I was interviewed, for the first time about my own WCG experience by Aron Ra seven years ago. Aron is the author of Foundational Falsehoods of Creationism . Aron also did a brutal and honest 17 part take down of Dave Pack's shallow and outdated "proofs" of Creationism.

Example of Aron's series refuting the childish and long ago refuted apologetics of Dave Pack concerning Evolution. This is part 8 of the series as just an example of what Dave was up against and lost badly to the facts.
I personally found Aron to be one of the most kind and genuine human beings I have met in life. A brother from another mother.... :)
If one was seriously interested in examining their thinking about the facts of evolution, this would be one series to invest in.
It refutes all the "explanations" that over the years of defending Creationism were part and parcel of the literalist and young Earth Creationist apologetics.
I realize that most people are set in their beliefs which they confuse with reality and find such presentations threatening or something they freely make fun of, but never address the information presented. Beliefs are not truth and often don't represent reality on many topics in life, but they are strong.
"Whataboutary" often kicks in and the walls go up to preserve belief.

This statement reflects the division between two groups: Creationists and Evolutionists. This particular battle, however, does not embrace the larger Christian Movement where the major denominations accept the view of evolution. The Creationists and Evolutionists have adopted hardened positions over the long years of tussle. Both sides seem to be unaware of the middle ground although the middle ground is well populated and well published.
I am a Christian and I believe in evolution and I also believe there was a literal Adam. This, of course, requires an interpretation of scripture which differs from tradition but comports well with Theistic Evolution. I believe that evolution is a tool that God used and that belief in evolution does not cancel belief in the Bible. Overall, I support the view that science and scripture peacefully co-reside.
I can support my stance on Theistic Evolution with lengthy explanations, no doubt tedious for the reader, but the central point is that an attack on Creationism cannot be construed as a direct attack either on Christianity or the Bible. That ship sailed back in the middle 20th Century. But I will admit, there are many people on both sides who are locked in that time warp.

Well, it is nice to see Dennis is consistent in his efforts to uphold his position on biblical things. I’ve seen him do this before. That is, when folks begin to talk back and weaken Dennis’s stance and points, he calls in his favorite rescuer. Mr. Aron Ra himself.
Knowing that Aron grooms himself to look a certain part, that that will automatically draw criticism so those who disagree with him can then be accused of being idiots because they are “long hairphobics.” Ergo, they can’t possibly be that smart. The perfect ploy of atheism, make the opponent look dumb and stupid first, then their response will be weakened in the ear of the audience.

Now where have I heard such statements before? Ah yes, I heard such talk about being broad minded, listening to others peoples point of view, down with censorship etc from the late 1960s and 1970s hippies. When they were the minority underdog, they sang this open minded, examine your beliefs etc, song, but now that the same folks are dominant today, we have the cancel culture.

I don't believe in evolution at all. Simple, it cannot create new species.
But if you find out what the "forbidden fruit" is, without losing faith, you learn things. Adam was not the first human. Before that there were five races on earth. 16K years ago 3 of them were wiped out. Aliens made a pact with the Chinese and the Blacks to help them due to oppression by the other 3.
God saw that these two were not enough and created Adam and the Caucasians.

Hippie was a pejorative. The name was created by some dude in the media. Back in the day, most of the so-called hippies didn't know they were hippies until someone else called them that.
I'm told that many of them became yuppies, and joined the Republican Party, and others kept doing their drugs and became the homeless.
Cancel culture is practiced by both the left and the right, although each objects to the opposite side cancelling someone from their team. A good use of cancel culture is cancelling Herbert W. Armstrong.
I don't want to underplay the allegorical meaning of Genesis. One could take my statement at 6:44 to mean that Genesis consists of contemporary Near Eastern Cosmology that has come to serve as allegory in modern times and then also theology. This excludes the actual allegory in Genesis.
Adam is Israel. Allegorically. There is a real allegory in Genesis. The things that happened to Adam and Eve are an allegory of what happened to Israel later. For instance, Adam and Eve were exiled from the Garden of Eden and Israel was exiled from the Promised Land for much the same reasons.
An explanation of Adam as an allegory of Isreal can be found in the book titled "Genesis for Normal People" by Dr. Peter Enns. He did a chart of the parallels between Adam and Israel in chapter 2. Makes you realize that there is much more going on in Genesis than first appears. And that maybe the details of the creation story are really secondary or tertiary.

I'm an atheist and I find Aaron Ra painful to watch because he butchers the science so badly.
Most people are completely biased, which is why neither science or religion function properly.
7.47 God allowed ancient Israel to destroy and take the lands of groups that had become depraved. Even then, God threatened to do the same to them if they forsook Him, becoming an evil culture. Which is why He will shortly do the same to the Anglo-Saxons via foreign invasion. So yes, this pattern did start in the garden of Eden.

To one and all I hope everyone enjoyed the Lord Mayor of Londons party and parade on Nov 11th when the lord protectors of London, Gog and Magog were marched with great joy.
This annual event in celebration of Britains ancient history is the reality of British history.
The ‘wicker men’ and images of these two heroes, Gog and Magog of London Town, do indeed tell another story quite different from the British Israelism myth.
For they point to the true story and history of these ancient Islands.
And that folks is the Plain Truth.

However, when I consider the extremely deceitful, tricky, wicked, and malicious behavior of perverts like Gerald Flurry, David Pack, and others, it sure looks like Satan exists and is behind them. Either that or else the chemical imbalances in their heads are extremely out of balance.
My question would be, does atheism require a teacher, recruiter, or some kind of guru to teach you non-belief and how to live as one who does not believe? You know, kind of like the Jehovah's Withesses, only instead of teaching scripture, evangelizing about the conflicts, improbabilities, and impossibilities of scripture?
Can't a person just arrive at all of that from being pissed off at their church? Come to think of it, isn't that the difference between a science atheist and an exWCG atheist?
