Herbert Armstrong's Tangled Web of Corrupt Leaders
When I first saw the photo of GRF with a halo, I thought it was going to be an announcement of his death. Now that Lil' Stevie is doing his father's TV show, we can be sure GRF is at death's door, I just wonder how they're going to handle the transition of he doesn't die quickly but hangs around in a vegetative state for a while.
But wouldn't it be hilarious if the reason we're not seeing GRF anymore is that he has left PCG to pursue his wife who was thrown out?
No different to Herbie who screamed out God had chosen/sent him as a messenger to warn Israel of terrible things soon to happen and to lead under Christ the true church - both charlatans who obtained money using false pretenses. Their lies made obvious by the unfulfilled prophecies, the life styles, the passage of time itself where after there passing it dawns on people it was much ado about nothing after all.
"Why is it that Church of God leaders are such appalling narcissists?" Many cult leaders are narcissists. The role attracts them like excrement attracts flies. Narcissists feel as if they are special (apostles, prophets, etc.) are above the law (laws are for the little people, not leaders called by God), use people rather than develop friendships, will not take any criticism, need to be flattered. And religion is a great and safe space for them because they are not regulated or controlled by the government regulators. If Bernie Madoff as smart, real smart, he would have gone into religion than investment banking, etc. HWA was smart enough to have Stanley Rader on his team to keep and doing his taxes to keep himself on the right side of the law.
Looks like an older video of Gerry. Wonder what the membership was then compared to now. Bet it is downwards lol. Big time. I remember when friends left wwcog to follow ‘that Prophet’ they claimed that they had the two witnesses. What a different world it is today. Hope the two prophets are not confused as to where the ‘true church’ is. Cheers.
Oh he's talking about that court case on him winning that copyright dispute. Nothing o boast about. Still riding the wave of his MOA (Book of Eli) claim.
