Paul writing to Galatia
Exposing the underbelly of Armstrongism in all of its wacky glory! Nothing you read here is made up. What you read here is the up to date face of Herbert W Armstrong's legacy. It's the gritty and dirty behind the scenes look at Armstrongism as you have never seen it before! With all the new crazy self-appointed Chief Overseers, Apostles, Prophets, Pharisees, legalists, and outright liars leading various Churches of God today, it is important to hold these agents of deception accountable.

My favorite book! After reading it for what is actually says, many of the strained teaching went away. Once had a minister in Global at the time, tell those giving sermonettes to ‘stay out of the book of Galatians because it was too difficult to understand’. Accepting Galatians for what it says opened up so many other passages about the true gospel to a better understanding.

Yes, Sam N, your concluding words ('Accepting Galatians for what it says opened up so many other passages about the true gospel to a better understanding.") make so much sense. One knows the gospel by simply understanding what Abraham understood:
"Galatians 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed."
Done deal!
And what was that gospel?
Genesis 12:3 "And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."
All nations/families?
Was the Gospel well summarized in the book of galatians?
Time will tell...
John
