A new French-language telecast, “Malachi’s Prophetic Message for Today,” presented by Mr. Rod McNair and dubbed in French, was posted this week. It offers the French-language version of Do You Believe the True Gospel? I recorded a new program earlier today titled “Have You Taken the Mark of the Beast?,” offering Which Day Is the Christian Sabbath? Dr. Douglas Winnail is to be in Houston for the Sabbath and Pentecost. Mr. Mario Hernandez and Mr. Cristian Orrego and his wife Carmen are to spend ten days in Mexico, and Mr. Peter Nathan is to spend Pentecost and ten days in South Africa. Semiannual responses are flooding in to the office. We continue to refine the television stations we are on—dropping less productive stations and adding new ones as budget permits. Celebrations abound for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee marking 70 years on the throne. Britons, especially older Britons, as well as others in the Commonwealth and elsewhere, deeply love this remarkable woman. I hope all of you have a rewarding Sabbath and Pentecost.—Gerald Weston

Or the few ‘newbie’s’ who actually watched a broadcast and decided to make contact?
And flooding means what; 10 20 30 40, perhaps 100 150 responses?
We’ll never know but flooding sounds good and rallies the few remaining troops LCG has.
Neither one of them have the true message of Malachi (yet). It was a great telecast. But McNair purposely left out the part of scripture where it says, "He will purify the sons of Levi” in the remainder of verse 3 for a reason in the third chapter of Malachi. Now consider this verse and passage are for the end time. Under Armstrongism, the COG’s, believe God is going to “purify the sons of Ephraim and Manasseh.” But God’s word says something different. The sons of Levi are spiritually understood as God’s church during the end time who will be kings and priest. Their religion is a America & Britain Church of God concept.
Even some protestants understand what “purify the sons of Levi” means.

Many of the ACOG ministers are too corrupt to be purified. Demons can't be purified. That's the way it is.

I wonder how Queen Elizabeth's crown will look on Burger King's head? Don't think for a minute he hasn't practiced the royal wave and put the cardboard crown on his head every time he pulls out of the drive thru with his Whopper and fries.
Maybe the ACOG leaders should think twice about their idolization of Queen Elizabeth and her throne.
They seem to forget that Elizabeth II has brought modern feminism to the Crown. When she married Prince Phillip, centuries of tradition dictated that the royal family would be known by the husband's name, thus the House of Mountbatten. Elizabeth II rejected this precedent, and instead went along with radicals who wanted to retain the House of Windsor. Prince Phillip was heard to complain that he was the only man in all of England who would be unable to give his family name to his children.
Yes, QEII emasculated her husband, almost from the beginning. Yet she is now some kind of hero to the ACOGs.
What is wrong with feminism? It is simply another cultural phase in the development of humanity. There are forces today who would like us to be like Muslims, who perpetuate stereotypes of the 1100s AD, deliberately repressing talents and intelligence soley based on gender. Queen Elizabeth, Margaret Thatcher, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, and others have done much to demonstrate and advance the possibilities for women from the status of mere chattel which they occupied during ancient times.
Having had both types if wives, working or nonworking, I much prefer a wife who has a career, because it is only then that a man has a full partner who understands what goes on in the working place, someome with whom one can truly build something, someone with whom one can have intelligent conversation.
