LCG headquarters in in an uproar that John Robinson story was leaked to Banned.

From another LCG source:

LCG headquarters in in an uproar that this story was leaked to Banned.

Members are irate over what they did to John and the blow back has been far more than Meredith and his henchmen were expecting.

They are presently in the middle of trying to figure out a new spin to the story to make it look better than reality. Sadly, John is probably so desperate to stabilize the situation for the sake of his wife and children that he will willingly participate in whatever made up story Meredith/McNair come up with.

John likely doesn't yet see that God's church wouldn't treat people the way he has been treated or hasn't realized that God's true church wouldn't lie to cover their collective asses. I'm sure the spell has been broken at least in part though. It might take him another year of being awake to the abuses in LCG before he gets brave enough to make a move but once you are the victim of something like this, it's extremely difficult to stick your head back in the sand.

Knowing how LCG has operated in the past, they will come up with a story about how John needed to return to Texas to care for his mom. Another option could be that they need to make budget cuts and he was the last editor hired so he was the 1st one fired. Or they decided to let him work remotely from home. The LCG spin doctors are weighing options. Whatever they come up with will probably be posted in the Weekly Update in an effort to counter act the readers of this and other blogs.

The original story posted on this site is the truth but LCG have become masters at re-writing the truth if the truth makes them look bad. John was fired and stripped of his minister title for saying something unflattering about LCG administration. Period. What ever they come up with next is bull.

I can attest that everything said in this post is true. HQ is extremely upset over the leak. They are scrambling how to tell the members that things are not as bad as they seem. They will deliberately lie to the members. We ll know this is what is going to happen. Integrity is no longer a virtue at HQ. There is no unity or harmony anymore, and they don't seem to care.

Here is the largest problem: We constantly hear the phrase "God's Ministers". These are people who want you to believe that they represent God. Since they call themselves this, drilling that image into everyones' heads, their behavior automatically causes people to think of Father God as a being just like them, iow, a cruel, harsh, judgmental figure, looking for constant opportunities to trip up and punish His children. Fortunately, John 3:16 is the reality, and these men have nothing to do with God. Their unjust and atrocious behavior proves that, as do their false prophecies.

The "ministers" who fired and defrocked John Robinson should be in tears and devastated over their personal failures leading to his loss. They should feel personally crushed that it went down as it did, just barely able to take sustenance and stagger through their routines. As it is, they probably don't even feel as one would if he had just swallowed his chewing gum.

He is learning what his granddad did. They are all corrupt.

"Integrity is no longer a virtue at HQ."

Was there ever a time it was a virtue?

I thought stuff like the 10 commandments and integrity was only for laymembers. Haven't ministers always thought thremselves to be exempt from having to follow rules like this, especially from moral codes of conduct? It's just their job to preach it to you, not practice it themselves.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the distinct impression I always got.

God's church never would do anything the WWCG and its daughters have done.
No real apostle would have lived in the luxury and excess of HWA, and recklessly spent the tithe money of members on silver, gold, homes, planes and nonsense.
Expensive suits, trips to Europe, money to burn. It was obscene yet we were stupid enough and brainwashed enough to continue.
Christ was poor, the apostles were sent out without money, extra clothes or shoes and yet that man and his minions lived like potentates and were no better than the pink cotton candy haired TV evangelists of today.

Sad to see them hurt people over and over again, lick their chops and head on to the next victim.

I hope Mr. Robinson will form a new church with the Scarboroughs, I'm pretty sure a number of lcg members will join..

Set the "Meredith Machine" to "Spin Cycle".

My cousin works at LCG's office. She said today the crap was hitting the fan. They thought this was going to be swept under the rug and that they would not have to say anything to the membership. Well that all went south rather quick after this site spilled the beans. This site is the work of Satan meant to destroy the church. I told her that the only people destroying the church is Rod Meredith, Rod McNair and the rest of the leadership.

7.35 PM have you considered that your "My cousin works at LCG's office. She said..." is giving away the source of your info (and getting her fired) to Rod and his gestapo. "Information is ammunition" from the 'Art of War,' remember? Why not use 'i have heard from an insider,' or 'my source tells me,'or similar.

I just can't believe that these Chalottans KNOW that every evil deed they think they are doing in secret gets discovered, leaked, and reported, and yet they make NO effort to modify their behavior! It just doesn't make sense!

Somebody had ought to call or email the judge in the Scarborough case and give him the link to Banned! How could the defendants in that case NOT make a concerted effort to be on their best behavior, at least until the trial is over?

You know, it just might end up that the top LCG ministers live out their lives on Jesus' earthly socio-economic level! Wouldn't that be a first?

Good point BB. They call themselves 'Gods ministers,' but you don't hear the expression 'Gods members.' Herbie gave himself the fancy pants title of the 'chosen apostle.' Aren't all church members 'chosen' by God the Father as well? Perhaps we should call ourselves the 'chosen ones,' or the 'anointed members' of God.

Cheers from "the chosen, anointed, royal priesthood, first fruits, bride of Christ,' member.

These men in Charlotte have proven over and over again as to how arrogant they are. They think they are above the law and above acting in a Christian manner. The Scarborough case should have stopped them in their tracks, but it has not. They feel that being part of the "government of god" that they re not accountable to the membership for any reason. Members are not to question their actions. The problem Charlotte is facing now is that the members are disgusted and sickened by their constant vile behavior. They have a sense of entitlement that Armstrongism has taught its upper echelon leaders to hold close to their hearts. Being ordained, made a pastor general, self appointed as apostles, prophets or Chief Overseers, they have set themselves apart from the riff-raff, at least in their own eyes.

When you look at the characteristics of leaders with narcissistic personality disorder it is plain to see what is the problem in LCG.

False Sense Of Superiority:
Arrogant; feels superior to others; has snobbish or patronizing attitudes
Has a grandiose sense of self-importance
Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love.
Believes that he or she is "special" and should associate with other high-status people
Has a sense of entitlement
Is often envious of others
Is interpersonally exploitative
Lacks empathy

They can no longer hide it from plain view.

It is terrible that those in power can just remove someone just because one person allegedly heard him say something that someone in power within LCG did not like.

*******

On another matter, in response to the attempts to exploit Brexit to promote Armstrongism, here is a list of 52 false prophecies made by PCG over the years.

Not that the trials and tribulations of the LCG haven't started long ago.....

But, when is this trial scheduled to start?

I wonder if Meredith will still be alive during it's entire duration - or even when it starts!?

So, if Meredith is dead will he still be wheeled up to testify - by Richard and Wally?

Will it be like an episode of Star Trek?

If anyone has read The Tangled Web, you should see the same thing being repeated. After all rod was taught at hwa's feet, as per rod.
Looks like he learned that part well.

Just so you know, there are still some very angry people here in Charlotte. You have pushed their buttons big time.

It is unbelievable that the Robinson family still puts up with all the nonsense. They've known for 40 years that it's a sham, yet on they go. I'm sure John's a nice guy, but seriously, the classic definition of insanity comes to mind here. It's a little hard to feel bad for him when he willingly dove right back into the dysfunctional system that repeatedly kicked his grandfather and father to the curb, just for sport.

10:34, If they're angry that we called them liars and thieves, tell them that we're sorry that they are liars and thieves.

Some of the Robinsons, including David and John, Sr. treated the Armstrong problem as if the doctrines were correct, but that Armstrongism had a very corrupt leader in HWA. It seems that young John is of the same opinion.

Other authors had uncovered the truth about the doctrines and treated the errors in their exposes. Bruce Renehan, as an example, delved quite deeply into that aspect.

There are many others who are just unable to write off their Armstrong experience as a total loss. I suspect that many of the people who are on the verge of leaving LCG will probably continue with the doctrines, and though I would take exception to them, if their conscience is guiding them, it's better not to sear it.

IF the Robinsons and the Scarboroughs start a new church, I hope they REALLY examine ALL of the grievances and doctrines of evil that HWA and Rod have created: divorce and remarriage; paying the ministry; the wasteful Living University; the hate against interracial marriages across ANY racial line being a "tool of satan"; biracial children are "blobs"; white Christians will rise first at Christ's Return--and then everyone else; favortism, nepotism and racism in choosing who gets to be a minister; legalism, etc. Wow, that's a long laundry list, but it MUST be resolved!

There's SO much hypocrisy and corruption in LCG; I believe to clean house and start fresh, the new ministers must be entirely from scratch, not part of the previous council of "elders".

"1 This is a true saying, if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.

2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;

4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;

5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.

7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;

9 Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.

10 And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.

11 Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.

13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.

14 These things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto thee shortly:

15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory" (I Tim.3:1-16).

Yes , it will. RCM is acting like Spock going through "Pon Far" and is willing to kill anyone, including friends, or perhaps he is like Captain Tracy who killed the Yangs, and anyone else who believed in Freedom.

Or is Meredith like McCoy , going back in time to the 1930s as a paranoid raving maniac in "City on the Edge of Forever"?

He's definitely like Commodore Decker , in pursuit of the "Doomsday Machine" and willing to risk everything and everyone in a crazed pursuit of it.

Lesson for the rest of us as "cast and crew".... don't wear a red suit, and set your phasers on heavy stun,... very heavy stun! :-)

Due to negative feedback from Robinson being fired the official word is that he'll be working from "home".

This reminds me of the story parents would tell their kids about the family dog being sent to live on a farm when in reality they had it put to sleep.

Is anyone really that surprised?

We knew the liars would come up with some kind of spin.

It saddens me that John is going to go along with their lies. He's better than that.
