DCP's "Faculty" (exec) housing format seems to be a clone of the Big Sandy(BS) scheme [never mind that this failed along with AC-BS itself] meaning DCP is building on multiple failed ideas.
In fact you can tour AC-BS 'Faculty-Row' today, the houses look out of date & funky, not something execs/cult henchmen would settle for in these modern times. Though you could call them 'Mid Century Modern'.
