Early morning pictures of the new 1.5 million dollar condo's going up along side the former Italian Gardens area.  Where the arching fountain previously was it will be turned into a swimming pool for residents.

 Ambassador Hall (Merritt House is for sale still.  The price has now dropped to 9.95 million dollars.
Merritt House for Sale    Who ever buys this house will have no privacy at all.  All the former COG folk and public constantly peering in your windows.
