Fake COG Prophet Says 2021 Could Be Worse than 2020, But it May Not Be. We Shall See

There is one thing you can say about every single Church of God prophet over the last 80 some years and that is all of them do not know what they hell they are talking about. Biblical prophets make definitive statements while COG prophets hem and haw with endless maybes, could be, might happen, possibly, and many more noncommittal belches of hot air. It is now 2020 and every single "prophecy" these guys have speculated about has been a lie.

Never fear though, today's group of liars are still spouting nonsense.  Take a load of the self-appointed false prophet, Bob Thiel.

Jesus told of a time called the beginning of sorrow (Matthew 24:4-8).

So, yes, COVID restrictions or not, 2021 could be as bad or worse than 2021. However, since there will be ups and downs before the start of the Great Tribulation, we will see.

Some of what we are seeing, however, is a prelude of the totalitarian governmental controls that will be in place during the time of the Great Tribulation.

Bob Thiel's garbage is just a sick as Dave Pack's and Gerald Flurry's lies.

As King of your world in the millennium, are you be willing to die for the sins of your inhabitants?

There has been a lot of weird things said by Church of God leaders, ministers, and self-appointed prophets over the last eight decades. From Germany using the Pasadena campus as the HQ of their invasion of America to the egret sculpture coming alive with the egrets picking up the four corners of the auditorium, lifting it up, and flying it to Petra while being led by the 5th egret. From sacred rocks, all things common, to double blessings, the craziness has no end to how weird it gets.

One famous mentally disturbed crackpot in the church was Gerald Waterhouse. This man spent decades telling one huge whopper after another, all with headquarters ' approval. In fact, they sent him out to deliberately torture members with his nonsense. Who can forget those 3 to 4-hour sermons, sitting on hard metal chairs, listening to the most idiotic stuff imaginable?

One thing I totally forgot about was Waterhouse claiming that when we became "god" in the millennium and had our own planets to rule over, that we would also be crucified for the sins of our inhabitants.

Thanks to Exit and Support Network  for that reminder:

HWA taught so many lies about the Millennium and New Heavens and New Earth. He wanted us to focus on being “big shots” and lording it over others. Then after the Millennium, he said we would “fly throughout the universe” and make the planets over into something new. I even heard it taught–and I don’t know if it was Gerald Waterhouse or which minister–that we would “die for others” on our very own planet. This is blasphemous! I never could wrap my head around that. Yes, there has got to be something better and I’ll trust God to bring it to pass. –Former WCG member

Almost everything about Armstrongism has ended up being blasphemous and as the days go by the crazy self-appointed and dream certified leaders of the church continue that blasphemy.

UCG: Relax, COVID is not a sign of the end times, but is a "Dress Rehearsal"

We must never forget that the boys in Cincinnati are the authority on all kind of things, and in this case, prophecy. They have determined that there is no need to worry about the pandemic being a sure sign of the end times. Whew! What a relief!

Interest in Bible prophecy has been sharpened by this pandemic. Very early on, we said this was not the time of pestilence defined by the fourth horseman in Revelation 6. Certainly, it has been a serious health emergency, but we understand there were other pieces of the prophetic puzzle not yet in place. There will be larger disease pandemics in the future. To use Mr. Mead’s phrase, this has been a “dress rehearsal.”

More recently some have concluded that an impending vaccine for this virus could be the “mark of the beast” mentioned in Revelation. Such speculation does not match the biblical descriptors of what will come upon the world during the coming great tribulation. God’s elect will know when this mark arrives and will have the fortitude to resist its defining features. Unsound and unscriptural speculation today should be avoided. We are not yet at the moment when the beast power has appeared and is enforcing its mark.

They know this is not a sign of the end because Darris McNeely has not seen the 4 Horsemen ride across the country.

We haven’t run with the horses yet. But we have come through a period we should consider as a dress rehearsal for bigger things to come. Let’s learn from what we’ve experienced.

So there you have it! Bob Thiel eat your heart out!
