, warp, and pervert virtually everything that HWA actually taught and stood for.
People who hate God and HWA like to pretend that Gerald's PCG is an example of following God and HWA, because they know that the utter depravity taught and practiced by the PCG in the name of God and HWA will make both God and HWA look bad.
The plain truth is simply that it is Satan and his servant Gerald who are bad.

It should be noted that the original "Fantasy Island" was conceptualized by its creators to be sort of a hell / purgatory with Mr. Rourke playing the Devil, with the people learning their lesson and being redeemed by the experience. A newer brief incarnation of the series made that much more explicit.
How then, so very appropriate to picture "Life with Gerald Flurry" as the original "Fantasy Island" with Gerald Flurry being the Devil and people coming out of the PCG being redeemed after suffering for their lack of humanity.

Geraldine, as I affectionately call him has; 1) No communication skills 2) No Marketing Skills. 3) NO photogenic appeal 4) No Biblical understanding.
He therefore believes that by using Herb as a corporate logo that former followers of Armstrogism will flock to him.
He just doesn't get it. Herb is dead, rotten, irrelevant, was never relevant, and certainly never the household brand that Geralden believes he was...he just wasn't.
In fact most of the former WWCG ministry avoid mentioning Herb as to avoid damaging their own "Brand." Mentioning Herb is toxic and most know it , except by those doomed to nose dive at mach one into the hard pan.
Thank God that these Ambassador trained idiots never got Marketing 101. Only Herb did and only in a psychopathic way, otherwise the micro-cult might have multiplied beyond the paltry and insignificant 100K.
