Should Dave Pack Be Under Psychiatric Care?

Yes he should. ...

Along with being in a prison cell and being monitored by a penitentiary psychiatrist.

Yes, and hurry. The Council of 16 or 12 or 3, however many are left, need to do an intervention.

It is very sad that he is still going on with this and that he is being followed by many members. Lets hope that they will wake up, and take back control of their lives. For now we are all witnesses of how one simple man can destroy many.

Yep, this nutter is fifty-two cards short of a full deck and has the common sense of a bag of nails. He needs more than a psychiatrist, he needs a 2 by 4 upside the head.

Amen to 5:18. Pack should be under the care of a prison psychiatrist.

Of course! Anyone who is involved in Armstrongism should be under psychiatric care, but especially Dave Pack!

Our blue tasseled buddy Zerubbabel seems tame compared to Packman!

Awesome, as Ron Weinland would say.

“Should Dave Pack Be Under Psychiatric Care?”

Psychiatric care is not enough.

Dave Pack should be under the care of a team of twelve highly experienced exorcists.

Think about it.

To all you dissident malcontents on Banned, I'm laughing all the way to the bank with my common monies.
Ha,ha,ha. Ha,ha,ha.

HWA used to be the prophesied Elijah who “restored all things.”

Now Dave Pack claims to be the Elijah.

Jesus used to be the prophet mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:18-19.

Now Dave Pack claims to be “That Prophet.”

Jesus used to be the prophesied Messiah.

Now Dave Pack says that he is going to become the Messiah.

Maybe all that yelling and spitting left Dave's brain starved for oxygen and dehydrated.

There's hardly anyone left to stop him! Appparently his 'right hand' Greg Kaidannek also left the sinking ship ..

Before long, expect Pack to reveal his secret truth: he is the prophesied David Christ, the Second Coming of Christ in the flesh.

This comment is not from Dave Pack, you silly goose.

What's truly scary is the fact that these "leaders" of these groups have many of their followers so brainwashed that if they were told to be at a specific place on a chosen date, they would do it and not think twice. I see the potential of another Jim Jones on the horizon and yes, I think they would drink the koolaid. They may not have all the sex and drugs but the members do not question or do any critical thinking about what is really being said.

Whoever is putting these videos together, i would like to commend them. To sift hours and hours of audio and grab these sound bites from sermons going way back and showing the absurdity that is listening to this stuff requires patience and a strong stomach, even the pictures are hilarious. Looking back i remember a lot of these sermons and hearing this triggered my memory and made me feel both amused to the point i almost spit out my coffee in laugher but also embarrassed that i legitimately listened to this flip flopping liar and still gave him 10% of my check, volunteer service and trust.

There was a moment leading up the months before i left where i became more verbal about the fact that he never said "I" got this wrong or "I" didn't see this or "I" didn't have the key or apologize ever apologized for making people deathly afraid that there was a chance they might not hear God's voice on August 25th, 2013. People lost sleep and most importantly were afraid that there was a chance they would hear this voice because he said if you dont have God's spirit and you hear nothing your not called. First off, he will never apologize for leading people astray into the pit of prophetic lunacy. It's also "we" to sort of deflect and spread the fault around and make it seem as tho he is being advised in all of this even tho in the same lines he says i never studied, prayed, fasted about any other subject in my life and God is giving me this directly, and Truth comes thru me. But when things are wrong and full of error the response is never i got this wrong its we got this wrong and it implies that even the membership was part of this as well cus we are all on this journey putting the puzzle together so its okay.

The ppl in RCG worship the ground this man walks on, they literally jump to their feet when he walks in a room, i remember once i didn't stand up and got corrected. I understand respect, but how can any one respect a man who has psychologically bullied his own children. Was seeing his wife's nurse as she was dying, has managed to misuse millions of dollars of his own people's money, be instrumental in every disfellowship, assassinate the character of ex-ministers from the pulpit and then take them back and have to sort of hope everyone forgot what he said, remove members from the church who have dementia, overwork the youth and then bash them for not knowing how to do anything as precisely as he wants. Lead an entire city to believe the campus will be open to the public but then have cops called on those who are genuinely curious to know what RCG is, constantly call his staff stupid in staff meetings and tell them that they all get in his way and make it hard for him to do his job, obsess over looks rather than heart and grit, constantly lead an entire church to believe christ is coming every holy day season thus creating a "My Lord Delays His Coming" effect in the church. Get rid of tapes, books, articles, make changes to websites and past comments and never keep the church aware of it except on a few very egregious occasions. Spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on trees on a campus that keep being mishandled and dying and replaced while folks get paid minimum wage or are grossly underpaid for the amount of education they posses and skills. Make your employees pay for a coffee fund, which is provided almost in all companies in the word to their employees free of charge, shame your membership because volunteering is tapering off and you are too greedy to hire professional people to do what you feel your staff and membership should do to earn brownie points with God. This list can go on but no one would believe me. It is gross and im just so shocked that the government of the United States of America cannot do anything about this or even revoke their 501c3 that they abuse.

Splinter leaders, including Dave, have been losing their undue influence over members. It's the natural result of members getting older and more independent minded. These leaders have been fighting back by giving themselves unending self exalting titles. Christ specifically condemned this with His instruction to call no man Master or similar.
These leaders hanker for the good old days when their words were regarded as words direct from Gods mouth.

Congratulations on leaving.
Unfortunately we humans have a reality filter for our confirmation biases that trap us mentally.
Dennis recommended a book a while back by Jaynes- the breakdown of the bicameral mind- read it and you may come to the conclusion that DP is really hearing the voice of his god much like the ancients of old.

All:

It's beyond the psychological/psychiatric!

Dave is NOT a minister, and any spirit he listens to is NOT from God!

the stories of the suicides in the churches he "pastored" should tell us all something

please consider beyond the psychological, the problem is bigger than that

prayers for those poor misguided followers

Does anyone know about this, is this true, if it is, more info would be great???

Thank you.

It's beyond the psychological/psychiatric!

As I commented before, I think Dave needs the level of help Jerry recommended for George.

I just can't wait until he soils his pants, so we can start calling him "Diarrhea Dave"! šŸ™Š

Because this opens here, and doesn't switch you over to YouTube, there's stuff we may be missing. Like the handle of the poster, and the various comments people may be making, and other videos by the same poster. Even Googling the title of the video doesn't seem to bring it up in its original youtube form.

I understand the need for anonymity, as obviously Dave or his lackeys would immediately be trying to shut it down. But there are questions that could be answered without doing that.

Is Greg Kaidannek an evangelist?

CAW said...

As of May 2019, Greg Kaidannek was not an Evangelist, if I recall. Only Brad Schleifer.

I was hoping that someone had more information on whether he was still a part of RCG or not. I have/had a contact in RCG. He told me that Brian Jackson and his wife will be at HQ, and the Kaidanneks will be in Houston. That's all he knew. It must have been a general church announcement that my contact got from either the weekly announcements or from a sermon.

If anyone knows more about the Kaidannek move, please post. And please correct me if I got anything above wrong.

I will probably lose that contact. Since I left in May 2019, members have been told to cut off communication with me for my benefit. You all here know that story.

I was a member of RCG from 2010-2013, and 2014-2019. I left the first time because I disagreed with the "church coming back together" prophecy, among other things. I foolishly returned, thinking that God would correct Mr. David Pack's errors. I couldn't follow the the majority of the messages that Pack gave from 2013-2019. My mind probably checked out from that church around the time that Pack started the latest iteration of the church coming back together series, better known now as "the Greatest Untold Story". It took me another 3 1/2 years before I finally left altogether.

I feel for my deceived brothers and sisters and members in RCG, and in all the ACOGs. As many on here have commented, those brothers, sisters, and members stopped thinking for themselves and let their local minister or their head minister do their thinking for them. Jesus Christ is not their Savior at the moment. Their minister is. The Bible is not their light and guide. Their minister is.

I also attended LCG from 2002-2006. I had more fun there than in RCG. There was more "brotherly love" being applied actively and regularly in that group.

I would like to thank the head of this blog and all its contributors. I've learned a lot over the years, but haven't felt the need to contribute until I bailed out of RCG recently.

@CAW,

Thank you for your contribution, helps us all to understand what is taking place and for me a former member to continue to have corroboration.
