Is James Malm Ready To Advocate That All Men To Be Ordained In His Cult Have Their Entire Bodies Shaved Before Ordination?

James Malm, ever the legalist and the greatest Chief Pharisee of Armstrongism to ever exist, is currently doing a summary of the book of Numbers.

Malm has a deep issue with the ordination of sinful men in the various COG's  He claims they are still sinners and are not worthy to hold the office.

So........there is a way to make sure these men are worthy.  Shave their entire body of all hair, then they can be consecrated.

The consecration of the Levites
Numbers 8:5 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 8:6 Take the Levites from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them.
They are to shave off all the hair in their bodies and then to wash themselves and their clothes, so as to be completely clean.
8:7 And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and so make themselves clean.
8:8 Then let them take a young bullock with his meat offering, even fine flour mingled with oil, and another young bullock shalt thou take for a sin offering.
Then the people shall  lay hands on and ordain the Levites to the service of God.  We are to ordain ONLY those who God has clearly chosen as revealed by their fruits of faithful diligence in the righteousness of the whole word of God.  The ordaining of people for graduating from a college or for their loyalties to men as is done in the COG is a false ordination and is not respected by God.

Wadsworth Residents Deeply Concerned About David C. Pack's Cult Compound

"Something isn't right about this whole thing."

The letter below was sent to Exit and Support the other day from a resident of Wadsworth, Ohio. For those still living in the darkness, Wadsworth is the home of Dave Pack's personality cult, The Restored Church of God.

The interesting thing about this letter is that it refers to the reporter that is mentioned in the previous post to this one, Wadsworth News Reporter Still Giving David C. Pack A Free Pass .  The writer below says that this reporter KNOWS about the issue with Dave Pack but "...couldn't write about it."

The letter states (highlights, mine):

Concerns in Wadsworth About Restored Church of God:
November 2, 2013

I moved back to Wadsworth, Ohio after being gone for several years. A friend drove me around to show me all the changes to the town. As she drove me to the new Giant Eagle off of 261 and 76, I noticed a huge new building. At the time she was a reporter for a small paper in [city removed]. She said it was to be a new HQ for a church. We both looked at each other with the same idea. Pretty odd to have that kind of fancy odd looking "church" in a small town. As time went on rumors began to go around calling this some type of compound--even cult like. Many of us joked it off until facts started coming out. The Akron Beacon did a story; then recently the Trading Post did one.

Many in Wadsworth are not happy and many are skeptical. A reporter I know did the newest story on this group, but only just a general story; nothing of the alarming facts. She said she's heard all of what I just told you, yet couldn't write on it. Why is no one able or willing to call these people out for who they really are? How in the world can the people who live in this town not fight these people and run them out? The city is in bed with them. It's all about money. Why else would they turn their nose to all this?

Many people I know went to school with his daughter Jennifer. Pack was weird then but more crazy now. This town thrives on money. Money speaks. The city, especially the mayor, has turned down countless businesses to be built here. Now all of a sudden a super "cult" (as the town's people say) is being built here. Some say David Pack was lining the pockets of the politicians way before he built this new million dollar headquarters. They say he had something to do with helping [a former mayor] out of his debt. In return he helped Pack bust through to get all that property [88 acres] to build on. Then the next mayor comes along and happens to be best buddies with the former mayor and seemed pleased of the new RCG construction.

No one can pull full financial records on RCG, but people are curious to find them. There is a trail somewhere. Also, a man who did construction there ended up pulling his permits. David Pack wanted him to sign off on construction that his own members did, but wouldn't allow him to see. So he had no choice but to pull the permits and Pack apparently never got in trouble or caught for the unapproved construction. Something isn't right about this whole thing. --name withheld

Wadsworth News Reporter Still Giving David C. Pack A Free Pass

Last Wednesday, the Wadsworth Post had an article up about David C. Pack's cult compound.  It was another cotton candy, "We Love Dave Pack" slobberfest.

Buildings, ag program planned for grounds off Ambassador

Passersby have likely noticed that a second building is currently under construction on the site. This two-story, 12,000 square-foot structure will serve as the mail processing center and will house the church’s mailing and in-house print operations as well as the landscaping and construction departments.

“We are expecting that the building should be complete by the end of the year,” said William Behrer, director of community relations for the church.

The church’s books, booklets, articles and other written materials have been sent to more than 220 countries and territories worldwide and church literature is available in eight different languages.

Construction on the church’s 4,000 square-foot media center is expected to begin in late December or in January and should be complete by spring. The facility will house three studios and the church’s media production services. The church also plans to construct a student center and an auditorium on the site possibly next year.

This is the same reporter that contacted various people on this blog and else where about the dangers of Dave Pack and his cult.  Apparently all the information that was given to her ended up in her round file.

Dave Packs money that he brings to the Wadsworth area is  more imporant than exposing the evil that is growing in their community.

Sure he has dumped millions in the area with construction crews, land buys, landscaping purchases and furniture buying.  However, once he has finished building his monument to himself, that money will stop flowing.  Dave Pack and the Restored Church of God only look after themselves.  The money will not be flowing into the community to help the homeless, feed the hungry or care for the downtrodden.

This entire project is all about Dave.  It always has been and will always be.
