David Passover Pack Sinks To A New Low: Claims His "god" May Blow Up One Of His Nemesis's Feast Sites

I received this appalling information about David Passover Elijah Pack today.  Passover Pack is sinking further and further into mental illness and depths of depravity.  The fact that his ministers stand by him as he says this proves to the rest of the Church of God how emasculated these "men" are. Shame on them all!

You probably noticed Pack has a new 3-part sermon out “Malachi, God’s Final Warning”
Pack apparently thinks (or more likely hopes) that God is going to blow up a feast site of the other splinters.  The hatred this guy has for anyone who’s not subservient to himself is just phenomenal.
If there were to be a calamity on any group of people assembling, most of us would find that horrifying.  Instead, Pack finds it “interesting to see” if that were to happen.  Classic psychopath.
Part 1 around 1:27:00
"Now this is critical.  Ministers have a choice.  At some point we're going to have a lot more ministers and I don't know the number... And if they make the wrong decision it turns really bad for them... because some of them are going to be cursed.... [God says] ‘I will spread dung on your faces.’  Now I don't think God is going to literally spread dung on their faces.  God isn't going to spread literal feces on their faces.  But he does say what he has in mind... ‘Even the dung of your solemn feasts, and shall take you away with it.’  Now, this is an interesting point.  This part's pretty obvious.  God views their sabbath services, and their holy days and their feast sites as dung, as excrement.  You can't make it anything else... So it's not a literal dung it's a dung that's described as their feasts, which they think is probably the best of what they do.  And God considers the best of what they do when they come together, misusing his name, as so much of that 4-letter word.

He has not yet done this.  You wonder if he's going to blow up one of their feasts.  Is it Unleavened bread, is it Pentecost, I don't know.  Is it their Passover, is God going to spread it over them in some way like that?  I don't know, it will be interesting to see.  Is the spring feasts because God plans to do this this spring or next spring?  Whenever it is, that's interesting."

Harlequin Romance's Are Used By Satan To Lead COG Members Into BDSM

Those fun loving folk at the Philadelphia Church of God cult compound in Edmond, Oklahoma are weighing in again on sex - an ongoing favorite topic of Armstrongism.  This time Joel Hilliker is not happy with the Fifty Shades of Grey movie and books. The outward face that the personality cult tries portrays is one of extreme chastity, virginity and all things biblical.  All one has to do is join various Facebook groups and you will quickly see that the Edmond compound  is one big mess of adulterous and/or fornicating energized bunnies.

As usual with anything PCG publishes there is an immediate deluge of clap happy seals that jump on with praises and accolades for the godly information they had just read.

Redfox has this up on his blog from one of those readers:

There are also comments posted by people who seem to take this article seriously. Here is one of them.

I remember reading harlequin romances… these were just the start of wrongful thinking… being dissatisfied, thinking that this type of fantasy was what one should want.

Fifty Shades of Grey is what those type of novels lead to. Satan works on us a little at a time to twist our thinking.

Thank God that He opens our minds, shows us what wrongful thinking is, how to avoid it and that He will heal our minds if we yield to Him and put forth our best effort.

COG Splinter Cult Leader Dares to Lecture Others About "Self-Deception"

I had a great laugh last week seeing the topic of  a splinter personality cult leader's article to his few hundred members.  This guy is the epitome of self-deception. No, I'm not talking about Dave Passover Elijah Pack.  I'm referring to Bob Thiel.

Thiel writes in Self-deception Can Be Costly:

Researchers are concluding that there are costs associated with self-deception:

People who take shortcuts can trick themselves into believing they are smarter than they are, says Tom Stafford, and it comes back to bite them.

For once Thiel quotes some truth.  His self-deception has come back to bite him repeatedly.  He foolishly declared himself a prophet in the Church of God.  He believes an LCG minister elevated him up with a "double does" of the Holy Spirit.

Armstrongism has a great track record of foolish men who have lived lives of self-deception that cause them to declare themselves prophets, apostles, Elijah's, Joshua's, Two witnesses, and much, much more.

Thiel continues:

Jesus taught that Satan was a liar and the father of lies:
44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it (John 8:44)
Of course, Satan takes advantage of deception and encourages humans to
The top five deceived men in the Churches of God are: Pack, Thiel, Flurry, Weinland and Meredith.  While there are many other deceived men leading splinter personality cults, these five are the worst.  They have all created scenarios in their minds where they imagine themselves as God's personal representatives and founts of truth.  They get so puffed up in their own glories that they take on new persona's, such as Joshua, Elijah, Apostle, end-time witness, and more.  The Bible ends up being the story book of their lives.

Thiel ends, with this:

Although most Laodiceans do not believe that they are deceiving themselves, Jesus said that they were. Jesus said that Laodicean Christians needed to repent–they need to change.

In addition to doctrine and how they lead their lives, there are serious prophetic deceptions that the Laodiceans have fallen for.  A list of 30 prophetic deceptions that various Laodiceans believe is in the article The Laodicean Church Era. Believing several of these will insure that Laodiceans will not realize that the Great Tribulation is here until it is to late for most to flee (cf. Revelation 12:14-17).

Self-deception is common.  Try not to fall for it.  The word of God is truth (John 17:17), hopefully you will believe it enough so that you will resist Satanically-encouraged self-deception (cf. James 4:7).

Thiel gives a perfect description of his mindset.  He does not believe he has deceived himself. His prophetic deceptions have been epic failures and will continue to be. Theil fell for self-deception in a big way.  He is just as bad as Dave Passover Elijah Pack and Elijah Joshua Flurry, but without the members or money.

Manor Del Mar For Sale: Will God's "Apostle" or Passover "Elijah" Buy It?

Manor Del Mar on the Pasadena campus is for sale again.  This time it has been fully restored to its former glory.  For many decades it was the men's dorm on the Pasadena campus.  Since it was the farthest away from the library and Mayfair it always housed men. The college chopped and remodeled it into a dorm eliminating the kitchen and adding huge bathrooms. Those that slept on the third floor called it "The Cattle Car."

Manor Del Mar was built by the son of Hulett C Merritt, the owner of the house the church bought and renamed Ambassador Hall.

Given how Gerald Flurry and Davie Passover Pack have no brain cells of originality in coming up with new ideas, will we see one of these two buffons buy it and ship it to Edmund, OK or Wadsworth, OH?  Both are just daft enough to do it!

David Passover Pack Breathlessly Announces That He Is The Messenger Sent Before Jesus Returns

Passover Pack is back with a long list of sermons filled with more points on why he is the most superfantabulous Church of God minister to ever walk the blue green hills of earth.  No other human in recorded history is as magnificent, as educated or powerful as he is.  Only HE is capable of unraveling the mysteries of the Bible and bringing them to the Church of God with the CORRECT interpretation.  All of the other lazy cretins in the other COG's have no idea what they are talking about.

From Passover Dave's miraculous birth and divine childhood, after being conceived by the worlds most perfect parents, to the training he personally received from Herbert Armstrong, Passover Dave is able to accept the mantle placed upon him by Jesus Christ himself in order to prepare the way of his coming.  However, Passover Dave is not too concerned about the return of the inconvenient man that exposes Passover Dave as a fraud.  Passover Dave is only concerned about HIS coming, HIS place in the world and HIS place in the Church of God kingdom.

Passover Dave is such a mind boggling man that his message is the most STUNNING thing you will ever hear.

The Old Testament’s closing book, Malachi, is for our time—NOW!—and it is written DIRECTLY to those with God’s Spirit in every WCG splinter. It foretells an intense trial of “fire” to come on all God’s people—possibly soon—and WHY!

Not what you have thought, Malachi carries a meaning previously impossible for the Church to have understood. It is recorded by a prophet whose very name means “messenger.” He speaks of Christ sending another messenger (3:1)—“MY messenger” (Elijah)—to announce the book’s meaning, ahead of “THE Messenger” (Christ).

Elijah is now revealed. So is the absolutely STUNNING message he is to bring! Easy to grasp, thousands have already found this detailed, eye-opening prophecy fascinating.  All Important Sermons

Flippant Living Church of God Correspondence Dept. Rude Replies To Questions About Members Being Disfellowshipped Without Recourse

From a reader here:

Some of the victims of the recent LCG purge actually wanted to stay in  LCG

I know someone who met a few of them at the UCG Feast. My friend wrote  LCG to ask how they justify kicking people out without offering counseling or making attempts to "help" these supposed sinners.  He was shocked at the flippant, rude replies given by the LCG Correspondence Department (an LCG minister).

--------------------------------------------

John Doe Question:
Hello. I met exLCG members at the Feast this year (UCG) that said they were disfellowshipped and marked for having a bad attitude. They also claimed that nobody tried to help them or counsel with them. My question is what is your policy on disfellowshipping/marking members? Do you try to help members that go astray? Is a negative attitude enough of an offense or do you have to commit adultery or something like that? Thank you.

LCG Reply:
The Living Church of God does not arbitrarily disfellowship or mark individuals. These things happen because of individuals not obeying God, or causing division or other disruptions in the Church. It has been our experience that talking with disfellowshipped members will always result in them stating they were unfairly and unjustly put out of the Church. We can assure you that this is not the practice of God’s Church.

If you need further information, please let us know.

PERSONAL CORRESPONDENCE DEPARTMENT

John Doe Reply:
I can imagine that it is usually true that getting kicked out would result in the person or people feeling upset and negative. These people seemed to be sad more than anything else. My concern was that they seemed to be converted and they seemed like kind people so it lead us to wonder what kind of horrible thing they might have done that would result in an immediate disfellowshipping without a minister trying to counsel or help them in any way. We decided that they would be in jail if it was something that bad and they were at the Feast so they obviously weren't child molesters or killers. That leaves us wondering what kind of offense would result in a converted family getting kicked out?  I'm sure you can’t say. But I still wondered 2 things that your email didn't answer. Does LCG disfellowship/mark members without trying to counsel them first? What type of offense warrants disfellowshipping/ marking church members? It seems like you would try everything possible to help before giving up a member as "Gods Church". Maybe these people are good actors and we were fooled. It has made us and our friends curious and we have thought of them many times since getting home from the feast. If these people want to be with you it seems like they would be helped instead of removed. I would think that Christian love would cause their minister to do everything possible to keep them in the church and to help them, not keep them out when they obviously want back in.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions

LCG Reply:
The question we ask is why would you think that the ministry would not do all of those things? That is what ministering means. Yes, we are supposed to be forgiving, but we are still given the task of protecting the flock. How would you personally respond to what God inspired Solomon to write in Proverbs 6:16-19?

Your further statement seems to indicate that these people were not treated fairly, that ministry did not try to help them. Why would you state that, if you were not being influenced by the individual(s) themselves. Isn’t that a fair question for us to ask of you? You “seemed” convinced that they were “converted.” People can be converted and still be in bad attitude and cause division because they feel their position is righteous. Paul’s epistles are full of these types of issues. Would these people admit that they were guilty of causing discord, etc,?

Please don’t be misled, the Church takes itself very seriously in these matters. Jesus warned that to offend one of the little ones, it would be better to tie a millstone around the neck and be cast into the sea.

You are asking us to answer a matter without full knowledge of the circumstances.

John Doe Reply:
I wouldn't "think that ministry would not do all those things". That is precisely why I took the time to write you in the first place. I only had one side of the story and I wanted to know if it was true. I was serious when I said that I have thought about attending with LCG in the past. I have been disappointed with character traits that became apparent after the UCG split. I'm looking for evidence of the fruits of the Spirit and Philadelphian love.

I am not being "influenced" by these people like you say. I can find the facts and make decisions on my own. I also did not see anything in them that indicated that they had a "bad attitude". They didn't say anything bad or negative about anyone in LCG.

The only reason I thought they weren't counseled is because they said they were disfellowshipped and marked without being counseled. Are you saying that they lied about that fact? I didn't include their names in my original email because I assumed that you would not be willing to discuss the details of other people with a stranger. I was only asking in broad generality if LCG would kick people out without first trying to help them and if so, what circumstances would warrant such a severe reaction. I thought that you knew who I was talking about because I would think that there wouldn't be too many people disfellowshipped/marked right before the feast. So I also assumed that you did in fact know the circumstances. Its fine though.

It seems like your answers will be non-direct, evasive and somewhat offensive. It seems accusatory of you to say that I am being "influenced" by them.  I wasn't trying to be argumentative. I was trying to get both sides to make a fair judgment on these people like the Bible instructs me to. At this point I have their word and you answering my questions with questions! I don't like feeling like I'm on the defensive for asking a simple question so I will leave it at that and not bother you again.  They answered our questions openly and directly. It didn't seem like they had anything to hide. Your evasiveness makes it look like you are hiding something. I pray that you did try to help them because it is very serious indeed if you turned away a family of little ones without trying to work one-on-one with them first!

LCG Reply:
Thank you for completing the circle.

John Doe Reply:
I clearly won’t need to look in the direction of LCG in my search for a church with Godly character and Philadelphian love. This has been a surreal experience! I wish I knew who you were so that I could share your immaturity and flippant attitude with your superiors. Is this how Christ would have responded to a potential church member who was asking a genuine question in peace? I don't think so. If you do, you know a different Christ than I do! My opinion of LCG has been greatly molded by my correspondence with you Sir. Thank you.

LCG Reply:
Thank you.
