Why Isn't God A Better Judge Of Feast Site Locations?

Living Church of God just released this statement about their Palmetto, Florida Feast site. God had originally placed His name specifically upon this spot for their faithful to experience a foretaste of the Kingdom of God. Apparently, God was not aware that there were two hurricanes bearing down on Florida.

As hurricane Milton approached and the situation developed, it became clear that God decided to move the Feast site from Palmetto to beautiful Fernandina Beach, FL. Services will be held in a modern hotel, within the beautiful setting of Amelia Island. There are a number of items still developing with the site, so check back here and look out for more emails regarding activities. Also, we posted two links showcasing some of the millennial-esque qualities of the surrounding area.

As a reminder, while we are so thank ful He has guided us to this new location, we ask that you continue to pray for those still in the path of the storm.

For more information about this Festival site, please contact the Festival Coordinator, Mr. Ryan Dawson.

I'm sure a wink šŸ˜‰ is a given, considering the title. We all know that God has nothing to do with choosing Armstrongite Feast sites.

Ignore the evidence, COGlodytes! It's only global climate change, after all!

Because there isn't one?

Each year this blog sounds the alarm about this issue.

This is one of the best articles on this website.

I remember going to the Dells for the FOT. Some years it could be rather cold, and since the tabernacle building has unheated, we would have to wear fall or winter coats to keep warm.

My question from this is whether God sent the hurricane to make clear to LCG that it had the wrong location and He wanted it moved.

Did COGWA miss that message? It returned to Fort Myers this year, after Hurricane Ian wiped out Fort Myers two years ago - and Milton struck that area, too.

Amelia Island is spectacular; hope the Armstrongites appreciate the beauty and history.

While they are celebrating their version of the millennium, there’s not likely to be much room for appreciating the beauty of Jesus.

Inevitably, there’ll be small chance of a sermon on the splendor of the grace extended by Jesus or mere mention of his justification – that grace and justification that makes us at peace with God (Rom 5:1) and grants us the righteousness to be able to enter the Kingdom.

Instead of acknowledging Jesus as the way, the truth, and the life, the delusional Armstrongites will be venerating their proprietary version of the law and praising their own efforts to keep that law.

FOT observers, please let me know if I’m wrong; please post links to any messages pertaining to Jesus, grace, and justification.

Poor deluded Armstrongites; pathetically believing that they are keeping a biblical Feast of Tabernacles!
At their version of the FOT, the Armstrongites are obligated to mock Christians who are not engaging in their rituals by misapplying the words of Jesus in which he stated that not even the smallest thing would disappear from the law until all is fulfilled.
However, the Armstrongites have been brainwashed to not notice how their version of the FOT rejects the many physical aspects of keeping the FOT commanded in the Bible.
As the Armstrongites are mocking Christians who know what Jesus fulfilled; it would be revolutionary if they could just acknowledge that their feast is at least lacking the huge amount of bloody, smelly sacrifices commanded at the FOT, and thereby realize that either they are not truly keeping the FOT, or something very major has changed about the law.
How about it Armstrongites, has the law changed since Jesus spoke those words, or are you are you keeping the unchanged law?

Did cogwAss also have a change of heart regarding Fort Myers?

That aside, this thread began with saying: [[Living Church of God just released this statement about their Palmetto, Florida Feast site. It may just be that God has nothing to do with Dawson's living group or Frank's cogwAss, and He may even be involved elsewhere with others. Who knows?

Perhaps it is as simple as agreeing with what John wrote in I John 3:20 "God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things."

If God "knoweth all things," then might he have known about the involvement of the god of this present evil world in creating such damaging hurricanes? The Vials haven't happened. The Trumps haven't happened either, but surely God would be aware of what He is doing, b/c we have the following two inspired scriptures:

"Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world." Acts 15:18

"...the works were finished from the foundation of the world."

Was God involved in any way with the confusion caused from the latest two hurricanes upon the USA and any former hirelings (Dawson of lcgroup & Franks of cogwAss.) of the former WCG?

Time will tell...

John

Does anybody/church/group observe the 14th of Nisan as the first day of the seven days of unleavened bread?

For those who are feasting, be safe and enjoy yourselves.

Uh, Hello? Seems to me I read somewhere that God placed His name on Jerusalem? HWA forged God's name on some additional places, but God never did validate HWA by making 1975 come true! And the spewed splinter groups? That's a laugh!
